Ibtissam Azar
Ibtissam Azar was born and raised in Jordan, she immigrated with her husband Shadi, and their 2 children in 2007. Ibtissam has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Business Administration.
She is licensed with the United Pentecostal Church.
Ibtissam serves at Solid Rock Church of Ann Arbor alongside her husband as the multicultural ministries pastor, Director of Middle Eastern Evangelism, and Multicultural Ministry coordinator for the Detroit Metro District. She translates books and Bible studies to Arabic for Global Tracts, missionaries in the Middle East, and the Global Association of Theological Studies. She has a passion for teaching hospitality to encourage connections between cultures.
