If humanity has to leave Earth in search of a new home are we still human when we get to our destination? We guess that's the question that the sci-fi horror Pandorum (2009) is asking... or maybe it's what happens if you add the biker guys from Mad Max: Fury Road to Event Horizon? This genre bending mashup of horror, 90s video games, hockey pads and blue neon has co-hosts Jamie Roberts and Rob Lendrum trading jabs as they debate the onion peel story arch, the casting and the characters. What if Norman Reedus had been the star? Why is there no checklist available when waking up from hyper sleep? Why do sci-fi movies always place the hyper sleep pods upright? Does this film depict the worst possible way to wake up? It's a teenage boy from the 90s' wet dream as our hero, a hot babe and a kung fu master battle mutants in a metal death trap in space (or is it???)!
