This week Julia talks about winning the Dublin Marathon in 1985 - and she also talks about running as a meditation on the move - and the  metaphor of the running journey and the life journey from birth until we leave our body...
Julia Chi Taylor is a lifelong runner.
She has been running races for 50 years since the age of 12.
She ran at international level  from the late 70's to early 90's representing GB and England in races from 5k to marathon.
Her fastest 5k in the 80's was 15.50 and her marathon personal best is 2.36.31.
She has a wealth of experience from her years as a competitor, and she has been a coach nearly as long! 
In the series, she will explore each week aspects of the running journey with reference to freeing ourselves from the boundaries that prevent us from living in a state of joy creativity and fulfilment
