In episode 3 I reflect on how much has been written and said about the Debbie Carter case, but how none of it is about Debbie. While the investigation stalled my hometown of Ada, Oklahoma was rocked again by the kidnapping and murder of another young woman. And, how a bloody hand print left behind in Debbie's apartment would shift the case in a new direction and change the relationship between my mom and my aunt forever.
