-The Lost Sock Laundromat, a self-service laundromat in Pavilion.
-585 Sealcoating, a residential and commercial sealcoating and asphalt repair business.
-Rest and Revive Wellness Center, a mixed use wellness facility with float tanks, massage therapy , esthetician services and chiropractor services.
