Jefry Yikwa is a refugee from West Papua. His incredible journey as a teenager with his younger brother through jungles mountains and eventually on a broken down boat dump them on the shores of the lucky country - Australia. Wayne Dyson throughout his professional life has used experiential learning to embed in people how they can be better leaders, including how to build professional teams from teams of professionals. Their paths crossed and one world was created.
