hello Graham - I found your podcast a month or two ago and I appreciate hearing about your experiences and thought process. Im 71 and have fooled around with photography since the 1970s. I remember buying a Kodak book called How to Photograph Animals - what a waste. In essence, it said to study the animals you want to photograph. I bought the book because I thought they had already done that and would be actually telling something useful. Oh, well. I haven't gotten deep into your podcast library yet - you might have covered these things already - I would like to hear more about what you have learned about locating the wildlife you are after and how their behavior helps you anticipate what they are likely to do next. Tips on fieldcraft would also be helpful - things hunters know and do that work the same for photographers. I'm in north Alabama, USA, and have been actively seeking wildlife photos for about four years. Most of what we see is birds, and they are wonderful, but so are the other bits of nature - it's all beautiful and amazing, as you know so well. Regards - Jim
