What does your 'morning routine' look like?

What morning routine, you may ask. Some folks make mornings a mad dash, rolling out of bed, grabbing a cup of java, and running out the door. Others prefer a more leisurely approach, luxuriating in bed, slowing arising, meditating, and enjoying coffee while watching the sunrise.

Most of us in midlife like some kind of routine that grounds us for the day; in fact, an Instagram survey showed that 67% of us have a routine. 50% of us include fitness in our morning routine, and 2/3 of us said quiet time is important in the mornings.

In this episode, Cam and Amelia explore what a morning routine looks like and how each element of the routine can be beneficial. Each step might not be necessary to every person, but we feel like many of these things will resonate with most of you.
