Anyhoo...what are atomic habits and why do we need them?
Have you ever noticed that when you make lofty goals (we used to call them BHAG's in the 1990's), that you never quite get there? That's because biting off a huge chunk of behavior change at one time almost always leads to failure. What you need is a system. Tiny increments of change add up to BIG change over time.
