I was listening to a group of women who are devote in their prayer life. This is such an amazing thing of course, you prayers are a huge way to connect with Christ as he wants you to communicate with him just as you would your birth given mother and father. But here is what I have noticed is missing from your prayer life and your relationship with Christ. You want God to answer your prayers on your terms based on the stories that are in your thoughts and beliefs, but what if what you are thinking is not true? What if it is in fact a story that you have been telling yourself for so long that you do believe it to be true?
