Too often we create a ton of undue drama for ourselves by saying "yes" when we really want to say "no". You do not have to listen to all of the objections that your brain gives you. You do not have to feel the regret and discomfort that your brain is going to tell you may happen if you say no.

It is totally ok to say no. In fact, it is an act of self love and self care.
