Do you struggle with not liking the women looking back at you in the mirror? Do you wish that she were different. Ladies, I promise you, I did for such a long time. I did until it was just too exhausting. And when I finally discovered that all of my happiness surrounded my acceptance of myself, is when I decided for the last time that I am truly worthy. You see it has taken me years to understand that how I feel about myself, the way I treat myself and how I talk to myself, is a direct reflection of how I will show up to the world.
So when you say ugly things about yourself out loud to a group of other women, I can only imagine what you say about you in your head.
