How To End Nighttime Overeating
Is nighttime snacking slowing your weight loss progress?
If so, you’re not alone- this is a topic I coach on a lot.
Maybe this sounds like you:

-It was a long day, I deserve it- it’s the only way I can relax.

The first step to begin to change it, is to become more aware of it. To do that, I give you 4 questions that will give you insight on if and why it’s happening.
I also chat about how this may have become a habit for you and give you lots of tips to start to move away from this habit and replace it with a new one. I also give an example of a coaching call I recently had on this very topic.
