Too Blessed to Be Depressed

As approach the holiday season, I want to touch on depression. As life passes by, im realizing that battling depression is like a full time job in itself. Its times like that where you have to take a step back, reassess,, refocus and re attack how you go about life. They say theres a lesson in everything right? Heres mine. thanks for listening.
