In this Maggie’s Moment, Maggie shares one of her biggest lessons from 2025: the more value you create, the more it comes back—often in unexpected ways. She also reminds you not to rush into 2026 on autopilot, and invites you to join Design Your Success 2026 on Jan 13–14 (because planning in January is still better than not planning at all).
🎧 For the full breakdown of her 2025 lessons, listen to the latest Diamond Effect Podcast episode # 233 - Reflect, Reset, Scale - 5 Powerful Lessons to Close 2025 and Start 2026 Strong.
To join her in the Design Your Success 2026 Event on Jan 13 and 14th (virtual and complimentary) - message Maggie at maggie@stairwaytoleadership.com
One of my biggest lessons from 2025 is this, the more value you create, the better you feel. And the more of it comes back to you, and I don't mean value as a marketing tactic, I mean genuinely showing up to help sharing what you know, making introductions, offering insights, creating experiences that move people forward.
Even when there's no immediate payoff. This year I experimented with a few new ways of giving value through complimentary events through small VIP style coaching conversations through creating content that's actually meant to help business owners think differently and take action. And what I notice is that value has a ripple effect.
It builds trust, it deepens relationships. And it often comes back in ways you can't predict. I talk more about this lesson and four other key lessons I took out of 2025 in the latest Diamond Effect podcast, episode 233.
Titled Reflect Reset Scale. Five Powerful Lessons to Close 2025 and Start 2026. Strong. So if you want a full breakdown and the concepts behind them, go give it a listen After this, and as we head into 2026, here is my reminder for you. Don't rush into the new year on autopilot. Pause, reflect, decide what you're leaving behind and what you're bringing forward and what you're committing to.
But if you didn't get a chance to reflect and create a strategic plan for your business during the holidays. You are not behind. It's still better to plan in January than ever. That's why I am running one more complimentary virtual event. Design your success 2026 on January 13th and 14th, and I love for you to join me if you're interested in joining us.
