If you’re trying to scale to six (or multiple six) figures but you feel overwhelmed and too busy to even think, this is for you.

Scaling isn’t about doing more; it’s about becoming the CEO of your business, not just the service provider.  If you've been trying to scale to six or multiple six figures and you can't seem to get there, if you feel overwhelmed, overbooked, and honestly just too busy to even think about growth, here is what you're missing. It's not another marketing tactic, it's your leadership skills. Scaling requires you to become a CEO of your business, not just a highly skilled service provider, because growth isn't about doing more. It's actually about thinking differently, and your business will only grow to the level of leadership behind it. So here are the three CEO skills that most service providers must develop to scale. First, clarity and direction. You need to know exactly where you're going, not only short-term, but also long-term. And then learn how to balance short-term needs of your business, like cashflow now, with the long-term priorities, systems, improvements, and projects that create capacity and future growth. Second, leading people. Hiring support is the first thing, but then leading your team is another. Whether they're contractors or employees, whomever helps you scale, they need leadership. And that often means having uncomfortable conversations, setting expectations, and holding the line on what aligned with the vision actually looks like. Third, protecting the asset, meaning you. You are the biggest asset in your business. And if 100% of your time is spent working in the business in the day-to-day, there's no room to work on the growth. Scaling requires CEO time, strategy, deep think- deep thinking, and building what makes you money later, not what j- not just what pays bills today. If you want help stepping into that CEO role, book a complimentary call with me and let's map out your next level. Talk to you soon.
