00:32:18:03 - 00:32:20:04

Callum

I was blessed. Well, but again, God damn.

00:32:20:12 - 00:32:20:21

Emily

I'm glad we.

00:32:20:22 - 00:32:25:10

Callum

Got the boys here from corrective culture. Jake and Carl. How are you boys?

00:32:26:11 - 00:32:29:22

Jake & Callan

Good, man. Good is very well. It's Friday, so we always have going a Friday.

00:32:30:11 - 00:32:34:09

Emily

I say always happy on a Friday. What did you guys get up to the summoning.

00:32:35:21 - 00:32:48:08

Jake & Callan

Would you do? I went and had a coffee, and then I went out at Kawana. Well, this is my day off today, so I was just like. And I didn't purposely didn't book anyone in it. Had since to make.

00:32:48:20 - 00:32:50:09

Callum

Me time intentional. I like it.

00:32:50:15 - 00:32:52:10

Emily

Yeah, that's really cool. What did you do?

00:32:53:14 - 00:33:15:01

Jake & Callan

I got the sunrise, and then I had four full plants morning, so I two 12 and set to go. Cummings saw a giant thing. What else? And yeah, sergeant back and forth back then pretty well. Yeah. And so it was good. It's good. It's interesting. She got better by the time she walked out, she was pretty happy.

00:33:15:02 - 00:33:16:24

Emily

That's the goal. That is the goal. Yeah.

00:33:17:03 - 00:33:18:07

Callum

That's what you want. Yeah. Yeah.

00:33:18:18 - 00:33:21:18

Jake & Callan

So is your Mr. so do this all joint stuff.

00:33:22:02 - 00:33:45:20

Callum

Well, I'm going to get into that. I can't wait to go because this is where I want to not necessarily go but I want to talk about injuries and common injuries. But before we go too far into that, we know a little bit about you and what corrective culture is. But for the people at home who have no idea what is corrective culture, what is like kind of the ethos behind what you boys do and then will elaborate.

00:33:45:20 - 00:33:46:10

Emily

Tell us.

00:33:46:16 - 00:34:10:03

Jake & Callan

Yeah, I think it's like kind of derived from a check. So Paul checks the founder of the Check Institute, and I've been studying up for nearly ten years. And then we met Kawamoto and and just went nuts on it and just started studying like crazy. And then we're just like, fuck, we should start something. So I guess it's like it's a, I mean, we've studied a bunch of different stuff too.

00:34:10:03 - 00:34:25:18

Jake & Callan

It's not just check. We've kind of branched off in our own little things and stuff like that. But for the most part, it's based around being checked practitioners. Yeah, yeah. It's like a good base. The check stuff's a really good base for it gives you a more of a way of thinking instead of like this for that model yeah.

00:34:26:15 - 00:34:46:08

Jake & Callan

And that's a holistic health, really. So all the foundations of research, what are you to sleep? And if anyone's got any symptom and then lacking in any of those foundations and that person's job really is to look at and just be honest with themselves, really to find out how they manifested that pain. Yeah.

00:34:47:01 - 00:34:56:01

Callum

What are the foundations of check like is like you saying there are like blocks to that. Is that the totem or is that a completely thing?

00:34:56:15 - 00:35:18:17

Jake & Callan

Well, there's a well, the totem pole is more just like a rehab conceptual. It's always conceptual truth. So they have an impulse, just like a rehab principle of like someone's got knee pain makes you look at all these other things first before you bother with me. Yeah. Like, you know, someone's someone's breathing is off, right? Say if they got a restriction or the rib cage and they're breathing and they might lean in a certain way to open that up.

00:35:19:00 - 00:35:42:10

Jake & Callan

So they may lean over that leg. Right. Or plus you're breathing, you're dead. But that opponent is. And then, you know, if the head's forward, then the hips will shift underneath out of sheer in the nature teller to avoid head could be driving things basically don't go chasing the symptom. You don't have any sort of fix a person and if they're inflamed eating shit, they'll never their back pain will never go away.

00:35:42:11 - 00:35:52:10

Jake & Callan

Yeah. Because they're flying yeah. So they have to just be from all angles and that's the missing link and a lot of it is is I believe the food in the water is a huge thing.

00:35:52:10 - 00:35:52:19

Callum

Yeah.

00:35:52:22 - 00:36:12:11

Jake & Callan

Like these people forget that. The point is water, you know, I mean, it's like, I think that this is 75% water. And so it's like if you don't drink drinking water, you know, what do you expect? Like some people to drink water. Yeah. And it's like, I think that's going to be okay. Yeah. But over the course of years, they'll pay for that eventually and always like take priority over everything as well.

00:36:12:20 - 00:36:35:05

Jake & Callan

So the body will shut down everything else to look after. Healthy organs. Yeah. Well, so organs are unhealthy then everything below that's unhealthy. And this is actually a good thing on that. So the colon is linked to the TVA and this dominant, this is the same area. So if you got bloating some of the eating shit, I'm not even laying shit that is not listening to the signs that their body selling and that could be eating broccoli.

00:36:35:05 - 00:36:55:03

Jake & Callan

That's flooding. Yeah. Yeah. This is stuff that, that could inflame the because if they get bloating it, something's going on, right? The body is telling them something, then they won't be able to draw the coring this during increases on the inflamed organs. So this time then they have no cool and then they post false forward because they have no cool which is going to hold it.

00:36:55:11 - 00:37:03:06

Jake & Callan

And then the hamstring may upregulate and then the sergeant could fuck off and all this sort of stuff. You what I mean, yeah, down to the food in the water.

00:37:03:17 - 00:37:29:05

Callum

It's, it's crazy because of how like that, you know, you talking about it, it sounds elaborate, but it's realistically quite simple. And then we go to our health practitioners and it's like, here, take this pill and it just like Band-Aid said problem and then take this one and this one and this one. And you're not looking at the crux of the, the foundational issue, which is what you boys ultimately, I would say, specialize in.

00:37:29:05 - 00:37:52:22

Callum

So like body correction and also even just like I know the gut cleanses and the fungal cleanses as well as huge part of what I even I think I first heard about you guys through with the cleanses and just how your skin represents so much about your internal health at your gut biome. Like if you've got any sort of, you know, blemishes or yellow eyes or anything like that, you could tell a lot, I'm sure.

00:37:52:22 - 00:37:58:03

Callum

But if you've always looked at my complexion, you'd be like this guy pretty good. Hey, I appreciate.

00:37:58:03 - 00:37:59:04

Emily

Everything you guys.

00:37:59:04 - 00:38:00:10

Emily

What about me? What about me?

00:38:00:24 - 00:38:04:00

Jake & Callan

Yeah. I mean, through the screen. Anyway, I felt like it was pretty cool.

00:38:05:03 - 00:38:21:18

Emily

Before you actually saw going down that path. I do want to just ask you boys a little bit like give us a little background about, like, how you kind of like fell into this. Have you always been, you know, tip top and into this? Like, have you always been healthy? What's kind of like your background? Both of you?

00:38:21:18 - 00:38:22:17

Callum

I want the juice. I want them.

00:38:22:18 - 00:38:23:14

Emily

Yeah, give us some juice.

00:38:23:14 - 00:38:44:04

Jake & Callan

So the juices starts at the base. So, yeah, I don't think I'm always very healthy. So to be honest, it's like my mum died of cancer when I was 18. Yeah. And she and she suffered a really horrible death and when I was about 12 to 18, so I saw the, you know, I saw what happens when you're unhealthy, not just like mental emotionally.

00:38:44:05 - 00:39:03:02

Jake & Callan

But also like what are you eating and, and things like that. It's such a stress it and yeah. So I just so it was a question like what it had to do you get into this. Oh yeah. So my mom so it was through fear. Yeah. Yeah. Right. Yeah. The thought of me, I was like, surely there has to be something out there.

00:39:03:03 - 00:39:20:22

Jake & Callan

Yeah, yeah. The coffee we can't just, you know, get cancer. Well, you can't just get sick and then move on to the next thing. You know what I mean? It's like, yeah. So that, that really got that started my health journey but long story short, it wasn't until I met Donald that it all makes sense. Like, he's a high level practitioner.

00:39:21:03 - 00:39:21:21

Jake & Callan

Don't know my back.

00:39:21:21 - 00:39:22:11

Callum

Don't. Okay.

00:39:22:23 - 00:39:38:16

Jake & Callan

Donald ca yeah. I think he's, he's done a few podcasts here on the case, and so he's really he's amazing. He just moved up here. Yeah. It wasn't until I met him that it really kicked me on my journey and I had a backrub he kind of fixed it. But yeah, definitely, like I would say, fear led me.

00:39:38:16 - 00:39:44:17

Jake & Callan

And now, now I'm, I understand a lot more like you don't just get sick. You know, there's a lot of warning when you get sick.

00:39:44:18 - 00:39:50:10

Emily

On that back problem. Like, whoa, what started that bodyboarding?

00:39:50:18 - 00:40:09:19

Jake & Callan

I used to work professionally, so I didn't just like Hopper extension a lot, and I didn't have a good core. I used to at KFC, I used a Coke like this is up until I was like 19 two, like we had cartons of coke in the fridge just like, yeah, yeah. It was just so yeah, it was, it was bodyboarding Oregon and over over.

00:40:09:19 - 00:40:16:21

Jake & Callan

I was in Hawaii and I had kind of like a wipe out plot and it just landed on my land on my back a little bit. And I think that was like the final straw.

00:40:16:21 - 00:40:17:03

Emily

Yeah.

00:40:17:21 - 00:40:42:04

Jake & Callan

And then I saw like a Kyros physios for two years. I could hardly sleep then, like if, you know, if, you know, the injuries correspond to our faces, which is mind like that L5 actually sits forward office. Vikram Oh. And you know, a significant amount is, is 25%, but mom was over 50%. So it was like a real difference and I can put pressure on the spinal cord and spinal nerves and stuff like that.

00:40:42:14 - 00:41:04:03

Jake & Callan

So it's I, it was quite painful. And the only thing I saw a low back specialist, everyone just told me that one of the CS my spine. Yeah. And then I really thought like, ah, I'll give this one last thing and go this check, stop it, go and I'll commit to it fully and yeah, within two and a half weeks I notice the pain went from like 100% and a lot of probably I or nine out of ten in pain.

00:41:04:07 - 00:41:15:18

Jake & Callan

Yeah. To like it too well so yeah, I just became like a crazy Christian like and I was just like, wow. And people with a Bible that healed me.

00:41:15:19 - 00:41:17:17

Emily

Yeah. And now you pray.

00:41:17:18 - 00:41:36:15

Callum

But I think that's, that's so cool. Cal, we're going to get into your background too, but that's so cool that like, you know, you, you found something that worked and you went hard into it and then like, because you actually truly believe that it worked. Yeah. Like, now living and truly breathing is doing what I guess don't hold it for you in a sense, right?

00:41:36:15 - 00:41:44:09

Callum

Like he helped you. You found that. And as well, I'm sure you did a lot of your own hard work. It wasn't just, oh, someone else yeah.

00:41:44:09 - 00:42:03:17

Jake & Callan

I think I think it's it was it for me. It was a physical journey. Like I wanted my body to be to look good at the start to like once I got out of pain, I wanted my body to look. Yeah. You know, good. And then I was. Yeah, yeah. Statically. And then I was like, it kinda. I went down to do Jersey with BoJack for seven days, and I realized that, like, the body doesn't really mean too much.

00:42:03:17 - 00:42:22:04

Jake & Callan

It's like about how you feel inside your body. Yeah. And I went, Oh, mental, emotional, like, healing process, which was just so rewarding and seeing so many clients like me in Kelsey quality clients now and just seeing everyone have that journey and to get better. And, you know, we often say to us we it will be change in the body.

00:42:22:04 - 00:42:28:18

Jake & Callan

And I just quit their job randomly and go and do a completely different thing in life. It's like there's no, you know, there's no coincidence of that stuff.

00:42:28:18 - 00:42:31:10

Emily

That's great. Yeah, that's.

00:42:31:10 - 00:42:37:02

Callum

An CAO your background. It was juices you want as well. I think it's pretty cool. Yeah.

00:42:37:04 - 00:42:37:20

Emily

Yeah, it's amazing.

00:42:38:23 - 00:42:59:06

Jake & Callan

So I guess, but I was always into my actually first in charge of movement, besides like a school friend that was like it just funny right now. It's like now I wouldn't really recommend that. So Holly, you know, but I think I wouldn't open a restaurant. And so I got to experience, I did it for five years and and I got injured.

00:42:59:09 - 00:43:36:20

Jake & Callan

I had my shoulder at my lower back doing a deadlift. It's just I wasn't connected to my body. I was. And that's the thing. This is the whole go check stuff, man. About realizing that your body wisdom is telling you so much like at all times from like being thirsty to go to the toilet, the control for having sleep instead of coffee to not doing that, doing this instead, like, all the time, you know, this is where I like it's about trying to how good can you listen to that really you know and this food of me like all good girls that load of fucking gluten and then they get a test and tell them they

00:43:36:20 - 00:43:45:05

Jake & Callan

can have good that they're not intolerant but every time they go they block so they're walking they're carrying about this test. You know what I mean? Instead of what body cells.

00:43:45:05 - 00:43:45:23

Emily

Yeah, yeah. Yes.

00:43:46:16 - 00:44:02:19

Jake & Callan

And it's just like with everything, it's about doing it and it's hard. It's not work like it takes. I'm still getting better at it. Like, I just found that the other day. It makes me feel like shit. I didn't know that I had it in my face, so, like, sort of super tall are the next day, but most people wouldn't realize that.

00:44:02:19 - 00:44:19:12

Jake & Callan

I just think that I was super tired. But I know that's right. Yeah. And then I know that happened or something else. I have lectins in it, so I can stay away from that back to the path anyway. So, yeah, that got me to move it. But honestly, my dad was into the Circle, Southern Cross, and still is found.

00:44:19:13 - 00:44:39:11

Jake & Callan

Cross is it's much I felt crossed and the whole cycle behind that is went through my whole life. Like honestly from when I was born was like a we wouldn't let us. It was in the infant development. Made sure we crawled. It didn't let it naturally jump out, all those sort of things. Yeah. And it constantly taught like look at people's posture.

00:44:39:19 - 00:45:01:11

Jake & Callan

How many ways can you stand up a spiral? How can you spend all this random shit that I just ignored? You know, I didn't give a fuck about it, but it must have imprinted on me somehow, you know, because it would take them out. So and then but I didn't have the avenue because I was sort of like thinking like, I want to be like maybe a physio or something like that.

00:45:01:11 - 00:45:17:14

Jake & Callan

Yeah, but then, now I don't want to go to uni. It just didn't excite me. And plus the lack I didn't want to take people's backs, I didn't want to do this. And it is bored me a little bit. Yeah. And I went to a physio, I showed up and this is the recommended skills like for 28 years or something.

00:45:18:02 - 00:45:39:01

Jake & Callan

And then now that I know what I know, it's like she got me nothing, told me I was fine and now and I knew it was wrong. Yeah, but it was it. I just realize how awful now I realize how poor the whole sort of the standard of the profession is and, and then when I met Jake, it's spoke about his back injury, which is a pretty you know, I like seven people told me to use a spine or something.

00:45:39:07 - 00:45:56:09

Jake & Callan

Yeah. And then I was like, why did that work and why did everything else not work? And I looked into it. I looked heavy into it. And then I'll just focus now, just like, oh, okay. It's about, yeah, I didn't do shit and doing it all yourself. And, and then really just understanding the length of the body and posture in the spine a bit more from a conceptual point of view.

00:45:56:10 - 00:46:12:19

Jake & Callan

Yeah. So like we say, so in that way the check system is like the two hour system no matter what really. And the thing that all of us got to like a five, six hour assessment of the needs of the vision and the jaw and stuff. But you take a range of motion. It's just one of every major muscle group in the pelvis in the body.

00:46:12:23 - 00:46:27:06

Jake & Callan

You take the range of motion of everything. So you have a folded, let's have refer to a block, okay, this is what's tight, this is what's not. So what could this be causing this down below? But this is what the movement patterns are. This is the way they're lunging. This is the way the squatting these are movements. They need loss.

00:46:27:06 - 00:46:52:11

Jake & Callan

Yeah. And it's just so in-depth, so in depth. And I was like, Okay, this is why. And you learn rapidly when you take all that information because you really start to see patterns of people and these things that you don't see in books, you know? Yeah, but you can't, it's, it's like, you see, like, all the sudden you have ten people come in with the same thing, and then you look at the numbers and there's all these similarities that this person see, it's always twisted this way and says that it's all a joint or are and then you start says patterns.

00:46:52:11 - 00:47:09:12

Jake & Callan

Yeah. And then you, you have a theory behind it. You put it into work and if it works, it works. And you know, a lot of it, we, you know, it does work like we get some pretty people like the girl this morning they seem three as busy as if she walked out with like a significant amount less amount of pain she got really.

00:47:09:17 - 00:47:12:15

Jake & Callan

But they walk out, they're hooked. They're like back. I mean, yeah.

00:47:12:19 - 00:47:13:04

Callum

Yeah, yeah.

00:47:13:11 - 00:47:39:00

Jake & Callan

There's a missing link and then obviously, as you guys know, but that I don't know, like, I when I was young, I got caught with wasn't partying as I was and I got caught with a hundred pills. I went to jail for seven months at Woodford and Brisbane and then lastly at the farm. So I did seven months and that was where I saw what posture, how people treated you with posture.

00:47:39:08 - 00:47:59:24

Jake & Callan

So I saw like I walked in knowing the shit already of my dad's I walked in and like a puffed up chest and a tall head because we're just gorillas, so forget that shit. And it's just that happening everywhere in the business, meeting everything. Like all these things happen but I had this fake posture that made myself a little confident when really I was scared.

00:47:59:24 - 00:48:26:04

Jake & Callan

Yeah, I was everyone else. But, you know, it's part of the game. And and then I saw a guy come with full posture, and then he just totally taken off like all the brothers of this type of shit. So because he was weak and his posture you know, so I think that's a big thing. And that's where he talks about how you can change the impressions by changing the posture because you do this and some people that are here all day long as they put themselves there, that's a weird feeling for them, but they don't feel comfortable.

00:48:26:04 - 00:48:27:13

Jake & Callan

Yeah, they want to be if.

00:48:27:24 - 00:48:28:07

Emily

They feel.

00:48:28:07 - 00:48:35:10

Jake & Callan

Safe, you can do exercise, but if you don't exercise and they still got this mindset running the head, yeah, they'll go a couple of months.

00:48:35:18 - 00:48:36:01

Callum

Yeah.

00:48:37:00 - 00:48:40:22

Jake & Callan

Yeah. So I sort of that's, that's, that's the story really.

00:48:40:22 - 00:48:54:00

Callum

Yeah. It's like you boys landed there. Now you're doing this, you know, for living. You, you're busy. You see a lot of people what are like the common they come in. I mean, do we call them injuries or what are the common.

00:48:54:04 - 00:48:55:01

Emily

Like symptoms of.

00:48:55:01 - 00:49:02:06

Callum

Symptoms that you always dealing with and let's go maybe female and then male because I'm pretty sure they'd be somewhat different.

00:49:02:20 - 00:49:32:06

Jake & Callan

Yeah. Yeah sometimes the number one yeah back pain and is patterns you say so so this morning we're standard it's like that state is a hundred times and this go lower back feel so tight all the time yeah in the around the joint area sort of always feels tight and the lower back real compressed and then upper back mid trap tightness there was something about that that creates tension headaches so that's super common and that's a postural thing.

00:49:32:12 - 00:49:54:11

Jake & Callan

So what I found is that the females generally especially they've postnatal have too much anterior to rock and if they're to anteriorly tilt and say the hand of the baby and his wife from the front of the pelvis, it's pulling them down and we're in the western world. So we're sitting now not still in of walking lunges. So all of a sudden the palace were to put forward that lower back compresses.

00:49:54:23 - 00:50:16:10

Jake & Callan

That glute then is really taut. It's actually sort of not tight small talk and generally you feel like the long muscles in pain, right? So and so she feels like she wants to stretch your glutes all the time. But I checked against that actually very long in a hamstring for very long. And, and then she's been trying to do hamstring stretches and yoga would be the worst thing for her.

00:50:16:18 - 00:50:36:05

Jake & Callan

So it was a hip flexors that was driving this compression in the lower back. Right. And same time, just this whole posture makes all that bone. So they're going to feel like it's taught at the time but it really needs to be this all needs to be freed up at the front of the test because the chest is pulling them down and it's like in the back.

00:50:36:13 - 00:50:55:20

Jake & Callan

And when the head goes forward, it compresses the sort of C-7 area. There's that orbital nerve that rather than so they'll get headaches to the eye and the front of their head. And that's again, it's like a it's like a hinge point at their cervical spine going forward. So yeah, for the females and males. Right. But yeah, I found my leg more tucked under flat back.

00:50:56:05 - 00:51:14:07

Jake & Callan

Is this a pattern of saying rock and female so generally more anteriorly didn't say if they worn heels that flex their heels like really hot stuff called them. Yeah, if they're in the clouds and I think of it like a sponge, the quads are contracting all day long. They dry out and it's contracting all day long. It's going to dry out.

00:51:14:08 - 00:51:36:20

Jake & Callan

Right. It's not oscillating between on and off on a draw that pulls the pelvis forward progressive the lower back so I could load this, the cost more was the Achilles more and whatever that maybe the genetic weakness will be the symptom, but it still back down. The posture and pulse is not about telling someone to stand upright and so it's about retention, taking in there.

00:51:36:20 - 00:51:53:08

Jake & Callan

And it's this the optimal position of the joint. That's what it is. It's not looking nice that comes along for the ride looks. Yes. But if the ultimate position of the joint. So you're not doing that. What are you doing? Yeah. I know the optimal. You're trying to strengthen everything without releasing first what's dried and thought. And that's I think is a big missing link in industries.

00:51:53:15 - 00:51:54:02

Emily

I agree.

00:51:54:08 - 00:52:11:04

Jake & Callan

A lot of they don't bounce the length engines first. They just go stretch the strengthening. But the strength thing doesn't work if if the length tensions are tight those quads, it's like it's going to lengthen those by lower abdominals. They can do that or should they want, but they don't really bring those back on the stock would keep separating.

00:52:11:05 - 00:52:30:12

Jake & Callan

Yeah, that's females. What are you looking at now? Um, yeah. I mean I have we attract completely different clients I like, but definitely what he said is very common as well. I get a lot of like, yes, I had a guy with just depressed shoulders that were below. You probably should line up with T2 and he's just really depressed.

00:52:30:12 - 00:52:56:02

Jake & Callan

So we just did shrug work and that's all this pain that he had. Anyway, so like just, I don't know, I get really a different kind of clients. It just, it's never really it's funny, like we did the joint course recently in sports biology course and I got people that really needed that side joint work. So every client in the last week or two has been like three this is always a joint stop.

00:52:56:02 - 00:53:00:06

Jake & Callan

Even when I'm there, one of my clients that I've just done my A side joint and I was like, Oh, I'm not do.

00:53:00:06 - 00:53:10:03

Emily

And what do you think is like super common with the side joint? Like especially for women? More like, do you see that the inside joint is.

00:53:10:03 - 00:53:17:11

Callum

So we want to quickly also explain. So it's like our iliac joint. If the listener doesn't know what that is, what is it doing with the sacrum?

00:53:17:12 - 00:53:36:11

Jake & Callan

It yeah, well it's it's a joint that kind of oscillates between when you walk. So it kind of like they used to think it was just stuck there, but it actually tends like this and it actually goes like this. So the joint can get a lot like laxity in between it or it can get too tight. So that would be an sore joint dysfunction.

00:53:36:14 - 00:53:59:24

Jake & Callan

Yeah. And so with the surgery, it's where the sacrum that pelvis for the people of ilium, which is one half pelvis, right? So there is a limit of motion in that joint that should be a little bit better. But an unstable. Yes, I saw joints height, interior chill. Yeah. Because it's so thick and look as a slack all the tissue so that there should be ligaments or tension stabilizing that.

00:54:00:03 - 00:54:15:10

Jake & Callan

But as soon as your anteriorly tilts of that back, it's closer together. So then this is going to be relaxed, there's going to be motion, there should be tension. But what actually happens is common procedure things is very like you want to make sure the anterior tilt goes, you want to make sure that it's like this is the cue.

00:54:15:10 - 00:54:35:19

Jake & Callan

All the lower back is released and and they need to strengthen the glutes in the hamstrings to pull it back down. But they also need to make sure the core the core is really the thing is to hold that. Yeah. Because in this help and what you'll find is the hamstrings will tighten up and you release it and it will tighten back up again, top back up again because the hamstrings trying to stabilize the side joint.

00:54:36:02 - 00:54:59:02

Jake & Callan

So hence why maybe someone has this sort of joint dysfunction and they stretch the hamstrings, they might feel the pain as works. Yeah, same with Grace. Like almost a similar somewhat approach because he's just under your spine slid forward. So he needs that sort of more level platform so he's anteriorly tilted also the same thing for him. He can't stretch as hamstrings, otherwise it becomes a pain even rolling and brings some pain.

00:54:59:04 - 00:55:23:13

Jake & Callan

Really. Yeah, because yeah because as soon as I go into anterior tilt my pelvises unlock. Yeah right. Form and force collision. The pelvis means like bone closure is when the joints actually lock together and then force closures when the muscles lock lock the pelvis together. So if I was release my hamstrings, that goes into anterior tone. I'm going to unlock pelvis and I can literally feel like I'll grab my back and go, Oh my God, I feel unstable.

00:55:23:13 - 00:55:27:09

Jake & Callan

Yeah, yeah. Releasing the hamstrings. So it's pretty cool.

00:55:27:15 - 00:55:45:11

Callum

Yeah. To even throw more confusion into it the way I understand it. Right, is that you said in the very beginning food and water is key. So you say someone has sake or iliac and they cause me to be holding everything together, but they're eating something that's making them bloating, which makes their corn not work. They need to fix the food water first before they fix the sacrum.

00:55:45:11 - 00:55:51:15

Jake & Callan

Without a doubt to accept. And a lot of time on the fix, the food in the water, you don't have to touch the pelvis.

00:55:52:00 - 00:56:07:10

Callum

Right? So like, yeah. So going to like the core thing of, you know, and on that, like you guys do a parasite and gut cleanse, what does that look like? Jack, you're about to embark on a clip like the cleanse. Is that the parasite cleanse or is that a different.

00:56:08:00 - 00:56:30:05

Jake & Callan

Yeah, so so the cleanse is a slimming down of kind of designed Alpha Dog Coffman's work and Ben Greenfield's work and impulse projects work. And we've kind of mixed this concoction but it's really like it is a parasite and fungal infection cleanse. So we're made of good and bad. Good and bad parasite. We are parasite free. So we need to keep it in balance.

00:56:30:05 - 00:56:49:07

Jake & Callan

But a parasite of fungal infection will happen when you go out of balance and you start to get weak, your weak organisms, fungal asado take over kind of thing like that. So yeah, yeah. Well, they're there to, to break you down and bring it back into the soil you live in. But the thing is, I only sugar. They like sugar, right?

00:56:49:14 - 00:57:03:07

Jake & Callan

So you have to remember that like an apple these days is like three times the size of the wall. And apple, you know, I mean, a banana is like way bigger. So we all have way too much sugar in that. Yeah, especially in winter when you wouldn't really have much sugar at all. So you get a natural pass up.

00:57:04:04 - 00:57:19:10

Jake & Callan

Well, a lot of these things, I just can't do anything about Candida but don't think of it as something that you catch that is there. But they can they have to be able to survive inside of you, you know? I mean, so our cleanse is more you do have the supplements that sort of kill parasites and then bind.

00:57:19:10 - 00:57:40:01

Jake & Callan

Is that sort of bring it out. But that's such a small part of it. That's just that just fades it up. Yeah. You got to change it. So that's why it's basically no sugar. No, Kath and we thought always just actually reset people because that's some crazy results. Like no sugar, no caffeine. I'm having a ten day break with caffeine at the moment because we should every once in a while.

00:57:40:08 - 00:57:42:17

Callum

You're training your adrenals the fraud.

00:57:43:08 - 00:58:03:15

Jake & Callan

Yeah they get right and this on and especially if females especially females gain like Botox baths there's a female vanity cycle shit going on first things of coffee and then I'll say no and it's hard it's called my sister that foxy yeah. Oh but yeah, the cleanse is also like it's a complete reset of your diet. Yeah.

00:58:03:21 - 00:58:04:13

Emily

Yeah, exactly.

00:58:04:14 - 00:58:20:02

Jake & Callan

My stuff I got a climbed up on to it at the moment and she's and I can tell she's having the symptoms of the parasite cleanse, which is I'm craving sugar. I feel tired, lethargic, what do I do? And it's not until she finishes the cleanse and she starts eight introduce things again to understand why that was company.

00:58:20:04 - 00:58:31:23

Jake & Callan

Yeah, she'll stop. You'll be like, Okay, well, that's because I wasn't having enough of this. Enough was enough of this. You really learn to be really intuitive with your body after it and be adding fruit back in. It's a complete reset. Yeah.

00:58:31:23 - 00:58:34:03

Callum

So like an oil change up of a car.

00:58:34:03 - 00:58:52:15

Jake & Callan

Yeah. Well, I go from that cauliflower. I was making a secret that people thought it ought to go with a disposable garlic was created to paint. So because it was the same thing was in planning, it's called me. What's the so so when he tested it and he had it again lighter in the paint. So basically it's like FODMAP, you know what I mean?

00:58:52:16 - 00:59:14:08

Jake & Callan

Yeah. And and of it just lets you because you're so limited you just know oh I feel like I should say I feel good. What was that? And you really get in like honest with yourself and sort of like a fit action thing while cleaning it out with any heavy metals and so clean and charcoal but man has this and so we had someone writing from South Africa recently, never knew him.

00:59:14:12 - 00:59:45:15

Jake & Callan

This is a crazy story and this girl said it was the boyfriend, but he was writing her his girlfriend was sick for like two years. Right, right. Badly sick. Yeah. And she had she had all these tests and all these doctors. She had lesions in the liver. So lots of lesions like holes in the liver. Yeah. And and two years of scans and shit and no Doctor Kalpa and I think he's follows us because of Jake's body boarding thing that ends with a and he said thousands of liver flukes came in at about right.

00:59:45:17 - 01:00:17:10

Jake & Callan

And him and him. So he didn't have any symptoms that and and he goes like instantly better. And she was told she was going to have cancer next couple of years. And she's all the symptoms of gonorrhea. So it's super in the next ten years you watched Nixon years of well when I have the pass up to this poster like this is Joe in the section he goes a lot of people have passed on versions and what do you get can like 30% of my clients if not sometimes more sometimes have something come out live it's like grandma ought to go by the circle just get injury and just put him on it to heal.

01:00:17:10 - 01:00:19:19

Jake & Callan

Well I got to pass out and all this eating good food.

01:00:19:19 - 01:00:19:24

Emily

Yeah.

01:00:20:07 - 01:00:22:02

Callum

Yeah. Nothing will hurt. Yeah.

01:00:22:17 - 01:00:30:05

Jake & Callan

Well, I've never had I've done it hates net stuff, but I do it because I save money because I'm cooking a lot, so it's not going to break off and I'm just being.

01:00:31:10 - 01:00:34:04

Callum

Trained train food, right? Because it's mainly no. No sugar.

01:00:34:24 - 01:00:55:05

Jake & Callan

Yeah. And you save time, you know, go in a cafe just to like you. Just on point. Yes. And, and. Oh, yeah. Here. It's like one time you. You know what I mean? So it's like, it's, it's like worms that hates of little folks roundworms. And a lady had 20 years of hip pain and had like, I'm talking like this much of that meat could block.

01:00:55:05 - 01:01:12:16

Jake & Callan

She'd come out and let a she go, she's going to the hospital, she goes it bleed and kind of looks like my walls. That's what she thinks. And then the next day like this much it kind of it looks like a kilo and because I felt like she was sick because I felt like I was 40 and I was getting all so oh I've got a few.

01:01:13:00 - 01:01:13:08

Emily

Bumps.

01:01:13:17 - 01:01:22:04

Callum

Because I've also seen like, you know, psoriasis and skin like topical skin disease get cleaned up as well. Like, even like through.

01:01:22:05 - 01:01:23:05

Emily

You know, a sight cleanses.

01:01:23:06 - 01:01:37:18

Callum

Yeah. Like I've seen even on yourself how like girls that have got, you know, acne or any sort of like, you know, skin cleared off. Yeah, skin's cleaned up completely. So because obviously something is not agreeing in the body.

01:01:37:19 - 01:02:02:22

Jake & Callan

Right angle, right? Yeah, exactly. It's it's a stomach thing. The skin is breaking out the stomach every time. So the eggs are the something that's fucking with they got throughout the food or, or too much sugar. Right. And it's just it's feeding off the sugar. So to starve in the stuff man and a girl we know was in a shed duties for like 15 years or some shit.

01:02:03:05 - 01:02:25:22

Jake & Callan

I know. Yeah. Like a long time most of my life. Right. Then on the Clinton she had the worst one of her lost. Yeah. And then the next day it went away and then she's never had wants to go but they're like just screaming and dying and like yeah, yeah. And then yeah I don't even know right. But all I know is that every single of my clients I check them on and if they, if they want to do it because for me it's going to lower their inflammation, he'll get back.

01:02:25:23 - 01:02:40:07

Jake & Callan

I've got a guy right now who they want, if he's fine a month ago and he's now surfing and he's done it, everything man is on like he loved his information. And this is it's not about calories, right? Like he lost is all this waterway and like is yeah.

01:02:50:15 - 01:02:51:00

Emily

Yeah.

01:02:53:18 - 01:02:54:17

Emily

Yeah, yeah, sure.

01:03:13:07 - 01:03:13:22

Emily

It's actually some.

01:03:23:09 - 01:03:23:16

Callum

Yeah.

01:03:26:24 - 01:03:46:02

Emily

It's interesting you say that because I'm like, I get cold sores, like, literally on my nose and it's so weird, but I haven't have on in a really well I haven't had one in a long time, so that's why let's touch it. But, um, yeah, it is interesting you say that and it's like because everyone says that you actually can't like cure cold sores, right?

01:03:46:04 - 01:03:49:09

Emily

Yeah. And these two boys. Yeah.

01:03:50:05 - 01:04:08:18

Callum

That's the thing. And that's not like talking to your voice as well. It's funny because like the stuff you say, it does seem so like hard to fathom, but it's literally so like simple and it's fallen. Like, you got to look at the look at what else is happening and yeah, not just don't go and see it and make it right.

01:04:08:19 - 01:04:09:17

Callum

You know, you just.

01:04:09:17 - 01:04:09:21

Emily

If.

01:04:10:03 - 01:04:22:19

Callum

You thought of was like fuzing like that's a huge fuze this ball out of fuze like, you know, my wife, they also had a fuze as like really like joints. I have pelvis was to be well to be put plates on. Right? That was a possibility too.

01:04:22:19 - 01:04:24:00

Emily

Band that's just been.

01:04:24:00 - 01:04:29:09

Callum

Something and doesn't need that. She's just like getting better. It's still the problem, but the doctor would just use it.

01:04:29:14 - 01:04:46:20

Emily

How I put yeah, it's so wild. How important would you say boys it is to like really care for your body and like, what are some ways like right now that anyone listening can start to, like, work on their body? What are we talking to.

01:04:47:09 - 01:04:48:18

Callum

You for, ladies?

01:05:05:03 - 01:05:05:24

Emily

Yeah. Wow.

01:05:21:07 - 01:05:21:16

Emily

Mhm.

01:05:37:20 - 01:05:38:06

Emily

Yeah.

01:05:40:07 - 01:05:41:15

Emily

We were. Yeah, exactly.

01:05:41:15 - 01:05:43:22

Callum

That. Labeling it organic. But before it was like, it was.

01:05:43:22 - 01:05:44:20

Emily

Just the normal.

01:05:44:23 - 01:05:47:24

Callum

You know, that your grandparents were growing shit, you know. Yeah.

01:05:53:19 - 01:06:13:24

Callum

No, but you even look at those pictures now have like the 1940s and fifties and they're all chilling out on the beach and everyone's getting Shrek and all the kids in the frickin gymnasium. Yeah. Don't calisthenics and pull ups some pushups in front of you. Well this is where this next question will come anyway. And so water, I don't know if we finish that water, organic food.

01:06:14:15 - 01:06:25:23

Emily

But anything else Mhm.

01:06:41:04 - 01:06:42:18

Emily

It's so stressful.

01:06:42:22 - 01:06:57:19

Callum

So this family will release Yeah.

01:07:04:13 - 01:07:07:02

Emily

Mhm. Mhm.

01:07:08:22 - 01:07:09:15

Speaker 5

Mhm.

01:07:29:10 - 01:07:29:21

Speaker 5

Mm.

01:07:40:12 - 01:07:40:20

Speaker 5

Yeah.

01:07:41:18 - 01:07:42:02

Callum

Yeah.

01:07:44:24 - 01:07:45:11

Emily

Yeah.

01:07:51:17 - 01:07:52:00

Callum

Yeah.

01:07:57:17 - 01:07:57:24

Callum

Yeah.

01:08:04:06 - 01:08:05:05

Emily

Yeah. Yeah.

01:08:10:04 - 01:08:10:13

Emily

Yeah.

01:08:13:10 - 01:08:13:18

Callum

Yeah.

01:08:14:15 - 01:08:16:06

Emily

Yeah. And it's, I think it's important.

01:08:16:13 - 01:08:17:23

Callum

Yeah. And it's.

01:08:18:10 - 01:08:19:12

Emily

Yeah. That's really.

01:08:19:12 - 01:08:27:14

Callum

Important. I mean even to like that like I would say you don't like that the macro level of things, whereas like even in the gym it's like this like if you go shady for them don't do that.

01:08:27:15 - 01:08:28:19

Emily

Except that you don't have like.

01:08:31:01 - 01:08:42:00

Callum

Talking and it's like someone listening, it's like at the gym and like dancing in there and go to court always pushing out. It's like there is no point doing that if you can't even do push up correctly, you know, like baby steps. I think that's like saying yes.

01:08:42:00 - 01:08:45:19

Emily

I mean, you're in exactly what you're saying. It's like stop school, literally.

01:08:45:21 - 01:09:10:24

Callum

What do you eat? Or you go out your best job, go, you know, go. Oh, I've been itching to place, thank the Lord, our society. So you brush up before this Western society. We we sit in the chair, we sit at the office, we see that we get to sit at home, we sit in twenty-fourths and and pretty much and it's like it's looking it's looking like we're going to be doing that for the new future.

01:09:10:24 - 01:09:20:04

Callum

Kids are playing games, you know, on phones, heads, the tilted forward. What is society say about our posture now and what are the things that people could do to break that up?

01:09:56:20 - 01:10:17:10

Emily

Yeah, yeah.

01:10:20:23 - 01:10:21:06

Emily

Yeah.

01:10:32:06 - 01:10:32:13

Callum

Mm.

01:10:37:15 - 01:10:37:22

Callum

Yeah.

01:10:48:01 - 01:10:48:10

Callum

Yeah.

01:10:58:20 - 01:10:59:03

Callum

Yeah.

01:11:16:06 - 01:11:18:00

Emily

Yeah, yeah.

01:11:19:17 - 01:11:20:00

Callum

Yeah.

01:11:22:16 - 01:11:22:24

Callum

Yeah.

01:11:25:19 - 01:11:27:19

Emily

I actually love those. Are you here?

01:11:28:02 - 01:11:39:00

Callum

You yeah.

01:11:40:10 - 01:11:40:18

Emily

It's.

01:11:41:12 - 01:11:43:09

Callum

It's meant to me. Yeah. I've got.

01:11:43:22 - 01:11:45:12

Emily

Like, my legs criss cross.

01:11:45:12 - 01:11:46:09

Callum

My because even.

01:11:47:20 - 01:11:48:02

Jake & Callan

Even.

01:11:48:05 - 01:12:07:14

Callum

That the the forward head is is a huge thing because, like, the further fall we go, gravity's pushing down pretty up weight and that's where, like, the tension in the neck comes from. And I know you boys released the program recently that forward had cos you and you see so many people walking around getting calluses like forms you know, calcium forming on the back to hold it.

01:12:08:01 - 01:12:10:06

Callum

There's always that one little lady who's in the shops.

01:12:10:16 - 01:12:13:10

Jake & Callan

Not that far off I actually.

01:12:13:10 - 01:12:24:08

Callum

What can people do to reset that like get on a foam roll and just lay there and like spread out yeah.

01:12:43:13 - 01:12:43:21

Callum

Yeah.

01:13:21:21 - 01:13:28:20

Emily

Mm mm. Yeah.

01:13:29:11 - 01:13:29:20

Callum

Yeah.

01:13:34:19 - 01:13:55:03

Callum

That yeah. And that's like and that would be like true neutral spine then. Right. A lot of people talk about, you know, like, oh, in a neutral spot, but their heads like this, but there's bonds in neutral. But they had to quit talking that it would technically then give you that for.

01:13:59:09 - 01:14:00:05

Emily

Yeah, exactly.

01:14:00:08 - 01:14:04:01

Callum

Yeah. It's not about vanity. It's like literally checking, but you can look at yourself in a.

01:14:04:02 - 01:14:04:13

Emily

Bath.

01:14:08:11 - 01:14:08:19

Callum

Yeah.

01:14:10:16 - 01:14:11:15

Emily

Yeah, exactly.

01:14:25:10 - 01:14:26:09

Emily

Yeah, exactly.

01:14:29:24 - 01:14:30:07

Callum

Yeah.

01:14:31:06 - 01:14:31:17

Emily

Uh.

01:14:32:04 - 01:14:45:12

Callum

I love the Donald in yeah.

01:14:45:14 - 01:14:45:24

Emily

Yeah.

01:14:48:09 - 01:14:52:13

Callum

Well, that's even, like, in the dojo, just in the gym.

01:14:52:21 - 01:15:11:24

Emily

I, um. I love that you said chow before. You, like, it's boring shit. Like, sometimes it's just bored shit that you're doing that you need to do and that you need to, like, actually put in the time and effort. Is that something that you're really big on? Like, doing the boring shit? Basically yeah.

01:15:21:02 - 01:15:21:13

Emily

Mhm.

01:15:32:06 - 01:15:32:14

Emily

Mhm.

01:15:39:14 - 01:15:40:01

Emily

Yeah.

01:15:44:00 - 01:15:44:12

Emily

Yeah.

01:15:45:06 - 01:15:45:16

Callum

Yeah.

01:15:52:09 - 01:16:11:20

Emily

Things to happen yeah.

01:16:16:16 - 01:16:18:02

Emily

Yeah. Mhm.

01:16:28:14 - 01:16:28:20

Emily

Yeah.

01:16:35:03 - 01:17:17:00

Emily

Mhm. Uh uh.

01:17:22:20 - 01:17:23:04

Callum

Yeah.

01:17:25:08 - 01:17:39:23

Emily

Yeah. And if, if people listening to this episode, you know on the coast where you guys are, what, what's their next best bet yeah. Yeah.

01:17:44:12 - 01:17:46:08

Emily

Yeah. It's just like not enough out there right.

01:17:51:06 - 01:17:51:14

Callum

Yeah.

01:17:57:03 - 01:17:57:11

Callum

Yeah.

01:18:00:06 - 01:18:00:22

Emily

Yeah.

01:18:03:11 - 01:18:05:15

Emily

Yeah, yeah.

01:18:10:10 - 01:18:17:13

Callum

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:18:17:17 - 01:18:19:07

Emily

I've learned a lot today.

01:18:19:07 - 01:18:29:01

Callum

Yeah. Even like I know, I know like some of this stuff but it, it always, I just it, I'm so curious. I think I want to ask like thousands of questions. It's like things but even.

01:18:29:01 - 01:18:43:10

Emily

Even like being told, you know, to drink filtered water it's like something that, that trying to, you know, every day is a practice absolutely. Like, non-negotiable, but, like, there are certain times where, you know, I'll fill up out of the top, and it's.

01:18:43:10 - 01:18:44:22

Callum

Just like some heavy metals.

01:18:45:07 - 01:18:46:10

Emily

Really straight, and.

01:18:46:10 - 01:18:47:21

Callum

Then do a cleanse twice a year.

01:18:47:21 - 01:18:50:06

Emily

Maybe. Yeah, I'm going to. Yeah, yeah.

01:19:02:17 - 01:19:03:01

Emily

Mhm.

01:19:06:15 - 01:19:07:13

Emily

Exactly.

01:19:12:01 - 01:19:12:09

Emily

Yeah.

01:19:13:06 - 01:19:26:22

Callum

You try it. Yeah. You don't know like. Yeah. 95%. It's like I saw me the other day and as I walk into a grocery store and like reading the back of the label and you just like seeing all these numbers, if I put it down like, all right, well I'm not eating that, I'm just going to go home and have a steak.

01:19:26:22 - 01:19:46:13

Callum

Right. And even that it's like, there's so much in that. But I think the takeaways from this that I've got like people listening that if they are, I would say experience any pain, discomfort or if they've been doing the chasing the tail of physio. Doctor Tyra Um, there are options out there and like you boys offer a great service.

01:19:46:13 - 01:19:56:12

Callum

Yeah. And I believe that there is more knowledge than just the knowledge of the standard associated by the car is like, yeah, yeah, yeah exactly. Yeah. Mexico product like.

01:19:56:22 - 01:19:57:20

Emily

Not just taking the.

01:19:59:19 - 01:20:00:16

Callum

Oh yeah.

01:20:05:15 - 01:20:07:07

Emily

Yeah. It's really like get curious.

01:20:07:19 - 01:20:09:16

Callum

Yeah I think.

01:20:10:11 - 01:20:10:23

Emily

Yeah.

01:20:17:09 - 01:20:17:18

Callum

Yeah.

01:20:21:12 - 01:20:22:01

Emily

You can.

01:20:25:18 - 01:20:47:24

Callum

Probably yeah. Yeah, I, I do love it and I think it's well for like a lot of, you know, when you think about body building and you think about gyms and you think about people doing movement and they're so focused on looking a certain way to try and chase that good feeling where like simple things like, are you sleeping enough?

01:20:47:24 - 01:21:08:15

Callum

Are you drinking enough water? Are you, like, fueling your body with the right stuff? But also, like, I mean, I'm guilty. Some days I go in to do a workout, like an hour and a bit of like a powerlifting, intense squats, you know, deadlifts work pretty so much. And then I'm like, oh, 5 minutes left to stretch. But I've worked out for half an hour only giving us a 5 minutes like I need.

01:21:08:15 - 01:21:09:01

Callum

I know.

01:21:09:01 - 01:21:10:19

Emily

I need to say catching yourself out in.

01:21:10:19 - 01:21:17:12

Callum

The. Yeah. And then and I was like, what I feel is about education. Nature is like, I'm a light on the ball and I'm stretching out. Like, This is good. This feels good. And I.

01:21:18:08 - 01:21:19:18

Emily

Give it a.

01:21:19:18 - 01:21:38:11

Callum

Try. This is very good. And then I got it going to go. So I know we've really, I think, going to take a focus on stretching. There's no one ever in the stretching area there's everywhere in the third round way. It's like biscuits and everything. No one stretching yeah.

01:21:43:05 - 01:21:43:14

Callum

Yeah.

01:21:56:14 - 01:21:56:23

Emily

Yeah.

01:22:01:04 - 01:22:01:13

Callum

Yeah.

01:22:04:10 - 01:22:05:01

Callum

Yeah, yeah.

01:22:09:11 - 01:22:25:14

Emily

Yeah, yeah, yeah, well, boys, what a little during the, the chat.

01:22:25:22 - 01:22:26:19

Callum

You ask the well.

01:22:27:02 - 01:22:46:18

Emily

I'm going to ask a couple of questions yeah. We have a little fast five. Basically, you can't think you just have to do two and the first one is a guilty pleasure mhm.

01:22:55:04 - 01:22:56:12

Emily

But you're saying yep. Yep.

01:22:57:16 - 01:22:58:18

Callum

Sunrise, sunset.

01:23:02:10 - 01:23:08:18

Emily

Karaoke song yes. Good train.

01:23:11:24 - 01:23:13:22

Emily

Mm hm.

01:23:14:04 - 01:23:22:15

Callum

I love that. Uh, favorite food, actually. No. Let's get off our food. You can only eat one fit for the rest of your life. What would that food be?

01:23:27:05 - 01:23:42:09

Emily

Cheese yeah. You know, honestly, it hurts me to think about eating breakfast. Lunch at the restaurant that.

01:23:47:03 - 01:23:47:11

Callum

First go.

01:23:47:11 - 01:23:52:15

Emily

Back. Yeah, that's. Yeah, you sold me on that. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

01:23:54:19 - 01:23:55:00

Jake & Callan

Oh.

01:24:08:11 - 01:24:08:20

Emily

Yeah.

01:24:11:19 - 01:24:15:08

Callum

Yeah, oh.

01:24:16:10 - 01:24:19:20

Emily

Oh, yeah. We have the hard string shops.

01:24:20:14 - 01:24:33:03

Callum

If either one last one hit, it's. It's a big one. I love it. And it's more than one where the world is listening for a minute, what would you tell them? The whole world was listening and tuning in to your voice. What would you say? What was it? Your boss.

01:25:04:02 - 01:25:04:08

Emily

Yeah.

01:25:11:04 - 01:25:11:16

Jake & Callan

Yeah.

01:25:15:13 - 01:25:16:00

Emily

Yeah.

01:25:21:08 - 01:25:21:23

Callum

Yeah.

01:25:24:18 - 01:25:28:11

Callum

Literally all of us like Captain Jack Sparrow's Compass.

01:25:29:23 - 01:25:31:16

Emily

But in him, they can hear.

01:25:32:02 - 01:25:32:08

Callum

So.

01:25:36:14 - 01:26:07:16

Emily

Yeah. Yeah, literally. Oh, it's been a little treat, boys. Where can everyone find you if they want to talk more? If they need a cleanse, if they want to do some online or even face to face work night, you know, what do you, ah, like? That's the thing where that sounds.

01:26:08:17 - 01:26:16:16

Callum

Indians, doomsday, you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:26:25:13 - 01:26:30:14

Emily

Yeah, literally. Okay, well, thanks for joining us today. Voice and have a good day.

01:26:30:16 - 01:26:33:09

Callum

Enjoy the afternoon and happy Friday.

01:26:33:15 - 01:26:33:23

Emily

You.
