This episode is a little different than most because I have a guest interview instead of a guest expert. This week Cassandra Grant is asking the questions and I am the guest of the show, honestly answering questions and sharing my journey.
Cassandra mentioned that it would be fun for me to have an episode where I shared my journey, growth, practices and evolution.
