Why Understanding Your Chakra System Changes Everything

This episode is sharing more on why it's so important and essential to learn about your energy body. This system is a powerful road map for understanding yourself on every level: body, mind, emotion and soul.
Basics of the Chakra's:
Root - Foundation centre (safety, security, stability, finances)
Sacral - Creative and pleasure centre
Solar - Power centre - self-confidence, and will
Heart - Bridge between body and spirit - seat of soul
Throat - Your voice and your truth
Third eye - Seat of your intuition
Crown - Your gateway to divine consciousness or your connection to the divine
Here's why it matters:
1. It helps you connect to your whole self - not just your mind.
2. It reveals the root of emotional or physical imbalances.
3. It empowers you to heal yourself from within.
4. It deepens spiritual connection and purpose.
5. It's a tool for transformation, not just awareness.
