179: Does Your Dream Make Sense for Your Life?
We talk a lot about getting clear on our vision and working toward our dreams (sanely) around here – which is so fun, right?! BUT what if you’re feeling a little ~stuck~ in a dream that just doesn’t make sense for your life anymore?
Today, I’m chatting with one of my best friends, Kellie Britch, owner and founder of Seen + Settled about what it’s like to pursue a dream for a while and then recognize that the dream no longer aligns with your life.
She got her degree in writing and dreamed of working for an advertising agency for so long. Then she became a mom and realized that dream no longer aligned with her new season of life because her priorities changed so she stepped into a new dream that made more sense for where she was at.
Tune in to this episode to hear Kellie and I chat about:
⋒ How to figure out if your dream makes sense for your life and what to do if it doesn’t
⋒ How to navigate wanting to change your dream but not having support from your loved ones
⋒ What a doula is and why you 100% should consider working with one if you’re pregnant or postpartum
