162: Creating Healthy Fitness Habits When You’re Busy ft. Personal Trainer Jess Hill
It’s the time of year when people tend to laser-focus on their health and fitness goals, right? Maybe you’re feeling really motivated to become the healthiest version of yourself or maybe you feel guilty for how you treated your body during the holidays (we’ll talk about this 👀).
I actually used to be a certified personal trainer so I’m really passionate about health & fitness and it’s been a big part of my life since my early 20s. I’ve been on both sides of the spectrum – working out from a place of guilt and shame toward my body and from a place of love and wanting to be healthy.
I’ve been out of the fitness industry for a while now so I wanted to bring in my friend Jess to share this conversation with!
Jess is a certified personal trainer, online health and fitness coach, and owner of Well & Wild Fitness. She has made it her mission to help women live a realistically healthy lifestyle and to have fun while doing it!
Tune into this episode to hear Jess and I chat about:
⋒ How damaging the restrictive healthy lifestyle narrative is and how to rewrite your own version of what really living a healthy life looks like
⋒ Tips for getting your workouts in when your schedule is really full
