Angela talks about how she got started with running, her perspective on diversity within the UK trail running community, and her experience participating in the Rwanda Ultra Marathon. She also explains what motivated her to choose Rwanda and reflects on the significance of that journey. We also talk about her experience tackling the Speed Project.
