Coach Cindy Nel have been a part of Absolute Motion for a long time, coaching runners, cyclists and multi-sport athletes all over the world. 

Passionate about God and her faith, Cindy uses coaching as a platform to spread the gospel. 
An incredible athlete in her own right, Cindy has a medal collection that most people can only dream of. She has won multiple medals at Biathle and Duathlon world champs including a gold in Biathle!
