For the end of September, Karin is sharing two separate versions of sound. The challenges with recording and wanting the experience of sound meditation to be ideal were going to lead to a talking episode about how I didn't like either recording. Instead, I backtracked and decided to share edited versions of both, one brief and one a little longer. 

Soundscapes can be relaxing, thought-provoking, and healing. My goal is to do more in-person sound meditation offerings in 2024 and I hope that, if nothing else, these renditions of sounds give a small idea of what sound meditation can encompass.

Hi everyone, this is Karin, psychotherapist, registered Dance Movement Therapist, and today I am putting together the second to last episode for our second season and this will include, after much do and redo, a very brief sound meditation. I wanted to take a break to play some of the healing instruments I have that I don't make enough time to play and I recorded a series of sounds and now I'm re-recording and I'm hoping that these come through a little bit better. This will be brief, as you can see by the length of the episode. Remember to check out the episode details, the description for important hotline numbers.
