Hello, welcome to this visualization meditation with Gloria. Find yourself a spot to lie down or sit down. Make yourself comfortable and once you find that spot, check in with yourself. Notice your breathing, notice where your mind is, notice where your heart's, at what your body's feeling. Be present with everything that's happening for yourself, without any judgment, without any expectations, just presence and awareness. With that first full, intentional awareness, take a nice deep inhale and let it all go.

Gloria

This month of October, we're focusing on letting go, moving on, dying off to things that no longer serve us, that aren't bringing us any benefit anymore. So this is a practice of letting go. With that idea, take a moment if you would like to set an intention. What are you letting go of? What's no longer serving you, what needs to die off to make space for you to grow? And with that intention, with that awareness, start to think about your toes and imagine a little hole opens up at the top of your big toes and lets in this refreshing, cleansing, soothing water. This water fills into your toes, starting to fill your feet with this healing, soothing liquid, noticing it move and fill all of your feet to move into your ankles, flowing up into your shins and your calves, filling your skeleton, your muscles, your tendons, your ligaments, every part of you filling with this cleansing, rejuvenating water as you start to feel heavy into the ground, with each drip and pour of water filling you more up into your knees, surrounding these areas, with this good, healing, cleaning fluid liquid moving into your thighs, your upper thighs, your back thighs, your sides of your thighs and inner thighs. Your whole legs are completely full of this refreshing water, getting heavier and heavier into the ground as it continues to move and clean and cleanse and refresh into your torso, filling your hips, your bottom, your pelvis, with all this water Continuing to flow through your body, filling up into each organ, the tissues of the organs, your spinal cord, your abs, moving into your rib cage, filling your torso. Pull deep into the ground with this heavy cleansing water, filling your heart and your lungs up, soothing and renewing each cell of your body as it soaks you, moving up into your shoulders, spilling into your upper arms, filling your deltoids and your biceps and triceps and your bones, filling each tiny cell as it moves into your elbows, into your forearms, filling your body completely.

Be heavy, with this amazing cleansing water spilling into your wrists and your hands, your fingertips, your whole being completely full as it spills into your neck, letting it relieve any tension that may be there, filling your neck, into your head, this refreshing water just pulling at the base of your skull, filling your brain, your face, all the way out, even to the ends of each strand of hair. You are this being of cleansing, refreshing, healing water being pulled into the earth with its density. Think and imagine and see yourself full of this water, just pulling away at these toxins, at these things in your life that you do not need. Let it soak it up, pull it out of you as it pulls and soaks and grabs everything you don't need anymore, taking that inhale in and as you exhale, it starts to drain out of your hair, pulling what you don't need in your life out. Drains from your face, drains from your brain down into your neck. You feel a little lighter as the water drains out of your neck into your shoulders, taking away these toxic things in your life that are no longer needed. Starts to drain out of your fingertips, pulling out down through your forearms and elbows, getting lighter and lighter with this extra space for growth, draining out of your upper arms and shoulders down your torso, filling your heart, free your lungs, open extra space for this new being that's about to emerge through all this chaos and hardship, letting it drain out of your mid torso and out of your spinal column, pulling away at those things you don't need. Draining out of your hips and your pelvis as you get lighter and lighter feeling it spill out of your upper thighs, your back thighs, your inner thighs and side of your thighs, pouring cleansing as it goes out of your knees, draining out of your calves and your shins, down and out your ankles, your heels, your whole foot and that last little drips, soaking everything you don't need out as it pours out of your toes. You're in this light, open, being ready and willing and primed for growth and renewal.

Let go of any air you might be holding onto. Take a nice deep inhale, let it out Two more in Anything left in you that you don't need. Let it out with this exhale. Squeeze it out Last biggest breath of your day so far, in A little more, a little sip extra, and let it go.

Gloria

If you decided to keep your eyes closed, gently let them open as you start to wiggle your fingers and your toes. Bring some movement back into your body. Maybe gently reach above your head if you're laying down or even if you're sitting. Reach and give yourself that nice stretch through your torso and on your next intentional inhale, bring your hands to your heart, either in Anjali Mudra with hands pressed together or hands flat on your heart, and with a gentle thought and grace and love, whisper to yourself. I love you With that nurturing, gentle thought. Open your eyes wide, let, in the light of the day or the night or the moment in, take a nice deep breath. The Divine Light in me honors and is grateful for the Divine Light in you. Have a great day.
