So hi everybody, and welcome to another episode of Barn to the Soul. And today I have a repeat guest, which is fabulous. It's the lovely Rachel Garrett from Akashic Angels. So thank you so much for coming back.

Rachel is an energy healer, but you are qualified in the Akashic records, so what's your title for Akashic records?

I guess my title would be Advanced Akashic Record Practitioner.

Right, okay, so let's start from the beginning. What are the Akashic records?

Speaker 2: 3:14

So the Akashic records, in a very basic term, is your book of life, so anything with your soul, so not with your physical body, so anything that your soul has done, anytime it's incarnated, either on this planet, off-planet, wherever it's stored within the Akashic records. So anything that has been, anything that's currently going on, anything that will be, is within the Akashic records, and the Akashic records has like a fixed aspect and then it has like a moving parts aspect and I kind of liken that to free will, and then everything that has happened is within the fixed part of the Akashic records.

Okay, so when we're talking about this record, we're talking about an energy frequency, aren't we?

Yes, so some people liken it to like an I call it. I feel like it's an energetic dimension that you can go at, almost like a library, like I can go and pick up books off of this. Some people have said that it's located in Shambhala and I don't really resonate with that. I resonate more with the fact that it's an energetic frequency that I can open, open up for my clients and bring forward either a healing or a message, depending on what you need in this current moment of now.

Yeah okay. So just go over that. There's fixed parts to it and moving parts to it, Because we've heard that before. What's that about?

Speaker 2: 4:43

So it's kind of like the fix. So like, what is your DNA signature? What has happened maybe 1000 timelines ago? Like that's the fix.

Okay, what things that you can actually say this is what happened, this is what happened.

Speaker 2: 5:00

This is what went on. The moving frequency is like kind of the present and the future, like when we're doing a reading or a healing or whatever. The client is the one that's actually allowing the healing to come in, allowing the messages to be received. The client is the one who decides what to do with that information, what to do with that energy that comes in, and they can choose not for me and then that's like that moving part to the Akashic records, because they've chosen a different path than maybe what you set before you came here.

So it's like the moving parts is like the potential, your potential, and if you choose to take it, then great. But there's always an up path if you don't choose to use that information 100% definitely. Okay, so why would clients come to? Why would they want to access start all the way home? I saw that on TikTok, the Akashic Records.

The Akashic Records. I mean honestly, even if you just do readings for yourself, it just holds so much information and so much clarity. So for me, what I like about the Akashic Records is it gives me a bird's eye view of what I may not be visualizing. So you can liken it to intuition in the Akashic Records. So with intuition, let's say I'm an actor on a stage, intuition, the spotlight's on me and that's all that I'm seeing. With the Akashic Records, the lights are on and I can see the entire theater and everything that's going on, all of the moving parts. And how does it relate to me in this current moment of now? So the reason why I got into the records is a question that we always ask what is my purpose?

What am I here for?

What's holding me back? What is it that I'm choosing? And yet I know that's a repeating pattern, but why? So you can look at.

What I like about the records is you can really dig in. It's non-judgmental, so it's not gonna say oh Rachel, when you were seven, it's nothing like that. It's more like, hey, you developed this belief because when you were four years old, this is what happened and this is how you can heal from it. So it's like it gives you the tools and it also gives you the why Like. Okay, so when you had seven lifetimes ago you've carried as healers.

We always hear valve poverty. Seven lifetimes ago, you brought this valve poverty forward and forward, and forward. Well, let's stop this here. But this is how you stop it and that's why I really like the records, because it's like an instruction manual and you don't like when you work with your team and your guides and the angels. It may be just like one spirit or one guide or one this and there's. I love doing that as well. I work with my team and my angels and whatnot, but with the records, you're not working with one person, you're working with a collection of beings, and teachers will step forward for you, for you to help learn this lesson, for you to help move past this, and then they'll move on. You'll get a new set of teachers, because there's always gonna be challenges, there's always gonna be healing, there's always things that, especially for healers, we're gonna have to keep digging, digging, digging, digging down in to kind of be like okay, okay, so really so it gives you an amazing overview of what's going on.

the repeating lessons yeah, everything yeah. And those realizations that you get during the session creates a healing. It allows you to shift, it allows you to let go of things.

Yeah, and what I like also when I moved on with the Akashic records, is that I also was able to pull in the healing aspect of it. So it's one thing I love giving readings. I love, you know, telling people, hey, this is what's going on, this is, maybe you know, a yield sign, maybe you know this is what's coming up fork in the road.

But with moving on in my training and also being an energy healer, before I learned how to do the Akashic records, I found that I was pulling forward, healing, like, hey, you're, there's energy coming through your heart, there's energy that's coming through your crown, there's energy that's coming in here. So always in the background, there's a layer of energetic healing that's also taking place while also giving the reading. And I think that's why I truly love doing the readings, because, person foremost, I'm an energy healer and I just think energy healing is such a powerful healing modality for anyone to experience and also to be able to channel. And that's what I truly love, because it's like all right, listen, we're gonna. You've got some heart hurt, let's work on that while we talk about. Okay, this may be why you have a little bit of heart hurt, but I also some people don't want to relive their trauma you know so.

but when you're ready to let go of that energetic component that's stuck on you and any energetic body so, whether it's your physical body or mental body or emotional body, your spiritual body, when you're ready to let go of it while you're in the Akashic records or doing a different healing modality, that energy is ready to go and I think also just by talking about it's like okay, let's go, let's go.

Yeah, yeah, it sounds amazing, and so do your clients sometimes come with one thing that they want to look at and end up going off on a tangent because they see something else that they think oh actually.

I find that they come with a list.

And I love the list because I'm like, but I mean I'm gonna be very transparent, like I don't look at the Akashic records as being a psychic reading, Like I look at it as okay, this is your soul's reading, this is what's coming forward for your master's, teachers and guides. You find that a lot of it is similar to like a psychic reading, but it's different. Mainly, people come to me as what's my purpose, what's holding me back? And then it always goes to career, love, relationships, like it's always the trifecta and I love it because it will. I love no reading is the same, you know, like with energy healing.

Like you know, when I do an IET session, it's always these are the same points. This is where you go and I love them and they're very transformative. But I'm somebody who likes to, you know. I want to be moving and I'm going to have different experiences. So with the Akashic records, it's like I could give you 17 readings and not one reading will be the same.

They all be different. They may stack on each other, like, okay, remember, when I you know, they said this like 17 sessions ago and you still haven't listened. Yeah, but I think that's what I like about it, because it just it's just so different. And I will say, primarily, the clients that come to me are people that are looking for what is my soul's purpose, what are my gifts and how can I really bring forward these gifts, because we've all had prior lifetimes that we may have learned witchcraft or energy healing or being a shaman or herbalism and it's like, hey, you really resonate with this.

And they're like, yeah, you're right. And then it's like, okay, well, let's check out this book, let's check out this healer, let's go to this person, and I really feel like for me it's more of a training wheels, because I don't want somebody just keep on coming, keep on coming and not moving forward. Ultimately, as energy healers, we want people to be more empowered, more comfortable with themselves, really step forward on their path and on their mission and know that there's the divine being, that they're truly here to be on this planet.

Yeah as energy healers. That's what we really strive for.

It's like yeah yeah, and so some of this knowledge is almost like a remembering for them, and then they run with that. Wow, so in the session, because in in the work that I've been trained in, we go to a place between lives where we plan our next incarnation yes, so that sort of information would also be available, wouldn't it? Why did you come? What did you come down to learn? Why did you place that person there and this person here and that trauma there, sort of we get all of that understanding.

Yes, so definitely you can do past life experiences in the Akashic Records. You can choose to heal that aspect of yourself. You can. You know, maybe it's just something you like. You said you need to remember you have to pull forward in this lifetime you can look at. So you can do past life experiences you can do. Look at personas. So what is the persona that I hold? I'm the mother figure, I'm the magician. I hold all these masks, you know, so you can look at the personas.

You can look at the loops that run around in your mind, like it's. It's a kind of a fun experience when you kind of identify the conscious and unconscious loops that run in your mind and those are fun to look at. You can look at so many different things, like you can. Even. I'm like even if you want to look at attachments you know, maybe people have an energy that's stuck to them that needs to be released. You can look at that. You can have the chakras.

I mean Honestly anything, anything go whatever you want to do, let's do it, and that's why they're all so completely unique.

Speaker 1: 14:31

Yes, we're all so unique. Anyway, I'll pass through also unique. So, yes, fascinating to do that.

Yeah, it is fun.

Speaker 1: 14:39

Do clients, when they come to you, do they? Are they going into a trance to look at this? Do they see anything? No, it's you that.

Speaker 2: 14:49

No, yes and no. So, depending on so, when I do a session with the clients, what I say to them is okay, depending on what comes forward, you're either gonna open up your eyes, are gonna keep your eyes closed and we're gonna go through a healing. I have very visual clients who, you know, I'll walk through and we'll do like a meditative and then they're Experiencing it and they're giving me on touch points. Okay, tell me what you're feeling, what is it that you're seeing? You know, I have a sense in my mind of like I know what's going on, but I want you to lead the experience because it's your healing session, it's your experience. So they'll say okay, I'm feeling this, I'm seeing this, like I had somebody who's, you know, was with Mary, mother Mary, and we talked about that experience and we've gone to the pyramids and and I love it, because I'm not a very visual person, I'm more of a feeling person. I'm like tell me more, so fascinating, and but if I'm doing a reading, you know, and now they want its guidance and it's, it's open.

They're not in a trance state, anything like that, but we always start from the heart space. We always start from. We do kind of calm down the system. First you know, so that way you are more open, you're more ready to receive, you know or to hear, and then, like I said, because I mean I have a lot of repeat clients.

So when, if I do a first session with you, it's typically just a reading, because we're building trust, we're getting to know each other, getting to know our styles. Then when we move on, it's okay, let's do a healings, we gotta do. They want you to focus on the chakras today, today. They want you to do this. And some people will specifically book a session with me because they want to pass like experiments, or they want to look at something so kind of it's very client driven and it's also your master teachers and guides that are stepping forward for you and kind of Even though, like you said, do they come with a list, like they're gonna chuck out the list and be like okay, this is what you truly need, yeah, this is what you will have to start with Sorry.

So when you're doing a reading, rachel, just so that listeners can understand, you're tapping into their energy, or are you tapping into the frequency of the Akashic records, or a bit of a mixture of both? I will say it's a mixture of both.

Speaker 2: 17:03

So when I Do a reading, I first have to open up my Akashic records, so that's going into the energetic frequency. Then I'm guiding the client through a meditative state and then they're giving me permission to open up the records. So there's a moment where I'll say, please say your legal first and last name out loud. That energy by you saying your name is at frequency that gives me permission to open up that energetic field of your Akashic records. So it's my team and your team that I'm working together with, that brings forward this message and bring forward the healing. Yeah, so do you it?

How I don't know how long have you been doing these readings? Oh goodness.

Speaker 2: 19:53

Oh, oh Years.

Speaker 1: 19:58

In that time we don't even know but say it's not in those years, have you do? You get clients sometimes that you think I've seen this before and that you know and you get that there's a connection between clients or I get.

Speaker 2: 20:14

Okay, so I get. I think I'm going down my mind in this two way to answer this, two different, two different ways. I do get um Themes, so I'll have clients that I'll get a run of themes. Yeah, it will be like I'm not worthy, you know, like my love and this and that, and I want to call in my Divine partner and you know, or abundance or whatever you know. So I'll get themes that will kind of run in a line. But then I also get where I know that people are part of a sole cluster and it's like I know that you're supposed like this, this, this, and it's like it's like a aha, I remember you, aha, I remember you, and it's, it's lovely, like it's just like a remembrance of Remember when we did this, like it's just yeah, I like that too. So it's kind of like yes, um, I definitely Recognize an energetic signature of somebody that I'm doing reading of that I may not even know, and you just feel this like connection, like ah, I think you yeah.

Speaker 1: 21:19

Because sometimes in past life sessions client you know when clients are talking about a soul They've met in that lifetime and you say to them you recognize that energy and they think about it and then they think yeah, actually I do, and they can get that connection. And I always think that's lovely, I do too.

And I'm always like, yeah, look at my soul group.

Speaker 1: 21:42

Yeah, and it's real affirmation that we come round again and again and we come round with the same souls Definitely, and we bring them. You know, we bring them in, but just in different ways.

Speaker 2: 21:54

Definitely agree and also like a galactic connection. So people who have off-planet star seed life maybe they've been Pleidian or Lemarian or on Atlantis and whatever. It's also that kind of confirmation, because some people what I'm getting a lot now is people who are so sad that they're not from home that they just want to go home. I will say that's kind of what I'm getting a lot right now, and then people are just yeah, they're sad, like they're just like I just want to go home. I'm so sorry You're going to stay here. You can go in your dreams time.

Aww, that's fascinating though, isn't it? So do you get a lot of people that are galactic from other subjects, and all the time.

Speaker 2: 22:37

All the time. I love it, I thrive on it, because I'm like oh, I love it, I will say, because something that I've been really drawn to lately is light language. So working on like the galactic soul languages and so like that has really been opening a lot, for you know, all of our skills and everything evolves and for me, like right now, that's what's really coming forward and I love that. Like it will say, like I'll be in a session. I'll be like, okay, the Arcturians are here now with you, all right, the Platians are now here with you. And they're like and then we talk about it and it's fascinating. But then they'll say like, oh well, I've been feeling this.

Speaker 2: 23:13

I've been seeing this and it's like well, that gives you confirmation. I think also with our work too, because another it's like people feel like they don't know what they don't know and they question themselves Like, and it's like for us, I think we're good about giving confirmation, like no, what you're experiencing is valid, this is real, this isn't make believe, this isn't pretend. And I think that's really important in the work that we do, because a lot of people may feel isolated or alone and we're like no, no, no, we're champions. I feel like sometimes I'm just a cheerleader, like, yeah, tell me tell me more.

I love this, I love that. Really, what's coming up for me a lot at the moment is just the fact that we can. You know there are so many frequencies that we can visit that we can literally tune into and see classic records, people from different planets and you know you can do anything. You can. Once you understand that, it's a really you know, there's no limit Is there Absolutely 100%?

Speaker 1: 24:17

Yeah, I think it sounds absolutely amazing. It's a good time it does. It sounds really amazing. What fascinates me, though, as well you know, because you're saying you're not visual, no, so, and so do you hear or do you literally just know? It's a knowing that somebody stepped in somebody's.

It's a, it's a. Well, I guess I do see some things like there'll be some like a flash, like it's almost like a movie, but for when it comes for me, I'm primarily feeling, and then I know it. So it will be like I'll have this and I and I hear a little bit, but it will be like in the back of my head, but back of my throat, and it's like it will. It will not let up until I say it. So I'll be like, okay, um, this may sound a little weird, like you know, but and then I'll just move, you know, and then, but I'll be like, okay, I know Archangel Michael's here, I know Archangel area is here, I know that this person's here, and I'll just chime in like okay, here we go and then overall say or your guides are saying this, your team is saying this, the angels are saying this, and it's just very much like it's just in my head and I can't let it go until I say it.

So I think that's what it is and it will. It will be very persistent, like there's a teapot, there's an apple, there's this. Does this resonate with you? I don't. I can pull forward past loved ones, but I don't consider myself a medium. But it will say like, okay, but I have had like grandparents come forward or you know, past loved ones come forward because they're they're so adamant to give you know this client, like hey, I'm with you, I love you, I'm, I'm here with you, like I'm messing with your electricity.

That's me.

Or do you resonate with birds, like because I have a lot of elementals that also come forward, so like gnomes or fairies and dragons, like they'll come forward too and I just like you said earlier it's we can access any dimension. So all of these beings, you know. Wherever you want to go, you can go. It's just a matter of frequency. Yeah, it's a frequency setting the intention, being grounded, being protected, and then Going off and doing your business.

Yeah, it sounds like a lot of the time you you are also channeling from your guides, a bit like Language, but you're getting that information. Yes, I'm just saying it?

Speaker 2: 26:55

Yeah, 100% I. If anything, I would say that I'm a channeler of Messages and energy.

Yeah, yeah, perfect, and it does the client. I suppose it depends on the the client themselves. But do they, like you say to them so and so is here and so and so stepping up?

Do they feel?

that? Do they feel the shifting energy, or Themselves, or?

Speaker 2: 27:20

it depends on whatever Intuitive sense that is most in line for them. Like I just did a reading earlier this week and it was interesting, he's, he was very intuitive, but I was like, oh my goodness, like we were doing part of the reading and and all of a sudden, like I felt this energy Shift in the back of his head. I would you feel that? And I'll ask him to feel that, and he did so. I'll say like, oh, right now I'm feeling love, energy coming through your feet. Tell me about it. Do you feel in some people 100%? Or you know that's their sense, so they'll feel it or they'll see it or they'll hear it, you know.

So definitely, I honor whatever intuitive sense is coming forward for them. Yeah, I'll meet them where they're at with it. So if it's like, okay, tell me more about what you're seeing, tell me more about what you're feeling, what are you, what's popping in your mind? And so they definitely, like I've had people war, I'll do an IET session and they'll say, like I've seen this civilization come up and it's falling down and it's I'm like, tell me more. I'm just as fascinated as they are, because I'm like it's a beautiful experience. And you know, for me not being as visual and being feeling and just popping in my head. Like I love hearing about other people's experiences, like I have a Friend who's a raking master and you know I taught her IET and what not and I love hearing about her sessions because she's so visual.

Yeah, and you work with the angels with that energy healing modality. And she said to me she's like yeah, Archangel Raphael came forward and he's a healing angel and he took this football and he threw it across and it was like all this Energy that was no longer serving the client. Please tell me more. I know I'm like Sounds nice.

I love it. It's literally you channel this energy on all different frequencies and you pick it up on different, in different ways, interpret it and the client is receiving that energy, interpreting it in different ways.

Yeah, and I say it's like higher self to higher self.

Speaker 2: 29:28

Yeah, it's like your higher self is gonna decide whether or not, like because I call it like it's like an energetic dial yeah, what you want to receive out of it. You can either turn that dial way up, you can turn it down, you can choose. However you want to pull in this energy and it's you're making the decision, like you said, like it's you're gonna interpret it, receive it, feel it, whatever it's for your best and highest good. And there may be, you know, a session with me that you're like, not for me. Like, no, thank you. Like I would be cry, but yeah, but I mean, it's like we all.

Yeah, it all depends on where the client is as well isn't it, it's like you know, are they ready to hear that People all block it intentionally and say some cause you know unconsciously will say, actually, I don't want to hear any of that 100% sometimes yeah, sometimes I think I talk.

I Assume that people have like I mean, you've been doing this a long time. I've been doing this, you know, 20 years, you know and I assume that people like, oh, don't you have the same knowledge that I have? Then they're like what are you talking about? Like Rachel, never mind.

They pick up what they can pick up yes, they come bored what they can take on board at that time, 100% it's so funny.

I'm like you don't want to go off-planet.

Come on, let's go and some will be going no.

No, they're like. I only came to you because I want to know about my love life.
