Hi everybody and welcome to another calm spot on Barn to the Soul. And, as you know, we've been going through some chance to clear seven main chakras and we're now on the crown chakra and usually I start by saying what's happened last week and you know, not much has happened. Really, to be honest, I can't think of anything that is relevant to clearing out of my third eye, although, having said that, I'm actually doing a course and we were doing some meditations and they were very clear and I actually got names in them, and that's I've always found that quite difficult, but the names came really easily. I got great visuals and but for a couple of days afterwards I felt like I was actually clearing. So, you know, clearing of the third eye, maybe I was seeing really quite accurately and getting the names that I don't normally. So maybe maybe there was a shift. Actually thinking about it, sometimes we really we do have to think and think okay, and often we don't get the correlation until we do that. Well, I don't anyway. But just having said that, I think that perhaps, maybe the clarity of those meditations might be to do with the chance for the third eye, which is quite interesting.

So now we're on to the crown chakra and in some script it's called the sarasara, which means a thousand petaled lotus, and it's often depicted like that. And the crown chakra is about us looking for enlightenment, for by us looking for that spiritual peace, and for us connecting to the higher consciousness and our higher selves. So it's all about spiritual connections and the divine and about our higher self and being able to get knowledge or knowings. That we can't sort of describe in words, but we just know something that's a spiritual connection and that's associated with the crown chakra and it's often depicted as white or gold and it is literally on the top of our head. So the root chakra has one, has one opening, if you like, and so does the crown chakra. The other chakras your sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye all have like funnels going through your body and your energy system, so they have openings at front and the back. The crown chakra is just on the top of your head.

So the charm for the crown chakra and, if you remember, we breathe in, saying I am, and you're breathing in through your heart chakra and then you're breathing, taking your breath up to the top of your head, and as you breathe out you're saying light. I am light, so breathing in, I am breathing out light, and in the Sanskrit that's Inanana Nura, inanana Nura. I really like this one. For some reason I like them all, but I do like this one. It feels very, very powerful. So, again, you're breathing in, saying I am for your heart chakra, so you breathe. You just envision the breath going in through your heart chakra I am and then imagining it going to the top of your head and as you breathe out, you allow it to go out of your crown chakra, saying light, light in Nanna Nura. I like that. That looks a lovely one. So see how you go with that.

And then, of course, like I said in the last one, there aren't just seven chakras. There are other chakras. I actually believe there are about 300 chakras in the energy field, but the emphasis is often on the seven or up to about 15. So I just thought I'd talk to you about the eighth and ninth chakra. It's something that I wrote about in my book Freedom of the Soul, and in chapter five I talk about a visualization for the eighth and ninth chakra activation. So the eighth chakra if you think that the crown chakra that's at the top of your head and the eighth chakra is about six inches above that and it's connected to what we call the violet flame and I might do an episode explaining about the violet flame, because if you haven't heard that, you might not understand that. But this chakra becomes activated as we develop and connect to the crown chakra and it's associated with illumination, discernment and the ability to communicate with other dimensions. It allows us to connect to our higher selves and, once activated, it enables us to meet that higher aspect of ourselves, to ask questions for our current life without the interference of our physical or found minds. So basically, it allows us to connect to our higher self up through the crown chakra and as the crown chakra is activated, so it becomes activated as well.

And then the ninth chakra is about nine inches above the crown chakra. So you've got the crown chakra, you've then got the eighth chakra about six inches above and then another three inches above. That is the ninth chakra and it holds energy in connection with the restoration of our DNA. So this is the chakra that we access when moving through different dimensions and lifetimes. So if you're doing past life regression or you're doing between lights sessions or future life progressions, we activate this chakra when we access that information and again, it's very closely connected to the eighth, and when one is activated, often so is the other, and upon activation they will set other subtle energies into motion and can be a real catalyst for change. So just be aware that there are other chakras there. You don't have to know exactly what they are, but just be aware. So you've got the eighth and ninth, and then you've also got the earth star chakra for your feet as well. So we'll talk about those as well. So you can tune into your eighth and ninth chakras and just ask questions and get some information.

I've done a little visualization in my book. And what are we doing? So we're setting the intention no-transcript to connect to these higher chakras and to see it slowly opening and we can ask or just make a note of what color and shape is it, what emotions are held there, what energies have collected there, what information are you being given, that sort of thing, and you can do that really easily. I recently connected to my Earth Star chakra which we'll talk about as well, which is below your feet, and I instantly knew it was all clogged up. So I've been clearing that out. But it's so fascinating when you connect and you just know. I can't tell you why, I can't tell you what I saw I just know it's a knowing and I just knew that it was not blocked. What came to me was it was just clogged up and it needed to be cleaned out. So I did that and we'll see what happens, but it was interesting to do it.

So again, have a go at that chant for your crown chakra so that we finish off those chants and just clear that, and then you can sit down, find a quiet space. Just set your intention to connect to your eighth and ninth chakras and just see what comes to you. What colors are they? Do you get information coming to you? Can you see that they're open or do you know that they're clogged, like I knew that my Earth Star chakra was clogged? Just collate as much as you can get. If you get nothing, don't get frustrated about it. Don't worry about it. You can come back to it at any time so you can check if there's a blockage.

You cannot see if the connection between the two is strong. How do you strengthen that connection? Do you see any imagery? Is there a message for you? Do you see your DNA reflected here? Because of the ninth chakra's connection to your DNA. So have a go and see what happens. It's all about exploration. It's all about just trying these things and having a very open mind and seeing if anything comes up and if it does, okay, what's that about? What are my seeing and what's that about, and can I delve into that further? So it's all about open-minded exploration, really. Okay, well, enjoy that crown chakra. I am light.
