Balm To The Soul - Energy Healing to soothe mind, body and soul
Journey to Holistic Healing and Self-Discovery with Liz Landon
What if emotions were allies rather than adversaries? Join us on this enlightening journey as we converse with Liz Landon, a skilled hypnotist and author of "Release Resistance." Liz shares her transformative approach to emotions and their role in shaping human experiences, challenging us to rethink how we perceive our feelings. By harnessing the power of reflection questions, she guides us in shifting perspectives to unlock our true potential. Together, we explore the courage needed to align actions with one's soul and pursue desires, especially in the face of criticism.
As the conversation unfolds, we explore the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit in achieving holistic healing and weight loss. Our guest delves into the real stories of individuals who have used hypnosis and other modalities to shed emotional trauma and enhance self-worth, creating a state of "whole being lightness." Highlighting the deep-seated emotional and psychological roots of weight gain, we examine how childhood conditioning and past life influences can impact eating habits. We underscore the importance of inner child healing as a powerful tool for breaking free from ingrained behaviors and reclaiming control over health and wellbeing.
The journey continues with a deep dive into the transformative power of self-talk and trust. Reflecting on personal growth and spiritual development, we discuss how reframing fear as a catalyst for change can lead to expansive possibilities. Natasha shares her own experiences of upgrading her diet and embracing fasting, paralleling her personal evolution with her book launch. Trusting oneself and the universe emerges as a pivotal theme, as we explore the potential that arises when fear and doubt are released. This episode invites you to consider a future where you step into your true purpose and embrace passion projects and spiritual endeavors.

so welcome everybody to another episode of balm to the soul, and this weekend we are doing back-to-back episodes four or five back-to-back episodes to um, celebrate the launch of the red magus, which is now available on amazon and barnes and noble. So today, our first guest for this little I don't know that you can call it a marathon, but this sort of back-to-back sessions is Liz Landon. So thank you, liz, for coming on Balm to the Soul again.
Speaker 2:Well, hello from across the pond, it's so. I just love being on anything that has, you know, within your energy field, natasha.
Speaker 1:Oh, thank you. Thank you so much for supporting us. Now listen to the first episode that Liz and I did on the back episodes, because it was all about we had a great matter and it was all about Liz's book, which is Release, Resistance, which allows manifestations through powerful perspective shifts. And it is well worth a listen. So before we move on to Liz's next project, just let us just tell the listeners remind them about your book.
Speaker 2:Absolutely, absolutely. I'm Liz Landon, I am a skilled hypnotist and I really, really love the idea of people releasing resistance. And behind that is this idea of maybe making allies out of emotion, even our negative ones. All emotions are neutral and it's what we do as humans placing, you know, a label on what we're feeling is defining our human experience.
Speaker 2:So what if we neutralize everything and like, okay, why are you here, where, why are you showing up in that part of my body, what's going on, what's being communicated to me, and you allow for that whole being really attunement, where you are connecting everything all the way down to the cellular level of what your body's trying to tell you through whether it be sickness, whether it be negative emotions, whatever it is, and you and your body work together to release the resistance. So, as a result, I wrote a book release resistance to activate people's imaginations. I you know, through various 30 plus journeys where your imagination's completely activated and then you get reflection questions to release, release, release. Because I, just like you, natasha, believe we're one perspective shift and possibly changing our entire life oh, absolutely.
Speaker 1:And the more work we do like this, the more energy work, you know. We clean, clear, shift our energy field, however you want to describe it, and then we attract different things in our life, don't we? And you're also a law of attraction coach, aren't you? So that's yes, that you work people about know.
Speaker 2:I think our inner journeys reflect our outer reality.
Speaker 1:Absolutely, absolutely. So if there's something in your life that you're thinking I need to change that, it's a really good way to you know shift, isn't it? Doing any work like this, but especially when you talk about the reflection questions, because people begin to it's what we call digging, if you like.
Speaker 1:They start to dig a bit and then they get realizations, don't they? And they just you know. And then their perspective shifts as well, it's you know? You can have something there for years and not really get the reason why that's happening like that, until you start doing this bit of digging, and then they'll get that aha moment oh yeah, and those and those moments are powerful right, yeah yeah, and so you know, definitely for me.
Speaker 2:I believe I had lingering feelings growing up from childhood. You know we all have our experiences, my I had my favorite teacher used to say we are who we are because of our past experiences. You know, and I understood that sort of as a high schooler, but now I completely understand it as an adult. And if you have, for example, low feelings of self-worth and they have not been softened and soothed in any way, that will be reflected to you in your reality, whether it's who you choose as a partner, who you are, possibly with what job you have you know, even friendships, down to even self-love, right yeah.
Speaker 2:And it will reflect over and, over and over again, until you get to the fact that you know you've got to change you if you like, yes absolutely, and you know, and when we talk about change, people say you, if you like, yes, absolutely. And when we talk about change, people say, oh, change is scary. And that's when I would say we'll introduce the what if game, like what if change isn't scary? What if change activates my highest desires and activates the version of me that's meant to be in this life, right? So I think we need to dispel the myth so much that change is scary, because what it's even scarier is not is accepting that this is what your life is supposed to be. You know, yeah, I think that's what's scary.
Speaker 2:I had heard this phrase recently Natasha talk about is you are launching a book, right? And they say, oh, I, you know, I don't want people talking about me, so I just go day to day, I don't want anyone talking about me. And there's a phrase that says you know, okay, I don't want anyone talking about me, but when they're not talking about you, does that mean you're playing it so safe? Yeah, you're playing it, yeah. So here you are right, publishing a book. It would be easy to have that desire and just ignore it because you're so scared of what other people would think, or you just step into it and say you know what let's get, let me be someone they talk about. Why? Because I'm doing big things that align with my soul.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and it is scary and I have had quite a lot of anxiety about it. To be honest, you know, putting your head above the parapet if you like, showing your face. You are opening yourself to criticism, so you have to be. You are opening yourself to criticism, so you have to be. You just have to connect to that absolute truth of what you're doing. You know, absolutely aligned with it, There'll be people that don't like the book, There'll be people that don't like the subject matter. You know, and that's up to them.
Speaker 2:But I know that's up to you too, this process as this unfolds. So release resistance, release, release, release. If you wake up and for some reason there is someone that maybe has a comment, or whatever happens, we all you know social media lends itself to screen courage. So what you do and you do daily and I love this about you you're going to tend to your energetics right and prioritize your alignment, and that is again doing like an alpha sequence or something throughout your body, checking in, doing a big scan, where's it showing up, what's the message for me and what can I do to release it?
Speaker 1:yeah, absolutely two things really. Change is growth. For me, change is growth. So we all have to go through that and we all should go through that and I love that. What if I think that's a great way of reframing any situation? Yes, you know what is this? What if this is this discomfort? You know, uncomfortable path is the route to my success.
Speaker 2:You know, absolutely there you go. That's a great reframe, you know. And again, and then what if? What if the person who's making comments or negative, what if they need some healing energy? What if I just send them some white light from my heart and golden thoughts from my mind and I'm going to, you know, see this as an opportunity to offer healing to that person, as opposed to seeing any criticism at all? What if?
Speaker 1:yeah, exactly love that everybody should try that with something, definitely. So, um, let's get on to the main theme of the podcast, and that is your um next project, really, which is the thrive tribe well, I don't want people just surviving anymore, right?
Speaker 2:yeah, we want to thrive?
Speaker 1:yes, absolutely. So talk us through um what the thrive tribe is about. That Gosh, that's hard to say. For me it is so hard.
Speaker 2:I love it though Thrive.
Speaker 2:Thrive. Well, I have this core belief that your vibe attracts your tribe, right. But you know, I have a brick and mortar office here in the United States and what I've done is also offered online sessions and, whether in person or online, people started coming to me for hypnosis and other modalities that I sprinkle in and I kind of bring them all together. But they started coming to me to lose weight and I thought, okay, do I take on a behavioral approach like, oh, mindful eating, you know, being present, conscious food choices, you know, and all this. And so I brought that in.
Speaker 2:But then I also brought in trauma release and all of a sudden, as people were going on, they were losing weight and this is whole being lightness, and I'm talking about talk. They were feeling very heavy and weighed down by what they had gone through in their life, even current experiences, and so when they started to release what was weighing them down, they started experiencing whole being lightness and I'm like, okay, I kind of think I've cracked a code here and there's this, some coding that happens at the soul level. That, I think, lends itself to weight loss. And so when you dial up feelings of self worth, when you dial up love for your body as like a vessel that's gotten you this far. You're still here on this planet, you have a hundred percent track record for getting through your worst days and you start to just release that heaviness through various techniques.
Speaker 2:They were losing weight effortlessly and I want to bring that to more people, and so what I've developed is a focus, a monthly group. It's in six months at a time. I'm focused on spirit, week one of the month, week two, but you know spirit, mind, body. So week two, mind, week three, body, and then week four integration activities where people can really get tuned in to what it is that their body needs. So they're not feeling so heavy, metaphorically and figuratively, and literally, literally by life, and as a result, I just I'm, I'm really excited because it's concrete evidence when your weight's lost, there's concrete evidence right there that something's happening.
Speaker 2:They feel better, yeah yeah and yeah, I just want to just cast a wider net. I want to, you know.
Speaker 1:I think that's amazing. That sounds fabulous. I know from experience that you know often people um, you know women perhaps overeat, so that they're less attractive to men or less attractive to a partner, for what has happened to them in the past? Or perhaps they've been in a very difficult relationship and on some level they're just going I'm not doing that again and so that they, they sort of um, put on weight you're absolutely right I work with one woman, if you like, yeah, and she's this one woman.
Speaker 2:She was in a marriage and she had gained amount, a lot of weight and to the point where the doctor's like you need medical intervention at this point. And but she came to me and she had a realization as to her, why we had to get to her, why and her? Why was that? Her husband, husband, her ex-husband, was very jealous and if she was heavier he was less on her case about yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2:And again, when we think about soul's journeys, what she was doing and this might be uncomfortable for some people to hear, but she was kind of manipulating his path because she was keeping him away from learning life lessons or really reflecting on his words weren't kind or who he is at his core by just simply getting heavier, and then that tamed him. When she had that realization and allowed for healing. She is just doing so marvelous, so marvelous. And then the.
Speaker 2:The other topic, of course too, is what you're talking about. This is like a little bit of a trigger warning, but when there's been trauma at the most extreme level for people at a very young age, when they were possibly victimized, for sure, they will often use it as armor to keep themselves feeling safe. And when you can offer that inner child healing and then also, as an adult, make a commitment to yourself on so many levels that you're no longer going to ever be in a situation where you feel powerless or give your power away or be manipulated in any way, where things are suggested to you that are so inappropriate and you just be reminded yourself, even through healing, through your throat chakra, right, you start to really just allow for that releasing of the weight and it's deep, it's deep, it's heavy, but it's also very, very liberating yeah, absolutely.
Speaker 1:It's fascinating, isn't it? How, um, how you know, on some level we use weight to placate emotions, so we're back to. We really need to be digging and looking at the emotions that we're having all the time and that even happens with our eating habits.
Speaker 2:Often we're self-medicating, we're self-soothing, you know, and so I, I, you know, I have. I work with one woman right now. She spans and eats, and because she associates sitting with having to clean her entire plate and that's how she grew up and so she's so scared if she sits she's just going to have this trained mind set of I have to clean my entire plate. But now we have her sitting and eating, knowing that she's in control. There's no adult at the table telling her that she has to be part of the clean plate club. You know, and so it's. It's just again bringing to your awareness things that maybe are stemming from your childhood and, like you know, natasha, natasha, but even from past lives, that are driving our food choices, our food habits, taking us out of mindfulness in our behaviors.
Speaker 1:Yeah, yeah fabulous, it sounds amazing, and the inner child work is so important as well, because you know we are all affected by you know, um, even if you think that or or you have had a good childhood, there is still going to be things that were said to you like children should be seen and not heard, and perhaps you know you're not clever enough to do that. And they stick, they stick, and then they, they make your behavior. You alter your behavior even though you might have forgotten about them being said to you. You alter your behavior because of them.
Speaker 2:That's exactly right. And I was very interested. I recently did, and someone did some inner child healing. She is in, she's about midlife, and her she really did not care for herself at all, I mean, and her she really did not care for herself at all. I mean, she nothing in terms of energetic can tending to her, energetics, anyway anything physically, mentally, she did. We went back and her inner eight-year-old said to her, you know, I said, do you have a message for her? And she said please take care of us, please take better care of us. We're not done yet. We have a lot to do on this earth, you know and we have a purpose.
Speaker 2:And she heard please take care of us. And she put on post-it notes everywhere and that little behavior shift and those powerful words coming from her younger self have really changed her life in such a big way, yeah, you know. Yeah, not just with food choices, but also with the company she keeps right and even her thoughts. She had really self-defeating thoughts and so she's pivoting away to like her higher self and, um again, just really thinking. Okay, hearing over and over a little voice in her saying please take care of us yeah, absolutely.
Speaker 1:And people forget, don't they, that thoughts are energy. Thoughts are so important if we're constantly telling ourselves how stupid we are and you know that is not a positive thing. So that's a really good place that just people can start just notice. How are you talking to yourself? Would you talk to your children like that? Yeah, right, like that.
Speaker 2:You know yes yes, and then not only how, what words are you using, but what tone you know, and it's you know, and make sure that you're not emulating, maybe, a tone that you heard from like a mom, a stern mom or an angry dad that you are being your most compassionate self, and not only the words you choose, but how you hear them in your mind.
Speaker 1:Yes, so am I right that you use journaling as well when you get people? To be journaling throughout this and getting those realizations.
Speaker 2:I do, I like. I have a couple of questions today. Do you mind if I ask a couple for our listeners? Ok, so I have one. This is again based on my release resistance formula and one. It was just a little sampling of the Thrive Tribe, but I want all the listeners today to ask themselves this question what story are you holding onto that no longer serves you, and how might releasing it allow you to feel lighter? So what story are you holding onto and how would releasing it allow you to feel lighter and really think about that. And I'm gonna give a hypnotic suggestion to follow this question. As you breathe deeply, you release the weight of old stories, feeling them dissolve like mist in the morning sun In their place, a sense of clarity and lightness begins to take root in your spirit, mind and body. When we release old stories, we make room for new ones. We make room for new ones. So I just want people to ask themselves what's an old story I can release today?
Speaker 1:think about that powerful and yeah, and you don't have to get an instantaneous answer, do you?
Speaker 2:no, no, you don't have to try really hard.
Speaker 1:You just have to just be aware of it and something will pop in yeah, did you.
Speaker 2:Do you have an old story, natasha, that you would like to release?
Speaker 1:um, oh, what an old story, I think, for me. Just recently I've been upgrading my diet. I have been doing fasting because I had a couple of infections, like one in my lining of my nose and at the back of my eye, and I was thinking, well, why is my body not getting rid of these? And I heard somebody talk about fasting and how, when you fast, your body clears all old infections. It has time to do that and clear everything. So I found that so amazing and I found it so interesting that I'm physically upgrading myself at the same point that I'm launching a book.
Speaker 2:Oh, I you know, if that doesn't speak volumes. Yes To your journey, yes, your journey. Yes to your journey, yes, so it's about.
Speaker 1:I think about having the confidence to speak my truth. I think beautiful, I think that's what's going on. Yeah, somehow in all these without me actually sitting down and thinking about that beforehand, but I think that is what is shifting, and shifting, and shifting oh, continue to connect the dots between this spirit, mind and body.
Speaker 2:Look what happens as you level up your. Your food choices level up you. How you take care of your body levels up and it's all it's. It's such a collaboration, like a soulful collaboration, that happens yeah, and I would.
Speaker 1:I find this so fascinating because, say you, it's a good place for somebody to start as well, because you know, if you say you do detox movies or you do something like that or you do fasting guaranteed, because we are all interrelated you will get, um, something coming up.
Speaker 1:You'll either have a morning where you you know you've got this stuff going around your head and you're thinking where's that come from? And you know it's all clearing, because when you clear your physical, you clear your emotional, you clear your mental, because it's all interrelated. So, wherever you start whether you start with energy therapies, or whether you start on the physical and then see what comes up and then listen to your thoughts and think what's that about? What's that about?
Speaker 1:oh yes, you know it's a good way, so important yeah, for some people to to I know what else is going. Another story, story that's going on Now I'm thinking about it. Good, this is great, all coming through. Liz, um, about being supported. Being supported that's what's coming through, Um, and actually I feel incredibly supported and I think I've always been supported, but maybe I haven't recognized it as such so and put an ending on this sentence.
Speaker 2:Natasha, when I feel supported, I feel.
Speaker 1:I feel that I can be very vocal about my truth oh nice yeah, that would be such a juicy affirmation. I feel powerful when I feel supported. I feel powerful when I feel supported. I feel powerful.
Speaker 2:Yeah, there you go. That is an affirmation for you. We're just calling in the collective people that are ready to read your book and then also support your journey right and your beautiful visions for the unfolding of your book. Yeah, and I want that feeling, that thought, that emotion to feel light. Yeah, and it does it does.
Speaker 1:You are worthy of being supported.
Speaker 2:Yeah, we're worthy of, I am worthy of being supported, and when I'm supported, I feel powerful.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I've also noticed, liz, that you know, as you do this work, as you clear, clear stuff, you do feel so much more positive. You feel, you know you find yourself smiling for no reason, you know, you know it's just that contentment and that positivity and you know, and it's, it's if it's actually only reason why you do some of this work, just to feel that happiness and feel that, I I suppose, joy, if you like.
Speaker 2:Yes, yes, and it's my contribution to the collective is that I can be the one being that allows for some steadiness to the collective energy, like if we, all you know, start to just really contribute in that manner. Imagine what we can do collectively if we're doing this individually.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and I've always, always, never understood like sort of spiritual competition, if you like, spiritual people. I always think we should be supporting each other, we should be going oh my gosh, look what Liz does you know?
Speaker 2:or whatever, because in that way we're actually helping all of us that's right, and I'll never forget when I first heard for the first time abundance is a natural state. Yeah, yeah, I thought I'd been so trained differently and it's like, wow, this is some it's if there's enough for everyone that's because we focus.
Speaker 1:We focus on what we don't have as a society and actually we should be focusing on what we do have and more than any other time, especially like with the internet, with podcasts. You know there's so many resources, there's so many people that you can listen to and you know that are on the same wavelength as you who do manifesting, who do whatever it is that you're into that you can find information and support and get involved in you know, so we should all be championing each other.
Speaker 2:I completely agree, I agree, and you know and I um, I just see again so much, no matter what's happening in the world, if it were at least supporting one another. Yeah, there's a silver line. Look at your affirmation. It was about feeling supported. So if anything like for the listeners today is ask yourself, like how do you feel supported? What do you need to feel supported? Because you might be like you, natasha, you have a book that's like in your vortex that you want to launch, you know, and you just like what do you need to get that book going? Well, maybe it's just feeling supported. Okay, what does that look like? One of my thing Okay, well, I don't have anyone that supports me. Okay, it doesn't necessarily have to come from another person. How else can you feel supported? Right For me, meditation is support for me. It fights my monkey brain and gets me in alignment and I feel steadiness and I'm able to create. So, not necessarily come from other people. And so what does support look like for you?
Speaker 1:Yeah, necessarily come from other people, and so what does? Support look like for you, yeah, and even like pets you know to have. Yeah, like my. I absolutely adore my dogs and you know, if I need a cuddle and a bit of support, they are there.
Speaker 2:It's unconditional you know, you know, you don't have to, you can talk. I talk to them all the time oh, I, I, I think that pets are. I think pets are everything, like you know, I, I told my pet the other day I'm like you've, you've been um elevated or um promoted to emotional support pet. Yes, I say that about my penny. Yeah, she's my emotional support dog.
Speaker 1:That's right, yeah, yeah, like, okay, yes, you need, and I, you know, when I have my reiki client, she often wants to get on the bed, so I share her out with them so everybody can experience penny as an emotional support dog but it's like the bottom line is, support can come from animals.
Speaker 2:it can come from, and make sure that you're really looking at what support means for you. Here's a second question what would it feel like to fully trust that your mind and body know how to heal when guided by your person, like your spirit, that your mind and body know how to heal? Or here is a suggestion with every exhale, exhale you release resistance and with every inhale, you welcome divine trust in your inner wisdom. Your spirit guides your mind and your body into perfect harmony, creating an undeniable sense of peace and lightness. Question of what does it feel like? Or what would it feel like to fully trust that your mind and body know how to heal when guided by your spirit, to remind all listeners, whatever your belief system, that you're not alone in your healing journey, and so to fully trust that your mind and body, with some sort of guidance, whether it come from within, will allow for yourself to be guided toward what it needs, what your body needs to heal and I really believe in my heart you have to feel to heal.
Speaker 2:You have to feel, to heal, and so many of us are just staying busy. We're getting spiritually bypassing, we're so like there's a fear base. It's a fear base to feel right, but we don't want it to be so impactful that our health takes a hit because of we haven't taken the time to emotionally and mentally allow for personal healing.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I think um, trust is actually quite a tough one. I you know that's been part of my journey not trusting spirit, not trusting the universe, not trusting that it's all going to work out. And then, as soon as you manage to switch that and it is a manage because you have to work at it, it's not an easy one Trust, trust. Well, it wasn't for me at all, um, but when I was able to shift it, the feeling is so much lighter and I stopped being frustrated about events that happened and I realized becoming frustrated about things is a lack of trust. It's a lack of trust that it's all going to work out.
Speaker 2:I'm just so glad you said that because I I think you're speaking to something that's really, really profound. I sometimes think, okay, we have trust issues, maybe, you know, with our human experience. You mentioned trust me, possibly with your spirit team, right, or your spirit. Yeah, I had abandonment issues when things were really hitting the fan. I seriously was like, okay, my spirit guides, my spirit team, whatever it is that you believe in, I felt abandoned because I thought this how is this happening to me? Me, if I'm truly connected to a spirit team that comes to me through total and unconditional love, right, and I had to lean in, like you said, through trust, and just know that there's something happening. And I heard it loud and clear in my mind when things are falling apart, things are falling into place, yeah, and to just trust, yeah.
Speaker 1:When things are falling apart, things are falling into place, yeah, and to just trust, yeah. When things are falling apart, they're building a different structure.
Speaker 2:Oh yeah, there you go yeah, but when you're in the middle of it you're like what are you doing? What is going on?
Speaker 1:and for me like an abandonment where are you?
Speaker 2:why?
Speaker 1:would you?
Speaker 2:leave me during a time like this. Yeah, and I think trust. Even when you said the word trust, I felt a little bit of resistance. I feel a little bit of lingering trust issues. And that's OK, it's something I need to soften and soothe, right, it's a tough one, it's a tough one Trust.
Speaker 1:It's like you know, on the physical plane, if somebody has broken your trust, you know how difficult it is to trust them again and you question it.
Speaker 2:Am I being gullible? I'm trusting them again. What's, you know, what's?
Speaker 1:that about. So it's a very. I think it's a very. I think it's actually one of the most difficult ones. I think I think it's a very. I think it's actually one of the most difficult ones.
Speaker 2:I think you know and when I go there you know again. When my human gets in my way, I do a little bit of future progression, because my future self would be like no trust. You are to trust, it's time for you to rewrite your story and you hold the pen and so let's trust. And so I have to sometimes get out of my present self, go to my future self, who's like a life coach, and my future self would say trust, you know. Yeah, otherwise you're going to keep doing the same thing, expecting the same results, and we all know that's the definition of insanity right, so we don't want to do that anymore.
Speaker 2:Here's one more question. If you let go of fear or doubt what possibilities might open for you in the next moment, so just feeling the tension melt away as you embrace the freedom to step into your full potential, the fear and doubt drift far behind, leaving only space for new, expansive possibilities in your life. Possibilities in your life. So if you were to let go of fear and doubt possibly because, like fear is an acronym, face everything in lies or fear is even a liar designed to keep us small, sometimes like our ego. If you let go of fear and doubt, what possibilities might open for you in the next moment, think about that. So do you have any current fears lingering out there as you publish a book and have it out there in our world? Natasha?
Speaker 1:do you know what came to mind? More than the book? What came to mind is my present work that I do, my present career and wanting to perhaps soon as I'm not getting any younger, soon retire from that world and step into perhaps more of a self-employed state of being and really embrace my truth, really embrace what I talk about, embrace having clients and and maybe write some more and teach some more. But you know the things that I am really, really passionate about, which is the spiritual, the past life regression, the. You know the course we're going to do together.
Speaker 2:You know, you know that I think if I had no fear whatsoever, that is what I would step into yeah, so you know what I would, what we would do together in a healing session, is allow for your fear to be reframed as fire in your belly right.
Speaker 1:Yeah, yes, and I'm so, um, I have fear of doing what I really want to do, because um, I have fear, truly want to do because, uh, it's I don't quite know how to phrase this but the the area that I work in. I am so familiar with it and I'm so held by it that actually I feel like if I step out of it, I'm in free fall, and that's actually a very unfamiliar feeling to me. Does that make?
Speaker 2:sense, yeah, yeah. Do you have a memory of when you were in that feeling of free fall that comes up? That is fear based.
Speaker 1:I suppose when I got divorced, that was yeah, yeah. Because you know you don't know what's going to happen, do you? You just have to go with it every day you know, work out how you're going to move forward yeah, and what are three?
Speaker 2:what are like one to three amazing things that have happened since that point since that point, I moved house to the countryside.
Speaker 1:Wow, I have um acquired my dogs and um I've written a book so right.
Speaker 2:And so again when, like you were, you know we're just talking about so being open to the personal possibilities that if in free fall, magnificent things can still happen absolutely, absolutely what.
Speaker 1:I heard someone talking about it, actually, and they were talking about positive groundlessness. So, um, being ground, you know, being in that free fall state, but it being so positive because it could be a completely different path it could be, you are creating something completely different for yourself. So, um, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2:So if anything, sometimes if we can't leave, like the job yet or anything, one thing about hypnosis and past life regression is that our subconscious doesn't know if we're lying right yeah anything you could activate your imagination and um so, um, activate your imagination, allow for you to imagine, which is like imagine and create the life that you desire just through your mind.
Speaker 2:It's just because thoughts become things, right, yeah, yeah. So just remember, last time, natasha, you were in free fall, some magnificent things came out of it, and so if you were to allow for free fall again I mark my word there will be magnificent things that come out of it yeah, wow, thanks Liz.
Speaker 1:I feel like I've had a healing session.
Speaker 2:I feel like I've just been having a coaching session, you know what, and I love you because we just could do things on the fly, right, you know. And I got just two other think abouts for people. And is what energy are you carrying that belongs to someone else? Think about that. Oh yeah, just right now planting seeds, and how does?
Speaker 1:it feel to see resistance.
Speaker 2:Think about that, yeah that's a whole different episode, isn't it? Oh yeah, just right now, planting seeds, and how does it feel to see resistance as an ally, teaching you how to grow and evolve right. So again, you know what energy are you carrying? That belongs to someone else. I mean even me. I wrote that question and even hearing my voice say that out loud, I do have somebody came up in my mind just now. Yeah, yeah, you know, some of us have those said parents that continue to rent space free in our minds, no matter how old we are Right.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:Yes. And then, of course, again challenging everybody, who the listeners say, to see resistance as an ally, as a teacher, as a guidance system. Right, yeah. So allowing you just again whole being lightness, prioritizing that through spirit, mind and body. So with this, I have a couple affirmations I just want to say, and just I want anyone who's listening to just to take a nice deep breath through their nose. We're out there now, and just I want anyone who's listening to you just to take a nice deep breath through their nose.
Speaker 2:Out there, man, I'm just allowing you to embrace this again, this idea of whole being lightness. I release all that no longer serves me, making space for harmony and light to flow freely within me. My spirit guides me, my mind empowers me and my body supports me as I step into my full potential. I am aligned with divine energy of lightness and every breath I take fills me with peace and renewal. I trust the wisdom of my whole being to guide me through transformation with grace and ease. Finally, as I let go of resistance, I embrace the limitless possibilities of a life filled with balance, joy and love. My power word this year, 2025, is going to be renewal, natasha.
Speaker 1:Yes that's a lovely one actually. Yes, lovely one so when does? For the five tribes start. Will that be in January?
Speaker 2:Yes, yes, and I'll have a link for your listeners and they can just sign up for a free discovery call and know that.
Speaker 2:You know it's going to be intimate. I'm going to have a daytime and nighttime live sessions once a week where they can get on and, because I want to get that momentum going, keep it going and then ideally, like maybe 20 to 30 people in the group and making it so it's so accessible, so affordable for those that are really ready to just feel lighter with a little kick in their step. And so I'm really excited it's. I have journal prompts, reflections, guest speakers. I'm giving it all I've got, and so it's first come, first serve and, like I said, there'll be a link. Well, you know that your listeners can access and for free discovery call, no obligation, lovely brilliant.
Speaker 1:Oh, thank you. We could talk for hours. We could talk. You could heal me some more that's right.
Speaker 2:Well, of course, you and I too have a. Our passion project is going to be coming up from past life to purpose, and I'm so excited about that yeah, so we've got a course coming up.
Speaker 1:Um, like Liz says, past life to purpose. We're using past life using hypnosis, all these techniques also for very deep healing. So, um, we will be putting that out there as well. So we're going to be busy we are, yes, you know again renewal. The word renewal for 2025 is a fab one?
Speaker 2:yeah, I think so and, metaphorically speaking, right, we reduce, reuse, recycle. It's all over. You know we have it here in the United States reduce, reuse, recycle. So sometimes we're not asking you, like, with the course that we're offering, we're not asking you to completely eliminate your life experiences, but reduce some of them, then reuse them through reframing and then recycle them in a way that serves you for your higher good right, and that is renewal, that's the renewal and and taking, taking the emotional charge from things and relationships and and so that, like you talking about at the beginning, um about so that emotions are neutral, yeah, yeah, yeah, and that takes practice and that's what you and I will offer, and that also takes some past life healing from this life healing and future progressions.
Speaker 2:You know, yeah, and I guess that the synthesis of the theory. Oh, my goodness very, very powerful yeah, yeah good, thank you good.
Speaker 1:Can't wait, Thank you everybody.
Speaker 2:No, Ken, I cannot wait. Well, thank you everyone. Thank you, Natasha, so much. Such a pleasure to be here, yeah.
