Grandma's Warm Hug in a Box with Phillip Wilson

Philip Wilson's journey from mathematics prodigy to far infrared sauna expert began with a profound out-of-body experience that completely transformed his life path. After connecting to what he describes as "the life stream that connects you to the divine part of creation," Wilson found himself increasingly drawn to holistic health practices and energy medicine.

What makes far infrared therapy so remarkable isn't just heat—it's the specific frequency of light that perfectly resonates with the water molecules in our bodies. At 7-14 microns, this invisible light penetrates deep into tissues, causing water molecules to vibrate. This vibration creates a beneficial rise in core temperature (a controlled "artificial fever") that triggers multiple healing responses: detoxification, improved circulation, enhanced oxygen flow, and a hostile environment for parasites and unwanted microorganisms.

The physiological effects are impressive, but it's the experiential quality that truly sets high-quality far infrared therapy apart. Users consistently describe feeling "basking in divine love" or receiving "a warm, loving hug from your grandma." Athletes report faster recovery times and improved performance—the LA Dodgers and University of Georgia athletic teams are among the professional users. People with chronic pain conditions often experience immediate relief, while those with sleep issues, anxiety, and even depression find significant improvement.

When tested at Harvard MIT Science and Technology Laboratory, the most effective systems measured exactly within the therapeutic 7-14 micron range, while less expensive models produced mainly near-infrared light with minimal far infrared output. This precision is what delivers therapeutic benefits in just minutes rather than the hours required by traditional saunas or less effective systems.

Ready to experience "the loving light" for yourself? Far infrared therapy might be the missing piece in your wellness routine—a technology that addresses physical health while simultaneously nurturing emotional balance and spiritual connection. Speaker 1:

so hi, everybody, and welcome to another episode of balm to the soul, and today I have a new guest on with me and his name is philip wilson. So welcome, phil. Thank you ever so much for coming on to the podcast and supporting us what do you call your program?

Speaker 2:

Bound to the Soul.

Speaker 1:

BALM to the Soul, b-a-l-m. Soothing.

Speaker 2:

BALM to the Soul. Yes, right, beautiful, exactly yeah.

Speaker 1:

Lost in the accent there a bit. So, today we're going to talk about far infrared saunas, aren't we? And the health benefits, yes, yes we are. So tell me, how did you start this? You were telling me a little bit before, but how did you get into this? Uh?

Speaker 2:

therapy. Well, you know, I I have an honors degree in mathematics. As a kid I was sort of like a child prodigy, and solving math problems that was my specialty. I was known as mr mathematics, mathematics of the school. And then I went to college. I got an honors degree in math.

Speaker 2:

I went to graduate school at Ohio State University and, however, before I started my graduate school, I had an out-of-body experience. I was going through a trauma with a girlfriend and I finally recognized that this other guy was better for her, and so I said about two or three days of depression, I don't know depression, I don't know. I just felt like a zombie walking. And then I had a realization that I need to pick myself up by the bootstraps and I needed to get involved in music, art and dance as opposed to being so left-brained with just mathematics. Even my liberal arts courses was philosophy, logic and economics and that's not so. You know music, art and poetry kind of stuff.

Speaker 2:

But in reality I didn't have just a realization. I had an out-of-body experience and two or three beans took me out of my body and showed me the overhang of about nine indoor handball courts size where women were doing music and one third, women were doing art Don't know why it was women, but it was and women were doing music. And one third women were doing art don't know why it was women, but it was and women were doing dance. And they said, they told me I needed to get involved in music, art and dance to to balance that. And and then I, I must have gotten connected to the, that life stream that connects you to the divine part of creation, and it's like, uh, I guess it's the water from once you drink you never thirst again. So I got connected to that. But I'm pretty naive because I wasn't religious at all no I never have been.

Speaker 2:

I I went from from being a a non-believer to an experiencer. So I bypassed believing, and that's such a joy, because believing is very, very painful. It's a very painful activity. I remember going into this health food store and I had had this experience. And I was talking to a guy there who he didn't have the experience, but it made sense that there's something else there. So he believed, but he was in an angst and, frankly, I don't believe in belief. I'm writing a book called Pictures of the Mind.

Speaker 2:

It'll be out sometime this year and the subtitle is freeing yourself from beliefs that no longer serve you yeah but like, like believing in santa claus was helpful, probably for some kids, and then it doesn't serve them anymore no, that's right, and you can get stuck in that, can't you?

Speaker 1:

yes, and like you say, being when you were shown that whole sort of overview, it's much more expansive, isn't it? And being stuck in one thought process.

Speaker 2:

Right, you know, as I was telling this one, the daughter of a good friend of mine about seven years, I said I said you're a slave to your beliefs and she just had a lot of problems with that.

Speaker 1:

No, I absolutely agree with you, absolutely. I think they confine us, don't they? And sometimes we can pick them up from all sorts of places, or we can pick them up from, perhaps, a negative life experience, and then they're playing on in the background, so they're having a you know, an adverse effect on us, about us even realizing, or they're affecting the way we make decisions, and but perhaps from a place. That isn't true. It's just this stuck belief that we have.

Speaker 2:

I picked up some of my beliefs of like. Like you know, a lot of times parents have an influence.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

But. But I decided on my own I wasn't going to do certain things and it had no influence. I mean, I was just adamant about it inwardly.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And so and these again, I mean I was excited to to hear that you, you know, have you talk about past life regressions or past life experiences, and I've been very blessed to have been shown inwardly a few scenes from some of my past lives and I've also had a couple of dreams where I've had a couple scenes from a couple lifetimes. And I know I was walking down the street about 55 years ago, just you know, walking down the street, and this friend of mine had just gotten pregnant from a man in St Louis and all of a sudden I wondered what was our relationship? And all of a sudden it's sort, you know what was our relationship? And all of a sudden it's sort of like, I saw like an oval kind of peek through and there she was and me I was four and she was three and she was my little sister in India a couple hundred years ago.

Speaker 1:

Wow.

Speaker 2:

That's the relationship we had, you know, which was in harmony, you know, with what was happening.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And I also I think that same lifetime in India. I think I it was the same lifetime. I also had some very, very potent experiences that affected this lifetime quite a bit.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

How fascinating. But anyway, we're talking about energy medicine and uh tesla and emerson also said they both said that the future of medicine is is is in uh healing light or or light or energy medicine, however you want to call it. There's also, you know, there's invisible light and sound that you can't hear.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

And those are the twin aspects of what comes out of the heart of creation, or the heart of God, that we tune in with. That connects us to the divine so that we're connected. Yes, in with that connects us to the divine so that, so that we're connected, yes, that's what drives us, which drives me, and and the more people on this planet who can get connected to, to the, to the inner of who they are, I think, I think the better off, uh, this planet will be in others. My goal is to help awaken individuals to their true nature and the byproduct is the world will be a better place. Absolutely. My goal is not to make the world a better place. My goal is to help awaken souls on this planet to their true nature of being, beyond time and space, beyond the mind, beyond the emotions. And one of my favorite comments is thinking without feeling brings about woe and feeling without thinking brings grief.

Speaker 2:

And that sort of like woe is like Hamlet oh, woe is me. He, oh, woe is me. He's concentrated. That's pure hell. I've been there. And then the feeling, you know, is without thinking brings grief, that's, you know. When people die, people get upset. Yeah, it's like they. Just you know, and you can learn to communicate with people who die. They don't die, you can't go anywhere.

Speaker 1:

No.

Speaker 2:

I mean, when you, when you have an out of body experience, you know you're not your body. And when you go to sleep at night, aren't you dying? And then you wake up and there you are.

Speaker 1:

When you start to have these experiences and start to explore.

Speaker 2:

You realize that you are so much more than just your physical body. So after this out-of-body experience, my body chemistry started changing and I didn't know it.

Speaker 1:

Right.

Speaker 2:

And slowly I was led into my body. I was just like I remember. I could drink orange juice, maybe three, four ounces, and then, without getting a stomach ache, at four ounces I'd get a stomach ache. And then by this is all in 1970. And by the 71, when it came around, I was. My diet was improving. It was all. I quit doing coffee. It made me nervous. I started meditating. I never meditated in my life. I started listening to lots of music and I never was taught meditating.

Speaker 2:

I just did it because there's nothing in the world I wanted to do not meditating I just did it because there's nothing in the world I wanted to do and I didn't really feel like doing math problems anymore because the the experiences I was having traveling inwardly, I was solving problems in that way, you know, like solving problems is learning how to travel inwardly, to get more and more free, to discover the attitudes I have that were in my way.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And when. When an attitudes, you know, and I just love the idea of breaking up thought forms free to discover the attitudes.

Speaker 2:

I have that were in my way. Yeah, sure, and when an attitude, you know, and I just love the idea of breaking up thought forms. Yeah, so this led me into having a Kundalini awakening experience a year and a half later, and that's when all the cells of my body were electrified. I met some yogis, showed me some techniques, and he was on his way to Europe looking for a spiritual teacher for himself, and I was in a different state of consciousness. It's like all of a sudden, I thought, you know that I was one of the only people in the world who didn't know what life was about. And all of a sudden, after this experience, I said, damn, hardly anyone knows what I know yeah experienced, you know.

Speaker 2:

So it's like it's a little humbling, you know, when all of a sudden these things happen. So so that started my. So I'd never been into a health food store until then, and then all of a sudden I had no choice but to start going to a health food store because I couldn't eat anything. I ate meat about three days later, a steak, and I was like, I felt like I was on Thorazine. I'd never been on Thorazine but I felt like I couldn't, my mind couldn't work it. Just I had to meditate for six, seven hours before I felt good again.

Speaker 2:

For six, seven hours before I felt good again, so slowly, because the guy Charlie, he told me he was a fruitarian and so basically, and she gave me a couple books, you know, to buy and to read, and so basically I had to start fasting. I didn't know what to. I started doing grape juice and brown rice, and then I heard about gotu, kola and ginseng and these herbs, and so I was like a newbie and I was like very, very humble at the time, more humble then than I am now. You know, it's like you got to keep it in balance, just, you know, knowing that it's all the divine that works through you and then, when you are in harmony with it, magic happens.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And it's all right to get out of kilter because eventually you get brought back in and meanwhile you learn some lessons and experiences and it's all part of the process. So I don't you know, my definition of loving God is loving the process of how it all works.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I like that yeah.

Speaker 2:

And so, at any rate, I'm into fasting and so I was pretty much living on dates, figs and cashews is 80% of my diet, do some yogurt, occasionally some vegetables or whatever, and in a sense I probably got way out of balance. But it's okay, it was part of the process and so eventually I went back to graduate school in mathematics again. I quit, I resigned, went traveling, discovered a few things, came back, found some spiritual teachers and and then, uh, after I taught math at ohio state university, uh, they hired me as an instructor after I resigned my fellowship, um, I would, I was starting to tell you and I'll tell you now. Um, I understood the difference between self-force and discipline when my math advisor saying you have to discipline yourself to do the math. Then it dawned on me but see, discipline is applying inward pressure to get you to do something you really, really, really want to do, and self-force is applying inward pressure to get you to do something you don't want to do. And I wanted to do math. I love doing math.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

But the rules changed on me and I didn't. Right now, in that moment, I didn't want to do math. I had a greater love, and that was the love of spirit of discovering freedom and becoming more free.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

And so you know the self-force and discipline, that was like wow, that was like one of my grand. You know, like when the beautiful mind, the movie yes, nash, he says I just want one original thought. Well, god, I've been blessed with like dozens, hundreds of them, and those are the kind of things that are going to be in my book, but anyway. So here I am, electrified my whole body, and I was doing these intense yoga and meditation and stretching exercises for six hours every morning and I was reading Socrates and these other books from the Theosophical Society on written in 1904, and I was, you know, before that, of course, I was reading Alan Watts and Ram Dass. Be here Now, ronald Lang. I don't know if you're familiar with Ronald Lang from England.

Speaker 2:

No, I don't think I am actually Ronald Lang, yeah, but that was one of the greatest books I read when I after I had my first audit. It's politics I've experienced by ronald lang.

Speaker 2:

He was a I think a psychiatrist wow a lot of herman, hess, you know, uh, and and fritz pearls, and everyone you could imagine, and, and then the, the other books as well. So you know the teachings of don juan carlos castaneda. So you know this is supposed to be on the relaxed sauna. We're getting there real soon, you know. I'm just leading up to it because we're dealing with energy in the fields of, yeah, of you know, and it's fascinating to hear people's individual paths as well.

Speaker 1:

You know, as they discovered things, as they, you know, had experiences it is. It's fascinating to me how people you know I love.

Speaker 2:

You know, like you know, when you read the lives of saints, of, or, or anyone who's become great and has a lot of spiritual wisdom, when you read their life story, it's just, it's just. You just are awed by the process of how spirit directed them from here to here, to where to get to where they are yeah, exactly, and, and sometimes you can really relate and maybe you've had something similar happen to you.

Speaker 1:

Yes, you know, so know. So I find it all very fascinating.

Speaker 2:

When I run into people whose last name is Phillips, I say well, look, my first name is Phillip, we're related because we all related. Like, like, yeah there's something interconnected. The yogis say Namaste, I recognize the light within you and I see it as myself. And the Americans say have a nice day. It rhymes with namaste.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, it's true. I've never thought about that.

Speaker 2:

Well, I was in my store about three years ago. I live in Las Vegas now and my health food store that I opened in 1980 has been there for 45 years. And I was there about two, three years ago in the back room and the mailman said when he left have a nice day. I said, did he just say namaste? But at any rate. So I opened up a health food store in 1980. It sort of like happened accidentally.

Speaker 2:

I went back to graduate school after teaching pregnant girls math for a year. I went back to graduate school to get a master's degree that I didn't get. I went back to school to get a teaching certificate in math that I didn't get, so I could. When everything ended there, I was jobless. So I was selling these herbal vitamins part-time since six, since 73. So in 76, august I jumped off and said, okay, I'm going to go for it, you know.

Speaker 2:

And and I started selling herbal vitamins and eventually, in 1980, I got an office and the office eventually became a health food store. I got an office and the office eventually became a health food store. I started buying massage tools and the Master Cleanser book by Stanley Burroughs and rebounders and inversion machines, and then I got into the Dr Christopher herbs and so I was. I had a. You know, the only way I could make a living is I started selling these things to health food stores. I had about 15, 20 products and then I had my own little health food store and so I did that for eventually I started making a little bit of money, always on a shoestring, always on a shoestring, never had any capital. And I did that from 1980 until about 1997, when the when the as a distributor, selling to eleven hundred stores every month, I was just squeezed by the stores wanting bigger discounts and the suppliers.

Speaker 2:

And I just had to go out of business and just get rid of the wholesale operation and just sell uh the uh the um my health food store. I just had my health food store and then I started going this is 97, so I started putting all my massage tools online and so and again, in the process of all this, I became, you know, I'm still doing my spiritual exercises and and my meditations, whatever, and I'm I'm living the spiritual life doing what I'm doing. I've never had any money. And then in 2001, I, after doing a show for biological dentists selling massage tools, I there was a spa show the next day at the same hotel in Vegas which is where I live now, and I lived in Columbus for 50 years and my store is still there. And so what happened is I go in there and there's one of my massage tool suppliers with a sauna, a portable sauna. Oh my God, I can't believe you can have a portable sauna in your home. I mean like wow, like imagine how a kid is on Christmas day. Well, that's how I felt.

Speaker 2:

But I was going through my Baroque period, still, that's before the classical period. You have the Baroque period where you have no money. So it took me a year to be able to afford one. And I got one and I started selling them. I put all this 15, 16 pages online, on and on and on about the benefits of foreign personas, and I've been using it every day and I loved it. On and on and on about the benefits of fire infant saunas, and I've been using it every day and I loved it. And, uh, then I get a call from from taiwan not china, but from taiwan and from the relaxed sauna company and it was probably one of the most important phone calls I've ever received and and and mandy's telling me that the relaxed saunauna, that she saw that I had all this information on saunas on my website and that the technology on the Relax Sauna was very advanced. It took them 10 years to figure out how to get the exact frequency of energy we're talking about frequency that vibrates the water molecules and that their sauna was more advanced than other saunas. And I didn't realize how true that was. I thought we were a little bit better than the portable's other ones and that we weren't as good as the wooden sauna. That was not even that's not even true at all. But you know, we have our, but that's when I run into people at conferences and I I've done 500 medical conferences in the last 22 years presenting the relaxed sauna to them and people say, well, I have a wooden sauna. Certainly your little portable sauna with a head sticking out that you can see behind me couldn't do what my sauna does. You know, just like this can't do what my sauna does. You know, just like this can't do what a desktop computer could do 10 years ago. This is so much more powerful. Incidentally, the EMF from this is about 100 times more dangerous than the EMF from any household appliance or any sauna or even the Wi-Fi in the room. So at any rate I said, okay, how much is it? And they told me and they sent me one and it came FedEx from Taiwan two days later.

Speaker 2:

And the night and day difference between the relaxed sauna and I call it the Amazon sauna. Night and day, the relaxed sauna heats up immediately, like in 10 to 30 seconds. You just turn it on. In 30 seconds You're warm and toasty. I've gotten rid of an asthma attack in like two, three minutes. I've had about one of those in the last 20 years and I got in the sauna and boom gone. I used to have childhood asthma and then I once had chills. Get in the sauna. Two minutes later you're in heaven. So it feels warm from the beginning and after two, three minutes and I've done this, I've presented the relaxed sauna at conferences for the last 22 years One lady in her early 20s said, oh my gosh, this feels like my grandma's giving me a love, warming, a warm, loving hug.

Speaker 2:

And then two hours later another lady said that Now, this I don't get. I mean, I get this maybe once every month or so from people, but I tell people and they say that without me even having said that I sell, you know. I said I'm somewhere walking by and they see the sauna. They see four of them at our booth. I said it feels like a warm, loving hug from your grandma.

Speaker 2:

And a lot of times, okay, I'll try it. And sometimes I have to go a step further. I said, well, it feels like you're sort of basking in divine love. And sometimes, well, you know that you can't go wrong with that. And then a lot of people they still won't go in, you know, because they don't want to sweat. No, I mean, like you know. So I always have to tell people you're going for five to seven minutes with your clothes on and without sweating. I guarantee 50 percent to 100 percent of your pain will be gone. And people who didn't want to get in and then all of a sudden, you know they'll, you know they don't want to be embarrassed they said you know, maybe I will try it and I swear I've seen 30,000 minor major miracles out of the 150,000 people I've put in the relaxed sauna the last 22 years.

Speaker 1:

So what is it that you're actually? It's electromagnetic waves, is that right?

Speaker 2:

Well, yeah, you've got the visible light from violet to red that we can see Snakes can see infrared light.

Speaker 2:

They can, you know, at night they can see the lights from the little mice, from the toads, from the frogs or whatever creatures that are out there, and then they go eat them. So far, snakes can, and we're the only sauna in the world that is endorsed by snakes. Yeah, next door to us at one show there was an animal communicator and she had two snakes with her. So we did a 26-minute interview of the snakes telling us how wonderful the relaxed sauna was, that the light in the relaxed sauna was way better than their cage. I don't talk about this much in some of my interviews because I don't want people thinking I'm woo-woo.

Speaker 1:

No, you're in good hands here. You can talk to us about that.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So I mean I talked about my out-of-body experience and all that, so I figured I could talk about my snakes endorsing. They really really like the relax sauna Good.

Speaker 1:

There are a lot of health benefits, though, aren't there? I mean, you just talked about pain relief, but you sleep better, don't you? I've been looking at, I was reading up about it and it's a stress relief. It's good for your immunity system.

Speaker 2:

The Mayo Clinic came out in 2004, and they said that their heart patients should not go into regular Finnish saunas with hot coals. They should also not go into hot tubs because if they do, the heart's going to have to race to find a balance between the inner body temperature and the outer body temperature.

Speaker 1:

Right.

Speaker 2:

So, but they said far-infrared saunas are extremely therapeutic for their heart patients. Because what far-infrared does? It's not heat. You know, we all know that a prairie dog is not a dog, and most people recognize that a seahorse is not a horse, a sea lion is not a lion, and I understand, if you go to Australia and you call a koala bear a bear, they will actually lynch you. So you know this. One massage therapist in Dallas called me up and said my, my landlord won't have let have me have saunas in the play that this is a farm. But sauna is not a sauna, it's an energy. It doesn't generate heat. That's the byproduct it generates. And so these are not heaters that you have. In the right, at the beginning of the sauna, next to my garbage pail, there's an emitter, a double radiator, on each side of the tent, on the floor, and what they're doing is they're emitting a specific frequency of light. That's the same frequency as humans, birds and mammals and water.

Speaker 1:

Wow Okay.

Speaker 2:

You, daniel Brinkley, I'm sure you've heard of him. He says we are. We are spiritual light beings.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

In a human body. Okay, he had an out of body near death experience in 1976. You know, I've. I've seen him 10, 20, 30, 40 times. We almost share a birthday too. Our birthdays are one day apart, so we're related, but anyway we are. Far infrared light beams. See Pythagoras, the great spiritual teacher and mathematician, the father of modern mathematics, said he was actually a spiritual teacher and he had a school, and he said that everything vibrates. Everything vibrates.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Okay. So that means that this, this vibrates, okay, this, this vibrates, okay, this, this vibrates. You know anything? Even this vibrates and plants vibrate and animals vibrate and we all have a vibration rate that we send out a frequency. Now when? So the Relaxana company took 10 years. Now here's their goal.

Speaker 2:

Japanese companies comes to this Taiwan company, electric company, the Relaxana Company in Taiwan, and says can you come out of electricity, can you create an energy that's like a hot springs, you know, like Lourdes in France and the hot springs in southern Japan. People go, there's a certain kind of energy around and people, they have miraculous healings. So can you create that healing energy like the they have in the Japanese spas in Southern Japan? And they said, sure, we'll get right back with you. And 10 years later I did, they did.

Speaker 2:

It Took them 10 years, from 1987 to 1997, to find they used semiconductor chips. During COVID we couldn't get cars because they used semiconductor chips for the fine attunements of the key and whatever else they do. But the semiconductor chips are and they're in the news now 94% of the key and whatever else they do. But the semiconductor chips are and they're in the news now 94% of the semiconductor chips in this world are made in Taiwan. Now, from what I understand, the semiconductor chips are almost like almost live beings, like I know. You know the crystal singing bowls.

Speaker 1:

Yes, okay.

Speaker 2:

Those were a byproduct of General Electric, who are making computer chips. That they grew in, that, in that perfect environment, and that was a crystal singing bowl, and sometimes the singing bowls that they created weren't perfect. So they're rejects, they just they them away. And then the new age people discovered that they made a nice sound and that's how that spawned the crystal singing bowl industry. It was a byproduct of making crystals, of making computer chips, and so the semiconductor chips you know are sort of made. I guess that same way.

Speaker 2:

I'm not sure, I don't, I'm. I've got a degree in math, mathematics. I don't have any earth in my astrology chart, so when math becomes physics, my mind blocks, and I've had. This has been a big thing this lifetime to. So here I am selling electrical appliances. You know and it's funny because you know you know how you never want to either want to do what your dad does. You don't want to go anywhere near. My dad had a store in downtown Gary, indiana. It was electrical appliance store, and it just dawned on me about three years ago. Here I am selling an electrical appliance. Oh my God, oh my God. So you know anyway the, the far infrared energy that is generated by these semiconductor chips. They take electricity and they give you the exact frequency of water, wow Frequency of human energy and and this is what I call the loving light of the sun.

Speaker 1:

You are sitting in that, in the sauna, and it's almost like replenishing your cells, your energy system, your all of it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean it's like you just, you just want to die, you just want to rest and bask in it. I mean it really feels like you're. You're being in the. The original literature came out. It says like you're being in the presence of a qigong master, or you're just in the presence of the divine love, or you're, like I said, many people can relate to the love of a, of a, the hug of a loving grandma who's giving you unconditional love. Yeah, unconditional love.

Speaker 2:

When you lay out on a beach on hawaii or any tropical paradise or even in las vegas, and it's just the loving light of the sun, just absorbing it, it's absorbed and it penetrates. When you go out into the sun on a hot day and close your eyes, you feel that deep penetrating warps to the core of your being, to your bones. That's the far infrared light. It gives plants the power to move and to bend. According to Dr Gerald Pollack, who authored the book the Fourth Phase of Water, the far infrared energy expands and creates more of that fourth phase of water that he called exclusion zone water.

Speaker 2:

He said it's a gel-like substance somewhere between water and ice, and that's where it's pure and there's only purity can exist and the foreign thread expands that area. So you, you feel purified, you feel cleansed. You know how a washing machine goes in and cleanses the clothes, the water, the, the invisible water and the solid clothes. You can tell me that invisible water is going to penetrate those clothes. No way, jose. He said no, no, it does. And you show and you say what do they call that? They call it saturated or wet. Wow, clothes can get wet, yeah, and the water goes all the way through it and cleans out every fiber of the clothes. You got to be kidding me. Well, this is how the far infrared light works with our body. This invisible light penetrates our body and cleanses every cell of our body wow, it sounds amazing.

Speaker 1:

I bet you get hooked on it, don't you?

Speaker 2:

you want to sit in it more and more well, uh, I have been doing it for 23 years almost every morning for 20 minutes. I didn't do it yesterday morning and I haven't done it today and this is one of the longest time. I've gone in a long time without using it, but I usually use it every morning for 20 minutes and sometimes I drink water, get in, do 20 minutes, sweat and you have the most profuse, incredible sweat in 20 minutes. You start sweating after about eight minutes and sometimes if I'm on the road and I'm in my hotel room with it and I have to be someplace, I do it for eight minutes or 10 minutes or 12 or 15, whatever I can, and it just revitalizes me. There's a detox special in Las Vegas and she had had a 1300 portable sauna and a howard and a higher dose sauna blanket and she said, well, the higher, the the uh, that sauna I have, this is the best. And then she got in the relaxed sauna and said, oh my god, and she bought one and she gave her other ones away because the relaxed sauna left her detoxified and revitalized and the other one sort of.

Speaker 2:

There's a guy from we were at a cancer conference about 15 years ago in Reno, nevada, and there's a young guy about 25. He used to drive 45 minutes twice a week across LA to his parents' place to use their sauna and afterwards he's he's left exhausted. So he goes into the relaxed sauna in his gym clothes at this cancer conference for 25 minutes, sweat and he felt so rejuvenated and detoxified and and like you just feel, like you just did a 20 minute, 25 minute meditation. But even better, sometimes you feel cleansed, you feel purified and, wow, you're on top of the world, you feel tuned in, you feel connected and that's what far infrared energy does.

Speaker 2:

Now there's a book called the Science of Far Infrared Therapy. It's written in Japan it hasn't been translated in English, but parts of it have been and Dr Toshiko Yamasaki says that upon application of the 7 to 14 micron frequency and I'll go into that specific frequency, because water is 8 microns and the human body is 9.4 microns. So upon application of the 714, 7214 frequency of fire and red light, the water molecules in your body will start to vibrate.

Speaker 1:

Wow.

Speaker 2:

In other words, that's all far infrared energy does. It vibrates your water molecules and the world. There's a lot of water in this world. The oceans make 79%, and even with our bodies, 79% of our cells are water, but 99% of our body is water, according to Dr Gerald Pollack.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

So if this vibrates the water molecules in your body, now what Dr Yamasaki says? That's going to weaken the ionic bonds between the hydrogen and the oxygen and that is going to release toxic, poisonous gases from the body and heavy metals.

Speaker 1:

Wow, so it's a really good way of detoxing.

Speaker 2:

Yes, and there's a lot of energy medicine devices out there but none of them deal exactly and precisely with the water. No, and they deal with the photoreceptors and they deal with the proteins in the body. The far-infrared energy is, and there's a book all about far-infrared energy. The whole book is called Detoxify or Die by Dr Sherry Rogers and she was an environmental medical doctor and people with multi-chemical sensitivities and environmental concerns were left to dead by the medical establishment and they were led to Dr Sherry Rogers' office and she used far-infrared saunas in the 1990s. These are the wooden infrared saunas, the far-infrared saunas in the 1990s. These are the wooden infrared saunas, the far infrared saunas, and she got them all healthy and healing and back to functioning normally in this world using far infrared saunas. And she wrote the book Detoxify or Die. She's written about 15 other excellent books. She's probably about my age right now, a little older, and she's retired in Florida now Now a little older and she's retired in Florida now. But she spawned the far infrared sauna industry with the publication of this book and it's a classic.

Speaker 2:

And again she says even in the book we as human bodies emit three to fifty micron frequency, mainly 9.4 microns, and water. You know, it's all over the internet. Water vibrates at eight microns. So the four to 14 micron that I call the loving light and that's what Dr Yamasaki says vibrates the water molecules. Now you know what else happens when you vibrate the water molecules. Think about 100 people in a small room dancing. You're going to get hot, sweaty. Your body temperature is going to get hot. Your body temperature is going to increase. Some people would call that a fever. No-transcript.

Speaker 1:

Wow.

Speaker 2:

That's profound. Now you have a hint of why far infrared saunas are very therapeutic because they're going to raise body temperature. Now, when you have a fever, if you study all the scientific literature on fever, it does five main things. Number one it's going to detoxify you. It's going to mobilize the lymphatic system. It's going to you know, the lymphocytes are going to come out of hibernation and eat up all the bad stuff in the body. Okay, so it's going to detoxify you. It's going to increase circulation and that's going to lower blood pressure. It always lowers blood pressure. It always lowers blood pressure. Everyone who goes in their blood pressure lowers. A lot of people don't need their blood pressure medicine anymore.

Speaker 2:

It's gonna. It's gonna flood the body with oxygen. It's like that's what ozone does. That's what you know. There's certain oxygen products you can take, like chlorine dioxide and whatever. It's going to flood the body with oxygen and that's going to kill the anaerobic bacteria. It's going to also get rid of parasites, because the Lyme spirochetes inside the body, when you raise the body temperature so much, they can't survive. And there's a hospital in germany called saint george hospital. People go and they raise the body temperature, uh, to a degree where it kills all the parasites and all the the bacteria and all the bad stuff that's in your body, that's messing with you and in the uh they also have sophisticated equipment that doesn't let your body temperature get up to 108, because then the human body will die. That defeats the whole purpose of killing the parasite.

Speaker 2:

Surprisingly enough, I just ran into a lady who has a spa. She does fever therapy with a bath. You go into 108 to 112 degree water, which is really hot, because I'm 104, 105 is like wonderful for me, 107 is a little hot, but they have supervised. They raise the body temperature and that kills a lot of the parasites. And then what they do, and when there are people who come for one week, two weeks, when they go home they recommend they get a relaxed sauna. And so they've sold 30, 40, 50 relaxed saunas to their patients.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Because there are five cancer clinics in the United States or more. There's probably a lot more health professionals who have a lot of cancer patients who recommend the Relax Sauna and sell them to their patients. Yeah, lyme disease.

Speaker 1:

So it's fascinating and I'm going to have to go off and read all about this, but if people, if listeners are really interested, can they buy them from you or from your website?

Speaker 2:

We have a website. It's relaxsaunascom. Relaxsaunas with an S dot com and the silver sauna and the black sauna. The silver sauna is a little less expensive. The black sauna is not necessary. Do you have people all over the world who see your podcasts?

Speaker 1:

Absolutely. I think we've been downloaded in something like 780 cities across the world which is quite phenomenal, isn't it really?

Speaker 2:

Now the sauna, the silver sauna, sells for $1,700 online. It's a $20,000 sauna, I like to say because it's worth therapeutically, because it gives you the exact frequency and the other saunas do not. You know, we've tested ours in four universities. We sent the relaxed sauna to Harvard MIT Science and Technology Lab and two other saunas. We came back the Relax sauna measured exactly 7 to 14 microns. The $1,300 portable sauna measured from 1.2 to 6 microns, only 8% far in. Fred Ray 55% near 37% mid far and fred ray 55 near 37 mid. The amazon sauna was 0.95 to 1.32 microns, 100 near. And they also told us that we had one twelfth emf of the of the uh expensive portable sauna, 180th of the other one, and that we were three and a half and four and a half times the penetration intensity of the other two saunas, which therapeutic value was three and a half to four and a half times more.

Speaker 2:

So, we like to say we're a $20,000 sauna, three times more powerful and therapeutic than any $8,000 high quality wood infrared sauna. But we're selling for seventeen hundred and twenty three hundred, yes, and the shipping in the united states is only fifty dollars. If we do ship to the uk, we do shoot dips to australia.

Speaker 2:

Unfortunately, after covid the price of shipping went from 200 to about 400 yeah, but you're still getting uh, you're still getting a wonderful tool to get you to be really, really healthy If you are an athlete. The Dodgers did a lot. Los Angeles Dodgers used the Relaxana the last three years. They just won the World Series. University of Georgia, all six of their teams, including their football team that won the national championship two years ago all the teams use the Relaxana. Many athletes use it, many individuals. They come home with pains like arthritis, sleep issues, anxiety issues, depression. They're all helped by Farnford Light. We have a book on our website called Infrared Illuminated and it has about 100 references of all the therapies, of all the research on Fire and Fred saunas, and the lady also has been using the Relax sauna for two years and swears by it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah so you know they're just, but anyway, the website is relaxsaunascom and if they go to the, if they decide they want to order a sauna, and they go to the checkout, if they put the code in price 100, okay, P-R-I-C-E 100, they'll get $100 off the cost of the Relax Sauna.

Speaker 1:

Yeah Well, thank you very much for giving the listeners that. That's fabulous, and thank you so much for coming out. I've been fascinated, yeah.

Speaker 2:

I wanted to mention one last thing, that we go to cancer conferences, lyme disease conference, autism conferences. We go to naturopathic doctor shows, chiropractors, functional medicine doctors, massage therapy, you name it. We've been to all those kinds of shows, nutritional therapy, fitness trainers, and it's very helpful for Lyme disease. We have a YouTube channel called and if you go in and go to YouTube and put in Relaxana testimonials, you'll find there's and then go to the Relaxana page. There's about a thousand video interviews of people who have gone to the Relaxana and I spontaneously get their three or five minute, wow. Or one minute, one minute. You know all my pain went away.

Speaker 2:

One guy had sciatica pain um six, seven, eight pain for six and a half weeks. He went in for 15 minutes, let himself sweat and came out and said I have no pain. He said if I was a multi-millionaire I'd buy these for every old age home in the country. Another, these vaccinating. They were injured by the COVID. They cried because they had feeling in their fingers and their legs for the first time in two and a half years. And if you were a fly on the wall listening to the comments, people would how they feel so centered, how they feel balanced, they feel uplifted, they walk out and they come back and say I can't believe how good I feel. I'm buying it.

Speaker 1:

That's fabulous, and it's really not something that I know much about, and, having listened to you, I will definitely go away and research it because it sounds fascinating.

Speaker 2:

So thank you for coming on it opens up a whole new world yeah you're into emotional healing and mental healing and we we've gone to emotional uh uh, freedom, what em eft yesique. We've gone to those conferences and those people who are sensitive to energies. One lady said her heart chakra opened. Another guy said that he could feel his mitochondria. He's got $6,000 machines that can't do what this does.

Speaker 2:

And instantly he felt it's in my hands, it's my feet, my chest, my brain and it's like emotionally, mentally. Those who do, you know massage therapists, say that it warms the fascia. They can do a massage in half the time after they go in for five, seven minutes, before Some doctors use it while doing IV therapy. Psychologists, if they put their patient in for five, seven minutes and they talk to them, their heart tumor open and they can hear. So this is like it's your cup of tea. It's like it will so many benefits, it'll be your.

Speaker 2:

if you're a Batman, it'll be your Robin.

Speaker 1:

Well, I'm fascinated. I'm definitely going to go away and research. I think it sounds amazing. So thank you for introducing us to that, because you're the first person that's talked about it. I have over sort of 120 episodes and we've not had anything about infrared, so thank you.

Speaker 2:

I've been doing this for 23 years now and it's the pinnacle of all the health products I've ever sold in my health food store. To get into the present moment, and when you activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the way the Relaxed Ana does, you get into this space where you're in the now, and I have a definition of pain I think you'll enjoy. You want to hear it. Yes, yes definitely it's the awareness of time.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Have you ever hurried? Have you ever worried? Have you ever waited? Those are very subtly but extremely painful activities emotionally, mentally, physically maybe not physically, but emotionally and mentally yeah and, and so the relaxed sauna, more so than any other sauna. It gets you into the present moment because we give you a hundred percent of this pure, loving light. That's the active ingredient. Like curcumin, is the active ingredient in turmeric and and saunas. They're only 20 to 50 percent max, and these portable saunas were only eight percent, zero percent yeah the far infrared light, that that, that it's really loving light.

Speaker 2:

I I talked to a doctor at a conference and I I said this what is this? I said it's loving light. He said, well, I'm a doctor, Can you explain it? And I spent five minutes explaining it and he came back the next day and said you know, the loving light description described it better.

Speaker 1:

Oh, I love the sound of it, definitely. I'm sure I really need to try it now, yeah.

Speaker 2:

We'll talk about that.

Speaker 1:

Loving light. That sounds amazing.

Speaker 2:

It's like, oh my God. It's like, you know, it's hard to believe. Remember, we talked about belief.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

When you experience the difference, you know you can feel the momentum. The whole energy level of your beingness is like on a different level. I know that you've tried three times to say goodbye, but here's this one last thing this one lady, she and her husband for seven years had had a wooden infrared sauna and they're great. I mean, I tell people, if you've got an $8,000 wooden sauna, this is an upgrade, because the wooden saunas a lot of times take 20, 50, 40 minutes to preheat and the relax sauna takes 20 to 40 seconds. You're out and done with an incredible sweat in 20 minutes. But this one lady, she came down to the booth at a mental health conference and she came in her bathing suit and she did a 30-minute sweat, went up to her hotel room, came back an hour later and said Phil, after eight to 10 minutes in the relaxed sauna I experienced the deepest, most profound sense of relaxation that I've ever experienced in my life.

Speaker 1:

Wow.

Speaker 2:

Wow.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, you have to. I think you have to experience it yourself, don't you really? You hear all these amazing reactions.

Speaker 2:

So many people come to the booth. Well, I have a wooden sauna. I said that's nice. This is not a sauna, this is an energy medicine device. Okay, and and if you you have you don't have to try it. If you try it, you'll see that it's very different. And I've got maybe a hundred of those testimonies on our YouTube channel are from people who said I've had wooden saunas. You know, I've had portable saunas. None of them feel like this, none of them. So it's the upgrade. Yeah, we even had an athlete I think he's a wide receiver for, you know, for one of the football teams, college football teams and he said I'm he's in the middle of his 18th, 20th minute says I've never, never experienced a sauna this good, never. And that's it's hard to communicate to people who spend $8,000 on a wooden sauna and they're so proud of it.

Speaker 2:

And then they go by the booth. But you know, one nutritional conference, four doctors with wooden saunas that they never use because they take too long to breed, all bought relaxed saunas from me excellent, right, thank you.

Speaker 1:

Thank you very much for um coming on, and if you've enjoyed listening to philip and I talk about um infrared saunas, then please like and share and I'll speak to you all soon.
