I'm an author, and of course, I'm a podcaster. And today we have a lovely new guest, Lindsay Goodwin. So welcome, Lindsay. Thank you so much for coming on the podcast.

Oh, it's lovely to have a new guest, a bit of new energy. Um so let me tell you what Lindsay is all about. She's a licensed holistic health and reproductive medicine expert, a born intuitive medium whose work bridges science and consciousness to help people heal, awaken, and step fully into their authenticity. But you are more than that as well, aren't you, Lindsay? Because I've been reading up about you. So you're also a herbalist, a hypnotherapist, you've got certificates in NLP, trauma healing, an intuitive medium, and a medical intuitive. So you sound as if you have, a bit like me, an absolute thirst for knowledge. It's like I want to know everything about all of this.

Yes, yes, absolutely. And I love that about you too, Natasha. I have to tell you, it's the universe. I often say to the universe, thank you so much for giving me so many different areas to focus on, so then we can confuse people. That people are saying, What the heck does this person do?

I know you struggle with that. What do you do? And I think, oh, I don't know, which what should I choose? Yeah. So let's talk about first of first and foremost about your near-death experience. Because you experienced a near-death experience, and when you came back, your intuitive, natural intuitive abilities had heightened, hadn't they?

SPEAKER_00: 4:32

Yes, yes, yes, absolutely. I was born into this world, you know, as a born intuitive medium. I did not know what that was. Um, and then later, after conversations with my mother, my mother and my grandmother both that we know of there could be others as well, um, have the abilities uh to communicate with energy. I do believe that everyone does to some degree. Um, but I see orbs and sparkles, and um, my mom is an intuitive medium, psychic medium, where she will actually see ghosts that will come to her and um spirits, and and so I thank goodness don't have that. Mine are more like thought forms that I get from spirit, um, but I do see a lot in my third eye where these energies of passed on relatives and loved ones will come through and deliver messages in my own unique ways, an intuitive medium. Um, but as a child, I knew things about people. I knew I could hear their thoughts and I knew what was going on. And as a I remember as far back as three years old, and the things that I knew, it was just crazy, the depth of what I could understand now, all through all my training and understanding of spirit and thinking back as a child that wow, how could a three-year-old understand that? Um, but then I had a spiritual awakening in 2017, and that was my near-death experience. And I was going through quite a life transition at that time, anyway. Um, but this experience happened and it was a robbery. And when I was robbed at gunpoint, um, I experienced an out-of-body experience where I met what I call God, as well as some spirit guides were there and some angels, and there was this gold light that was filling the entire room. It was in Chicago, Illinois, here in the United States. And um, it was a very dark day. It was December 4th of 2017, and it was it was not a typical cold December day. It was very warm, but it was very dark, almost like tornado-ish kind of weather could have happened. And this gold energy lit up the entire room as if it was full of sunshine outside. It was so crazy. And I now later, after talking with other clients and people I've met, other people have experienced this gold energy when they've had similar experiences. So I was levitating what it felt like out of my body and experiencing this like almost like in slow motion. And it's interesting because the energy was not only protecting me, but it was protecting the gunman so that he actually wouldn't get hurt either. And it was gang activity, it was gang related. Um, two very young boys that did it. Um, but after that experience, there was a lot of PTSD. Um, but I just had this knowing that everything was going to be okay. I call it alchemizing. I can alchemize anything. And after that experience, I just look at things as well, what's the upside of this? What can I use this for to enrich my experience and help others? And so that's how I see that experience. But then I started getting a lot of messages from spirit babies, and spirit babies are unborn souls uh from the spirit world, and so I help them find their parents, and they actually will come to me first, and then the parents will end up showing up. So there's a lot of things going on here. I don't just work with spirit babies, I work with other energies as well. Um, but it just was like a remembrance. It's like I say God, I feel like God was reminding me of what you're here for, and yeah, that it's time to wake up.

Yeah, and that's what I've done. Did the spirit babies work start after that then? Or was that something? Yeah, yeah. I find that fascinating. So do you actually perhaps not visually, but you can sense them in somebody's energy when you see them?

SPEAKER_00: 8:36

Yeah, and it's usually it's I call it psychic library. I have a psychic library and spirit's been priming me for many years, ever since that experience with numerology, astrology, tarot cards, um, colors, uh, different esoteric meanings, different meanings of things, so that uh spirit can communicate, including spirit babies, because spirit babies are spirit, can communicate with me to deliver a message to the person that I'm doing a reading for. Or it might not be that I'm doing a straight up reading. It could be one of my clients that I'm helping uh through one of my reproductive medicine programs, or maybe it's a client that I'm working with on entrepreneurship and helping them through getting over the imposter syndrome of moving into what they really want to do with their life being versus maybe being in a corporate environment that really isn't isn't feeding their soul and their purpose or just kind of doing it to collect paycheck. So um, but yeah, it's it's it's interesting. It's it's it's it's crazy how it communicates.

SPEAKER_02: 9:36

It's very cool stuff. Yeah, definitely. And and when you when you sense the spirit babies, do you feel that these souls are um that are coming through are um sort of evolving from our my generation? I think you're a lot younger than me, so no, that's different generations, but you know, the new generations that are coming through, are they are they different frequencies? Are they are they different? That's what I'm trying to say without sounding uh that's maybe not the right terminology, but are they more evolved? Are these subsequent generations going to be more and more involved evolved?

SPEAKER_00: 10:19

Absolutely, you're really onto something that is something that I have been shown um and that do often talk about, is that especially when people are really struggling with fertility obstacles. I'm not a huge fan of the word infertility. Um, so I say fertility obstacles. Um, because really it's just about figuring out what needs to happen before your baby can come into your physical reality. And so that's where it's nice to communicate with a spirit baby medium because it can really help you. And then also one that specializes in reproductive medicine. So I understand both sides, the physical and the emotional side, the energetic spiritual side. And so really figuring out what needs to happen. And it's not always just physical stuff, it's not just about your hormones. And that's one message that I get from the babies is that you got to work on your lower root chakra work, you know, you got to work on the trauma. Um, you got to get through this ancestral work because our generations were working on that. Whereas the newer generations that are coming in are much more in the upper chakras, so much more in the throat and the third eye and the crown chakra. Whereas our generations were here to work out the trauma of the lower sort of earthly sort of stuff. And so, as their parents, as their guardians, we have to understand that higher level of evolution of what they're coming in for the work that they're doing. And so I often let my clients know this. And this can be very calming for them because it takes the focus of, I'm doing so much wrong. Like, what's wrong with my body? I don't trust my body. And so we really work through this trauma and figuring out, you know, what's in the subconscious mind, what sort of patterns and traumas are you hanging on to that are keeping you in those lower chakras of feeling fearful or feeling like you can't move forward into the higher, uh, into the higher mind, I call it, which is where these babies are. They're more in the higher mind of spiritual sort of energy. We're all spiritual, no matter where we are, but you're gonna understand more the less stuff that's weighing you down. And it's not about escaping the lower chakras of the root chakra, the the sacral and the um solar plexus, the earth centers. It's not about that at all. It's about being comfortable in your body. And the only reason you could truly be comfortable in your body is if those chakras are balanced and you don't have stuff in the way from trauma and things that are running the human system. You want to be in charge of the avatar.

SPEAKER_01: 12:53

I guess the lower chakras are more of the avatar. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02: 12:57

So do the babies are those souls wait until the parents are sufficiently evolved? Or is it all part yeah, but is that part of the plan of the relationship between the two of them? Because presumably, maybe sometimes babies come in to teach the parents and help them clear that stuff, if that makes sense. So it's also sort of a a pre-plan.

SPEAKER_00: 13:25

Yes, yes, absolutely. And that's a question that people will often ask well, why in the heck does so-and-so that is shouldn't be having children is able to easily have children? Because everyone's journey is different. Yeah, yeah, definitely.

SPEAKER_02: 13:42

Um I'm a past life regression therapist, and during that training, we're always taught that um, you know, we have the choice, we choose which family we go to, we choose what our parents do and where in the world they live and what culture they are and what problems they have. And and is that do you find that when you speak to the spirit babies? It's their choice, they they come in for that plan.

SPEAKER_00: 15:05

Yeah, yeah, it's absolutely. And I always remind people that it's not just about you and your partner, it is also about they have their own agenda, just like you said, you know, it's it's about their parents and where they want to be born and astrology. You know, astrology is a huge part of this, as well as numerology, and we can talk about human design. And you know, it it's it it we all choose because there's different energies in the universe based on when the cosmos are in alignment with a certain particular way, um, that that actually will give you the energy that you need to complete the mission, I guess you could say. So, yeah, it it really is. There's so much that goes into this, and you know, I really think of our human experience as a simulation, it's almost as if like being human is actually being asleep. Yeah, you know, and you know this with being a yeah, with being a hypnot of the past life uh regression therapist, is is that when you're dreaming, that's you. That's really you, that's where the answers are. So walking around in this human experience, if you're not awake and have the awareness, then you're very much asleep. And think of how much of the world is asleep. So these children coming in now, they don't want this, you know, they're here for bigger stuff, they're here to wake humanity up and take humanity to the next level. Because I'm also a starseed, and I don't know how much you talk about that on your show, but um extraterrestrials are something that I'm very close to, and communicating with them as an energy channel, communicating with them through deep states of hypnosis that they have, you know, they've evolved past so much that humans have not quite yet.

SPEAKER_02: 17:01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00: 17:02

And it's not a judgment, it's not anyone's in a hierarchy or better. It's just that we're in different phases, different dimensions, different frequencies. But these children coming in now, many of them are starseeds. I'm a starseed. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02: 17:17

And they come in to they come in to learn lessons. I always believe that Earth is quite difficult. It's a difficult school, and they're coming in to help their own uh spiritual ascension, aren't they? You know, there's gonna be cut tough lessons, but this is quite difficult. And I always say to people, don't beat yourself up because this is actually hard. We're doing good. Yeah, you know, exactly.

SPEAKER_00: 17:47

Yeah, it's it's crazy, you know. And I tell people, don't pay attention to the news, don't, don't, don't, don't limit social media, yeah, unless it's stuff that's it's it's it's feeding your mind and your soul with with empowerment and how to move forward. And we have to be so careful too, because there's so much spiritual narcissism, too. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02: 18:10

Yeah, it's it's interesting you you talk about the news and things, because I think that becomes quite a drain. And um, I was interested in your um topic about spotting deceptive frequencies and how you can actually recognize the drains and the dist distractions and distortions that really pull you out of um alignment.

SPEAKER_01: 18:34

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02: 18:35

So can you tell us what what how people, how listeners would recognize that?

SPEAKER_00: 18:41

Yeah, absolutely. I think what we have to most pay attention to is people that are so focused on identities. I think that's the biggest thing. Because if you're so focused on identity, then you're still stuck in the ego. We don't want to escape the ego. The ego is very much a part of the human experience, but you want to have a 5D heart, you know, and what that really means is that you want to be in a place where everything is connected. You're constantly in a growth mindset, you're constantly moving forward, you're open, you're not judgmental. Um, and you'll find that people will fit the part, you know, they have the beautiful outfits, the great Instagram page, um, you know, all these certifications. They've got tons of singing bowls, they've got this whole identity going on. But like, what's really going on with the energy? And what I really pay attention to is when I'm around people, how does my body feel? How does my central nervous system feel? You know, am I getting a stomachache? Did I just feel drained? Am I getting a headache? Does something just kind of feel off about that person? Even though they have a ton of followers, you know, they've got all these certifications, they might have tons of books that they've authored. It doesn't matter to me. It's how my body feels. And there are many, many, many famous psychics that I can read and say, nope, that's not my person.

SPEAKER_02: 20:07

No, yeah, and I absolutely agree with you. If you come away from meeting somebody uh not feeling good about yourself, then that that person shouldn't be in your world, basically, should they? Yeah.

SPEAKER_00: 20:22

Yeah. I've had I've had psychics. It does not mean that just because, okay, let me say it this way: just because someone is psychic or an energy healer does not mean that they're energetically aligned. No, they could have wonderful gifts or abilities. I guess you could say I'm not a huge fan of the gift word because I think everyone's gifted at some degree, but could have these abilities, but not be energetically aligned. Okay. So I've had psychic mediums or psychics that have tried to intimidate me with things just because they could feel something in me that I hadn't quite figured out yet. And I could feel that something was off, but didn't really know what it was yet. But then after I evolved and grew more into myself, then spirit starts giving me more of well, you remember that situation? Remember when you felt that way? That's why you felt this way. You just weren't ready to understand it quite yet. So just listen to your intuition. It does not matter who likes them or, you know, I just and I'm not here to talk. I definitely am not trying to send the message that I'm judging anyone. It's just it's about awareness. And I talk so much about awareness because I want people to be careful because I've had to learn the hard way. Yeah.

SPEAKER_02: 21:45

Oh, it's it's essential to be energetically aware. That's that's part of us. So um, when people focus on the physical, they have to actually also physic focus on the energetic if you want the whole holistic health um pattern. What fascinates me about you, Lindsay, as well, is that you've got this real mix between science, as in you know, um medical and NLP and hypnotherapy, which of course are more scientific, and and then you've got obviously a strong um spiritual side as well. And it always fascinates me that you know I feel like more and more people are beginning to bridge that gap and those clear boundaries are really beginning to blur, which I think is so important. I think because at one time it was just really rigid, whereas now I feel like there's a real flow with people between the two. Have you found that when as you speak to people and meet people?

SPEAKER_00: 22:52

Yeah, absolutely. I think we're becoming much more open-minded and much more awake, you know. I call it awake awareness. Uh, just it's never that nothing has not been here. It's just that you're not gonna fit see it in your physical reality unless you have the awareness to have it open up to see it. It's like things are right in front of our face, but if we don't understand it, we're not gonna understand it, we're not gonna see it. So that's what's starting to happen is that people are opening up more as a collective. There's many of us that are becoming awake and online with the higher vibrational frequencies and the higher mind of our higher self. And so because of that, we're getting more downloads, we're connecting more with, well, I can still believe this, but I can also believe this. I don't necessarily have to have it be that, oh, well, if I'm a Christian, for example, I can't believe and communicating with people in the spirit, you know, like people are getting much more open-minded that I can still be Christian. I'm just using an example, I can still be Christian and believe in God and use that terminology, but I can still believe that my grandmother's a spirit guide of mine. What's wrong with that? You know, yeah. Um, and also one thing that I say to people often in the integration of science and spirit is that we have to remember that science was a thought to begin with, it came from spirit. It's just that someone proved it, so you know, I just always find that so funny. It's like, why would someone, you know, I only believe in science? Well, wait, where do you think science came from? Somebody was able to download something and then prove it.

SPEAKER_02: 24:37

Yeah, and actually, when you start reading about these um amazing people, like say Albert Einstein, his theory came to him in a dream. So, you know, there there is a lot of that, it's a lot of intuition or just like downloads for them that send them off on a particular path. So, yes, there is a massive connection, but it's lovely to see those boundaries sort of blur a little, which is great.

Um, just tell us about your podcast, Lindsay, because you've got a couple of podcasts, don't you?

SPEAKER_00: 25:12

I do. I do. I have one that's fertility focused, so it's fertile frequencies radio. Um, and so on there it's the integration of fertility, reproductive medicine with spirit babies. I just I I want to offer something that isn't is that there's not a lot of access to it quite yet. Um, that we have to understand that fertility is more than just your hormones and your BBT charting or your cycle tracking, okay, or time to intercourse. I mean, it's so much more than that. So I'm trying to send that message. And there's a lot of studies that have been done that the mind-body connection and how powerful it is and fertility success rate. So there is evidence out there on it. I'm just taking it a little bit further with adding in the spiritual stuff into it. So, um, so there's that. And then I also have intuitive mind lab radio. Um, and that is going to be more talking about what we're talking about, consciousness. I mean, we're talking about reproductive medicine and spirit babies too, but that podcast is more for everybody. So that's anyone that's interested in consciousness, the higher mind, uh, esoterics. I talk about AI. I'm really interested in AI and how that connects to the higher mind. I don't think all AI is bad. I know there's a lot of controversy on that, but I do believe things are what you put your intention and what your thoughts are on it. Yeah. Um, so I talk, I talk a lot about a lot of different topics manifestation, light being starseeds. Um, just want to get the word out.

Yeah, definitely. I love that. I love that. That's great. So um tell us about any courses you have going or how people can contact you if they want to contact you. And what do you offer people? Do you offer one-to-one sessions or I do.

I do. I'm got a lot of things in the pipeline. So there's a lot of courses and things that I'm getting ready to release this year. I also have a book I'm finishing, um, which is on spirit babies in their fertile mind. Um, so that will be coming out by the end of the year. Um, and I do work one-on-one. It all sounds fascinating. And before we started, Lindsay and I were talking about crystals because her background on her vit on uh behind her is full of beautiful crystals, and my house is full of crystals as well. And now I think that's something that people don't talk about enough. I don't think we use crystals properly. I don't think we tap into the energy correctly myself, but that's a whole different episode. No, I don't think we do, and I think it's like having a computer but not actually turning it on. So um that always fascinates me with crystals. I think we can there's so much more work to be done there.

SPEAKER_00: 28:26

Yeah, absolutely. There really is. And I'll just add this you know, I have a strong connection with the Arcturians, and they are the ones that told me to get all the crystals.

SPEAKER_01: 28:38

Oh, nice. So I have like tons, just like you, like they're everywhere, you know.

SPEAKER_00: 28:46

I have so many of them, I've given some away to people because I just you know want to share. But yeah, they're and they're always so different. There's never one crystal that's exactly the same, just like us.

SPEAKER_02: 28:57

Yeah, exactly. And the reason I love them so much is because the colors are so natur, you know, they are natural and yet they're stunning. So they come, they're like the DNA of the air, but they're just so clever how they how they are formed. My background's science, geology. So yeah, so I've always loved, absolutely loved how they come about. I think it's it's almost like a miracle, and yet there are so many of them.

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02: 29:30

So yeah, I like that. So they didn't tell you why to get loads of crystals, they just said to get them.

SPEAKER_00: 29:36

Well, they told me a couple of things. They also told me that never ever ever not have a piece of gold jewelry on your body. Oh. And crystals. Um, so the gold is protection. So I always have at least a ring on or something to protect me. Um, and then the crystals are the same thing. But when I was doing a lot of energy channeling with them, um, and I've taken a break, it got to be a little intense. Um, but I've been feeling more drawn to that recently. But I was having in deep states of hypnosis, I was going on their ships and they would show me these beautiful crystals. I mean, huge crystals. And actually, their ships run on crystals. So they use crystals to heal as well as use them for power. So there's so much I think about crystals that we don't quite understand in our reality, but there's other civilizations like the Arcturians that understand a lot more about the amazing, amazing elements that are on this earth. Yeah. That we don't quite get. They also told me to move to Denver, um, to Colorado because of the mountains, because there's energy in the mountains, yeah.
