What does it take for a hard-headed MIT engineer to become a full-time healer? For Brent Michael Phillips, it started with a brutal collapse: hundred-hour weeks, chronic pain that medicine couldn’t solve, and a surgery that left his right arm paralysed. Then came a single session with a healer named Terry, a loud pop at the elbow, and immediate movement. The miracle sparked a bigger mission—could this be reverse engineered into a clear, teachable method?

We dive into Brent’s decade-long quest to decode what gifted practitioners do, translating intuition, energy work, and meditative states into “consciousness technology” anyone can learn. Brent explains why the subconscious runs the show, how to test and rewrite deep code, and why many classic manifesting tools feel like riding a horse on a motorway: nostalgic, not efficient. He shares how ADT brings precision to healing and results, and how health outcomes shift when we add mind-level interventions alongside conventional care for chronic issues.

We also press into the data behind past-life memories, genetics as baseline software, and why you rarely need to chase metaphysical archives to change your life. The practical gold lands in micro-habits: send unconditional love for 30 seconds a day and clear your space at home, work, and in the car. Anchor them to your morning routine and let small, consistent moves compound into calmer rooms, clearer sessions, and better outcomes.

If you’ve craved a grounded bridge between science and spirit, this conversation brings a blueprint: testable tools, everyday practices, and a way to treat consciousness with the same respect we give electricity—useful, scalable, and ready to power real change. Subscribe, share with a friend who’s curious, and leave a review with the one habit you’ll try this week.

SPEAKER_01

Welcome everybody to another edition of Farm to the Fault Podcast. I'm your host, Natasha JoyCrife, and I'm a lawyer, I'm um energy leader, I'm an author, and of course I'm a podcaster. And today we've got um a returning guest. Always nice to see a guest returning. It's been a little while since we talked, but his name is Brent Michael Ferrett. So welcome, Brent. Thank you so much for coming back on the podcast.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, this is great. Excited to be here.

SPEAKER_01

So um Brent is a teacher of meditation and energy healer. He's a two times an Amazon best-selling author, and he is the creator of ADT Method, which is a way to experience spiritual awakening. Brent, you started, your background is in technology, isn't it? Nothing to do with energy healing.

SPEAKER_00

Nothing at all. Nope.

SPEAKER_01

So how is how did you transition from technology to energy healing?

SPEAKER_00

Well, it's kind of funny because had you told me 30 years ago that I'd be doing what I do now, I would have laughed you out of the room. It wasn't even a possibility, a remote possibility because my background is science, technology, engineering. You know, when I went to college, I ended up at MIT. And I know it sounds funny now, but that's where I discovered the internet. I got there in the late 80s and I was like, oh my gosh, there's this worldwide computer network that's just so cool, right?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So uh long story short, I made that the focus of my studies. I got my bachelor's degree from MIT, moved on to graduate school, got my master's degree, and I was working on my PhD when the internet boom hit. And I figured, hey, this is my gold rush. And so I left MIT to form first a website company with my lifelong best friend and business partner, and then a video game studio. And we had a lot of success with the website company at first. Uh, it's really funny to look back that the very first website I ever created in my life was the website for the launch of the Sony PlayStation in the summer of 1995.

SPEAKER_02

Wow.

Burnout, Chronic Pain, And Collapse

SPEAKER_00

So that was that was totally cool. But then we also started a company to make online games because it was my passion and vision. I wanted to take the internet and use it to create a brand new kind of game that didn't exist yet. Today we call them MMRPGs or mocks. So things like World of Warcraft. But back in the early to mid-90s, it was just a pipe dream. But I thought I could do it, and I did. The game was called Underlight, and it released the first public version in the January of 1997. We were years ahead of the market. But uh again, long story short, the reason the companies were successful is I was working myself to death behind the scenes. It was no joke, hundred-hour work weeks, week in and week out. No breaks, no holidays, no vacations, nothing like that. Just eat, sleep, work.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And after a couple years of this, my body started to break down. I started to have a lot of pain. And uh, you know, at first I went to doctors and I figured, well, heck, if you're if you have pain or you're sick, you go to the doctor, they give you something, you get better, right? This up to that point in my life, that's how it had always worked. But I started going to physical therapy and all this stuff, and uh I didn't get better, I got worse. And I spent a couple years in intensive physical therapy, and my ability to work just dropped. I went from 100 hours a week to 80 to 60 to 40 to 20 to about 10. Because I was in so much pain I could barely get beyond the keyboard at all. And in 1998, I finally got in to see the head doctor at the curling job clinic. And I was so excited because I'm like, wow, this guy's the expert. He'll know how to fix me, right? And I got in to see him, and he's there looking at my medical charts, and he just kind of looks at me and says, Well, I'm sorry, son, there's nothing I can do here. You're always going to be in pain and you'll never be able to work. And I was totally dumbfounded. I'm like, Are you kidding me? You're just giving up on me. And the last thing he said before I left his office, I kid you not, was, son, do you got somewhere you can go where they can help take care of you until you die? And I was in my 20s.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

Surgery Disaster And Rock Bottom

SPEAKER_00

And he he he recommended me for lifetime disability in my 20s. And that was devastating. And uh, it gets better because I figured when I told my best friend a business partner, he'd be all hanging there, Brent. We'll get through this together, we'll figure it out, right? Because that's how it had always been. Instead, he just said, Well, if you can't work like you used to, you have no place here. So I got fired from my positions at the companies I founded. He sold the website company for millions of dollars behind my back. And I found out later that he had been secretly dating the woman that I was in love with and seeing. So basically, my my the the my devastating injuries were a great excuse for him to just get rid of me. And that was a true dark night of the soul. I mean, I had lost my career. I had lost, you know, that game was my baby. I wanted to be successful with that more than I've ever wanted anything. I was in terrible chronic pain. I had been declared untreatable and incurable by the best doctors. And all I had to look forward to was a lifetime of pain living in my parents' basement trying to survive on disability. And it was a nightmare. And by the way, I also lost a multimillion dollar company, and I lost my lifelong best friend, and I lost the woman that I was in love with all at once. And uh, you know, to make a long story very short, I turned to positive thinking for a while, but that didn't help me. It just cost me money, right? Jump on the stage, power words, vision boards, mantras, fun for a while, but didn't do anything. Then I spent five years going deep into alternative medicine. I tried acupuncture and herbs and cleanses and diets and uh vibration machines and all this crazy stuff, magnets, you name it. And again, I didn't get better. I just kept getting worse, and no one could explain it. And in 2003, out of desperation, I signed up for a tr uh an experimental trial of a new surgery that a doctor thought could help me. And I was all over it. I'm like, oh my God, I'll do anything to get better, right? And long story short, when I woke up from the surgery, my right arm was paralyzed. It totally botched it. And I was very lucky. I was stuck like that for five months, and that was kind of my rock bottom. That uh when you only have one one hand to work with in life, it makes things really difficult. Yeah, it's not safe to drive a car. Uh I I I'll try challenge everyone, try to floss your teeth with one hand. Let me know how that goes. There's so many things you don't think about day to day. So that that that was my my personal rock bottom. And it was then I met this crazy healer lady. Her name was Terry. And she had some process involving the subconscious and theta brainwaves and energy healing. And, you know, I was like, whatever, you know, I had done like Reiki healing and pranic healing, and it didn't do anything for me. But she was a good friend of my Aunt Lauren. And so Lauren kept pestering me. Hey, Brent, have you seen Terry? Have you seen Terry? I'm like, no, Lauren, it's not gonna work. I've done energy healing, it's stupid, right? Eventually she bribed me. She paid for the session and offered to take me to dinner. I was like, all right, I'll go waste an hour, right, for a free dinner, no problem. So I went to see Terry. And I remember she was like, okay, dear, you know, don't worry about it. We we can take care of your arm. I'm like, yeah, sure. Right. I thought it was a bunch of a bunch of bull. And she talked to me about the power of the subconscious and explained to me muscle testing, which I had heard about but never done. And basically we spent an hour talking about our feelings. And she's doing this block clearing thing the whole time. And it was interesting, but I'm thinking, hey lady, I'm not here to talk about my feelings, right? I'm here because I'm in pain and I can't move my arm. That's why I'm here, right? What happened when I was five years old seemed irrelevant. That's again an engineer scientist, right? I saw no cause and effect. But at the end of the session, she was like, okay, we're going to do a healing on your arm now. And I'm like, yeah, whatever. We're almost done. I'm almost out of here, right? And I'm there looking out the window, thinking about what I want to get for lunch. And she kind of went into a trance for about 30 seconds, and it was the weirdest thing. There was this loud crack and pop out of my out of my elbow. And I remember uh I was surprised. I was like, whoa, what was that? Right. And she heard it and she opened her eyes and said, Okay, let's try your arm. And I did, and it was almost unbelievable. I could move my arm again, just like the surgery had never happened.

SPEAKER_02

Wow.

The Unexpected Healing With Terry

SPEAKER_00

So that was the miracle that turned this very skeptical scientist, engineer, technical type into someone that wanted to pursue the the path of being a healer and a mystic. And uh before we go further, I want to be honest with everybody. I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea. So it's important to know all my problems were not solved in an hour. That's usually not how this works. It took years of work for me to work through all my issues. But my paralyzed arm from the surgery instantly healed and never gave me trouble again. So it was, you know, it was truly a miracle. But again, it's not like I lived happily ever after. It was a lot more work to to to address the things that led me to have the surgery in the first place, right? The chronic pain, the in the the work injuries, depression, social anxiety, childhood trauma, on and on and on. But I was able to, and you know, starting uh um not long after, I opened a professional business, and that's what I've been doing ever since, you know, full-time for over 20 years now.

SPEAKER_01

That's amazing. Um, you almost needed that miraculous healing to sort of take you from this is ridiculous to a bright, you know, mindset of I want to work out what's happening here. I want to understand what's happening.

SPEAKER_00

That's exactly right. Because had it been a, you know, had I just gone to see a healer for my chronic pain and maybe it felt better, but maybe it didn't, that would have would not have changed my mindset.

SPEAKER_02

No.

SPEAKER_00

But this was something that happened right there when I was in front of her, right after she said, We're gonna heal your arm, right? And my arm went pop and I could move it. And I'm like, holy crap. So what I said was a little more R-rated, but we'll we'll keep it uh we'll keep it G-rated for the podcast.

Years Of Work And A New Path

SPEAKER_01

It's it's a very I had a very similar experience. I had a very strange experience in a Reiki session, my first ever Reiki session. And um I didn't have a health issue as such, but because it was so strange, it did exactly the same to me. I went to into like, well, I'm gonna understand what this is. I want to know where it comes from. I want to know what you can do with it, I want to know what it's made of. Why haven't I understood it? So, in a way, you use that scientific mind to do a complete 180 term, but then you are focused on understanding, basically, aren't you?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and that that's where I think I'm different from most healers and spiritual teachers. That uh the what what I found in my direct experience, there's a lot of amazing people out there that can do some pretty incredible things. There they really are.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

Reverse Engineering The Masters

SPEAKER_00

But here's the trouble. For almost all of them, it's sign some kind of gift or talent. They don't really know where it comes from or how it works. So they can't teach people to do it exactly the way they do it. It would be like uh imagine Shaquille O'Neal teaching a class on dunking a basketball. Well, when you're over seven feet tall, dunking is easy. You reach up, you throw the ball down, right? You you may not even have to jump. But that's not going to work for most people, is it? Because most people are not seven feet tall. And that was the trouble I ran into, is it just trying to learn it on the surface and replicate someone else's process didn't work very well for me. So what I ended up doing was simple. I s went on a journey and I reverse engineered the masters. And it's kind of funny that when I started it, I thought this will take me three months, maybe six. Ended up taking over 10 years. But I did it. It took a lot longer than I thought. It was a lot harder than I expected. But little by little, I started to figure out what they were doing, kind of what was happening under the hood behind the scenes. And really, that's what they taught me at MIT. You find something interesting, you take it apart and figure out how it works. But you don't stop there. You then put it together again and make it better. And that's been my goal is to learn from the masters, to learn all the most valuable things they have to teach. And to synthesize all of that, figure out how it's really working under the hood, and then build something that's even better. And that's where ADT comes from. Is my long journey to figure out what's really going on. What's actually happening in the mind and the body when someone experiences a miracle? Because let me tell you, what I found is pretty simple. Miracles are simply phenomena that we cannot fully explain with science and technology. They're not magic, though that may look like magic. They're not aliens from outer space or ancient artifacts from Egypt or something. It's all science and technology. Because after all, if you took your cell phone through a time machine and you went back in time just 50 years, they would think it was a miracle, wouldn't they? Imagine walking around in the 1970s with a modern smartphone. People wouldn't believe it. They'd think it was alien technology or the devil or you know, something unearthed from ancient Egypt powered by magic, right? Well, a smartphone is not magic, it's just advanced technology. And that's how I see energy healing, intuition, mind power, meditation, even spiritual ascension. It's all just technology.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

When you understand how it works, you can build technology to make life easier. And that's kind of my goal is I want to reach out to the people who may not have that crazy natural talent. You may not have been born a natural healer or an intuitive or some kind of enlightened master. But we all have consciousness, don't we? And I have found our consciousness is the greatest gift we humans have been given. But most of us have no idea what it is or how it works. And that's really sad because it's such an incredibly powerful thing if you know how to use it. And I think a a good analog would be electricity. That through most of human history, ancient humans were not stupid. They just didn't have modern science, right? So they would see a lightning bolt in a storm and they recognized it was some powerful phenomena. But they had no idea how it worked or how to harness it. But over centuries, millennia of progress, in the 19th century, we figured it out. People like Maxwell and Tesla and Edison, we figured out how electricity works. And more importantly, we turned it into technology. We developed electric lights. That alone changed the world. We've developed electric appliances. They wash our clothes, they they wash our dishes, right? They cook our food. Almost everything we use day-to-day runs on electricity, doesn't it?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

Consciousness As Technology

SPEAKER_00

It runs the internet, it runs your computer, it runs your smartphone. For a lot of us, it runs your car. And the point is, just a hundred, hundred and fifty years ago, that would have been unimaginable. It would have seemed like a miracle. But it's just technology. And consciousness is the same way. That where we are with consciousness is kind of where we were with electricity around the time of the Revolutionary War. We saw it, we recognized it, and we had a vague idea of how it worked, but not enough to build technology. That's where I come in. I've spent my life figuring out how consciousness works, showing you step by step, do this, do this, do this, and this happens. And that shows up as energy healing, working the subconscious, healing processes, intuition, manifesting and mind power, communicating with extradimensional beings, you name it. It's just consciousness technology.

SPEAKER_01

And this is something that you teach it is.

Teaching ADT And Modern Manifesting

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Absolutely. And the awakening dynamics techniques are really uh what I see as sort of state-of-the-art consciousness technology that will teach you how do you harness the power of your mind. How do you uh change your own subconscious code? How do you facilitate an instant healing? How do you magnetize something to bring it into your life, what we call manifesting. But my technology is much more precise and two generations past what you'll see in the secret, or think and grow rich. That to me, something like the secret, you know, vision boards, law of attraction, mantras, and all that, it's not wrong. It's just really old technology. How many people do you know that ride a horse to work every day? I don't know anybody, right? I know people that drive mostly, right? Yeah. Some people take a bus or public transit. Some people might walk or ride their bike. But there's no law that says you can't ride a horse to work. It just doesn't make sense because we have better technology now, right?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And that's how I see the secret. You know, it's like a classic car. Some people love classic cars and they collect them and restore them. And that's a great hobby, right? If it makes them happy, awesome. But most of us don't want to be driving around all day in a car built in 1935. You could. Again, it's not illegal, it's not immoral. It just doesn't make sense. And it's funny how we so many of us in our culture seem to think that when it comes to the spiritual, older is better. Everything else is the opposite. Most of us wouldn't caught be caught dead using a flip foam from 20 years ago. But yet we're still studying the same religious texts that were written thousands of years ago in a different language and a totally different culture, somehow expecting to gain enlightenment from it. And you know, some people do, but for most of us, it's just dumb.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Why are you using this old clunky technology? There's something so much better right here for you.

SPEAKER_01

So do you think over the next 150 years what we do, energy healing, all of that, is going to really come into its own?

SPEAKER_00

In a different format, I think it has to. Yeah. I think it almost has to. Right. Because if we don't, if we keep living and treating each other and the earth the way we have throughout most of history, it's going to be game over.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

We will hit a wall. I don't know exactly what it will be or when. I have theories, but just theories, right? And we look at all the problems in the world. We have overpopulated the earth. There's not enough fresh water. There's not enough energy. There's wars going on all over the place. There's crime, human trafficking, terrorism, violence, economic coercion, massive income inequality. We could go on and on with all the problems. And all it would take is one bad natural disaster or one man-made crisis could blow us all back to the Stone Age. That's why Einstein famously said, I don't know exactly what weapons World War III will be fought with, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I think that learning to harness our consciousness is going to be a key to evolving the world.

SPEAKER_01

And do you think it's also part of health, our health?

SPEAKER_00

Because I think it has to be.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I feel like it's a part that's missing from the majority.

SPEAKER_00

It is. That what I found was during my journey, uh, when I first had all the pain and injuries, all I knew was conventional medicine.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And conventional medicine is terrible at a lot of things. It's especially bad at dealing with chronic and lifestyle issues. They don't really have any treatment other than give you some dangerous, toxic, and expensive drug you have to take every day for the rest of your life. That doesn't actually solve the problem. It just pushes numbers around on a lab test. And so what I think is that there's absolutely a place for conventional medicine. So if you were in a car accident and broke your arm, don't call your healer, go to a doctor.

Health Systems And Conscious Healing

SPEAKER_02

Please, right?

SPEAKER_00

The doctor will set the bone, put it in a cast, and then once you've healed up a little bit, then call your healer. I can work with you, right? Um, alternative medicine is good for a lot of things. For example, a lot of people get relief from chronic pain through acupuncture. Many people have healed themselves through diet and nutrition. And I think that's going to be an important part of it. But I don't think those alone are gonna do the trick. We need the consciousness part. We need mass literacy and energy healing and intuition and manifesting.

SPEAKER_01

Do you think that we do not use our subconscious to its full extent?

SPEAKER_00

Not even close.

SPEAKER_01

No, a much small percentage of what we could utilizing.

SPEAKER_00

And and if the uh brain were a computer, that this has actually been modeled and figured out by scientists and doctors. The conscious mind processes between 20 and 40 bits of information per second. That's all it's capable of. Maybe a genius like Tesla or Einstein does 50 or 55. But that's not very much. The subconscious processes millions of bits of information per second. And so you'll see a lot of teachers say, well, the subconscious is 90% of it or 95% of it. Based on the data, it's 99.99999% of it. And that's crazy.

SPEAKER_01

It is, it is, because we could we could be amazing beings, couldn't we? All of it.

SPEAKER_00

And the subconscious is not the only tool we use, but it's one of the most powerful.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And a good chunk of what I teach is basically how to rewrite your own subconscious code. It's that simple.

SPEAKER_01

So can I ask you, because I am our slice regression therapist, the best thing that it do you believe in that? And do you think that you can access that via your subconscious?

SPEAKER_00

Well, I will say I believe in data and experiments and results. I do not believe in something just because I like the sound of it. And that's what sets me apart from a lot of new agers. Unless I see the data, if you show me that this works and delivers predictable results, I believe in it.

SPEAKER_02

You've got to prove it.

The Subconscious, Data, And Past Lives

SPEAKER_00

And so I believe in past lives because the data is irrefutable. There's been a vast amount of research on it, and all the data points overwhelmingly to the same conclusion. And it's this I'm going to be a little subtle here. There is absolutely 100% some mechanism by which past life memories affect us in this life. There is not hard data that says you're necessarily the exact same soul that experienced it. Maybe you are, maybe you aren't. I just want to speak to the data, right?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So absolutely, there is some mechanism within humans by which other people's lifetimes are stored within you and affect you. For sure. That we know for certain. Exactly how it works. I have theories we could argue all day, but we don't know. That's what I want to say.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And so is it a valid modality? For sure. Because some amount of the code in your subconscious comes from other lifetimes.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

That is that seems to be an irrefutable fact. And uh though I don't think it's the biggest contributor, I think the biggest contributor is genetics.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

That's most of it. Most of your subconscious code you were born with. It's in your DNA. In fact, Greg Braden wrote a book called The God Code on exactly that topic. He showed how DNA is essentially software. It's just a computer code. So a lot of what we're born with we just inherit from mom and dad. Why do you think children look like their parents? Duh. It's genetics, right? And when you're raised by the same people that gave you your DNA, you'll be even more like them because you get nature and nurture. But as every parent knows, there's a rogue element to each child, too. There are aspects of their personality, behaviors, likes and dislikes that are clearly not inherited from mom or dad. It comes from somewhere else. I would say some of that is past life memories. Some of that is what we might call a soul contract. In other words, we come here for a reason.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And you are coded in a way that facilitates you to achieve your sole purpose. So a simple one would be maybe your sole purpose is to overcome poverty and become wealthy. Well, if that's the case, you need to be born into a poor family, don't you? Yeah, to learn the rest and if your parents are billionaires, you will never have an opportunity to overcome poverty.

SPEAKER_02

No.

SPEAKER_00

It's nothing personal, it's just how the game works. So I would say, yeah, absolutely. Past life memories are real. And I have technology that you can drill down and find out exactly what these lives are and who you were and what it meant.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

At the same time, I would say you almost never have to go there because everything you need to know to heal yourself, to improve your life, shows up in your current life. The other the past life memories are a sort of interdimensional echo. That imagine if someone yells into a canyon. You'll hear them yell, you'll also hear the echo. You can make out the words either way, can't you?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So it's sort of like that. So if you like the past life stuff, it can be valuable. If you don't, it's not necessary. It's just an option.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It's one more way we can communicate with the divine.

Daily Energy Maintenance Routines

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Interesting. Really interesting. Thank you, Bert. It's always um, it's always good to listen to you talk. You talk in a very interesting way that I think most people can grasp. Thanks. So let me ask you one more question because something I often ask my guests. Um, what's one spiritual thing or one thing that you do um every day that helps you sort of stay centered and balanced?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I would say one thing that makes a difference is I clear my space every day. And that's one thing I teach my students is I tell them there's actually two things you should do every day. So I'm gonna give two because they're they're very close. One is to send unconditional love to yourself and anywhere or anyone you think needs it.

SPEAKER_02

That's right.

SPEAKER_00

Yourself, your family, your friends, trouble spots, totally up to you, right? We'll take you 30 seconds a day.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

I like to do it when I'm about to take a shower and waiting for the water to warm up. You know, it's called an NLP anchor, right?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

The other is I clear my space. That I encourage everyone, clear your space three places every day: your home, your office, and your car. That's where we spend most of our time.

SPEAKER_01

And how do you clear your space? Do you do it energetically?

SPEAKER_00

I do it energetically. There are many ways to do it. You can get sprays, you can use crystals. There's many ways to do it. I like to do it energetically because it's fast and it requires no material components and it's easy and almost free.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

You just learn it, then it's free for the rest of your life. So I will spend, you know, 30 seconds to a minute every day. I like to send love when I'm waiting for the shower to warm up. I like to clear my space when I'm brushing my teeth in the morning.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And it just does make a difference.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. And you can do these things without making anything new routine or having time.

SPEAKER_00

That's exactly right. Yeah. And I have a lot of clients who are doctors, acupuncturists, healers, bodyworkers, things like that. When they start clearing their space and sending love, they get better results.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It's that and they can't explain it.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And it's so beautiful because you don't have to change what you do, right? If you're a doctor, there is no insurance code for clearing space. But it can make a huge difference.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

Closing, Links, And Listener Support

SPEAKER_00

So you just do it invisibly behind the scenes and then continue to be a doctor, and you'll just get better results. So the the that's what I do. I call it energy maintenance.

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

It takes about a minute every day. And I think you'll love what happens if you do.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Lovely. Thank you, Gren. That's really um, really interesting. I do energy management, I call it, but very similar thing. And I'm a conviction of malad for exactly that reason. Sure. No extra time. And it just Exactly.

SPEAKER_00

That's important.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

That's that's what I call consciousness technology.

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Using the power of your mind to create a real effect in your life. That's what I'm all about.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Lovely.

SPEAKER_00

And it has to be fast and easy, or we won't do it, right?

SPEAKER_01

Exactly. So it won't become a habit then otherwise. Right.

SPEAKER_00

You'll do it for three weeks and then stop.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Yeah. Excellent. Well, thank you so much for coming out. I really enjoyed this conversation. Um so I will put all your details below the episode. And um, if people want to contact you, they can do. Can I put your website down there and everything? So thank you.
