Continuing Education Resources - Some Free and Easy, Some Expensive and More Complex
Last week’s episode covered the broad topic of continuing education for team members, but this week’s episode digs into a plethora of options. For those on a very tight budget, Bethany gives the option of starting a magazine or book club on your team. She recommends several specific books and lists off a number of good dental and business magazines. She also discusses getting involved with local study club chapters as a way of some very low-cost education and networking. Finally, she moves on to discuss conferences and seminars but does not stay within the dental field. She branches out to recommend things that might not cross the mind when considering education for a team. Although this will certainly not be an exhaustive list, have your pen and paper ready! You will want to take notes on this episode.
