Spring Mood And Mindset Shift

SPEAKER_00

We are on the line.

SPEAKER_01

It is definitely spring.

SPEAKER_00

It is spring.

SPEAKER_01

It's warmer. It's sunnier. The snow is melting. It's gonna rain. It makes me. I'm deeply engaged with the contrast. I'm loving it.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I I might even be judging it, but I probably shouldn't, but I'm still judging it as a really great.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah. So this morning we're thinking of going all woo-woo. Not that we aren't woo-woo. We talked about woo-woo the other day, but we're gonna go down that path.

Mission, Motivation, And Mind Training

Evidence, Doubt, And Cultural Programming

Why Personal Experiments Matter

Fears About Going Too Woo-Woo

Naming Channeling And Everyday Guidance

SPEAKER_01

We're going down the woo-woo. I was telling Hillary before we started when we were discussing the topic for the day, that it's, you know, it really is my motivation, I think, coupled with my fear. So my motivation is to reach as many people as possible. My motivation is to make a difference in everyone's lives. My motivation is to help people discover that the way they use their mind can change and that in doing it differently, using their mind differently, there's a whole world of peace and happiness waiting for us. You know, as I learn over the last 25 years how to use my mind differently and help others learn to use their mind differently. You know, my life just keeps getting better and better. Doesn't mean it's perfect. It's certainly life is an adventure and the adventure comes at you every day. But yeah, you handle the adventure differently, you see it differently. And that makes it a different experience instead of the same experience over and over and over. And I've been fascinated by this stuff for a couple of decades. And so, you know, I I it's not uncommon to find me lost on a deep dive into some psychological journal on the various aspects of you know MRI technology measuring the frontal lobe activity when you're engaged in playing ping pong or something. Like that's the kind of stuff I can find myself sort of lost in because I'm just fascinated learning about the way the the brain and the mind and the body all interact. And the more you know about it, the probably the better you can use those tools, I think. And I want to share that stuff. And I find that I'm living in a world where people are quick to doubt, and appropriately so, quick to doubt. I mean, there's I don't think it's I don't think it's wise to just accept information that comes at you. I used to think that information, that there was some goodwill out there trying to help us all live better lives. And I think I might even have been enjoying part of my life in a time when that had some truth to it, that we wanted people to have a better life, we wanted the world to be a better place, we wanted to progress. I think that the the powers of money making, I'll use that phrase, have really overcome that motivation. Anyway, so I I can understand why people are doubtful and they're resistant to things that aren't, you know, the phrase everybody uses now is evidence-based. My frustration with that is that evidence-based, you know, we collect the evidence that we're looking for. We don't collect evidence and then use it to inform our view of things. We we are out there finding evidence to confirm the views that we have, which is pretty much, you know, you should be afraid. The world's a scary place. You shouldn't trust each other, you shouldn't trust anything. And that's just a really great way to keep the world in the same place. It stays where it is, which is really where do you fit in in the money-making machine? And that's the that's sort of the the the goal of things. And we we bait you, we lead you by saying you too can be rich, you too can profit from the goings-on in the world, you too can invest in oil futures right now while there's a war in the Middle East. This is this is the thinking, I think, that gets in the way of us being who we really are. And I believe that when we examine the programs in our mind and we start to see where they come from, and we see what's possible in the human mind that's not being promoted, not being supported, that we have an obligation, a duty, uh, a desi, I have a desire to point that stuff out and help people live better lives and be calmer and happier and more peaceful, more loving, have better relationships, have a greater capacity to experience joy in the moment, because that's all there is. And so I do this work helping people love themselves and be aware of themselves. And in that process, I learn to love myself and I learn to be better at living for myself. And so it's a very, very symbiotic thing, and I love it very much. And as I said sometime last week, you know, people dismiss a lot of this stuff as woo-woo. And I don't want to be dismissed as woo-woo. I want to be, I want to use science where it's useful, but I also want to use experimentation in a very valuable way, which is try it for yourself. Right? Like, where is there a better experiment than for you to say for the next seven days, when I wake up, I'm going to say to myself, I am lovable, I am loved, I am loving. And you're gonna say that to yourself ten times. And you're gonna then get out of bed, and before you go to bed, you're gonna say it again ten times, and you're gonna do that for a week and just pay attention to the change because there'll be a change. I guarantee it. I've conducted this experiment enough times, right? And I've had my clients use this in similar experiments, and they've made huge changes just to the way they feel during the day. And you know what? That's a fantastic result, right? I don't need to change the world if I can simply make myself more peaceful and more joyful. That's a worthwhile thing, and that's an experiment, and that's an experiment you can engage in yourself. And we have hundreds of those. My point being is I'm not suggesting that you take everything we say as somehow truth. I believe you should engage the thought and experiment for yourself. And if I can offer you an experiment that makes your life better, then I feel like I did something good today. With all of that said, I get really resistant to getting too woo-woo in our podcast because I get afraid that people will walk away, that they will say, Oh, they're just, they're just weirdos saying goofy stuff. And we're, you know, like the world's got lots of those. I don't know that it needs more of those. And that's sort of the way I react to it. But what I said last week, I really mean. You know, Hillary talks about, she wants to talk about things like life between lives and channeling and that stuff. And I do it too. I mean, I take my clients there. My clients get taught how to channel, my clients get taught life between lives. I seldom have a client that doesn't end up having an experience with the life between lives. For me, this stuff is not, this is not woo-woo. This is the way it actually works. And if you use your mind, you can actually discover who you really are. If you use your mind well, you can break the matrix. You can break free of the programming that holds you down and keeps you from being who you are. And I really believe in that. And I want to share that with as many people as possible. And what I don't want to do is get all woo-woo and chase them away. And so today, Hillary said to me, you know, uh let's talk about channeling. And I went immediately into my defense of, oh God, let's not do the woo-woo and chase people away. But of course, you know, Hillary says that because I'm deeply engaged right now in a process of channeling. I've filled four books with stuff that I'm channeling. I believe more clearly than ever before that every single one of us, whether we think so or not, are channeling. It's happening already. You think it's you. It's not. That's okay. Nobody's looking for credit. Everybody's looking to just live the best life possible. So I immediately turned to my guides and said, is this a good topic? And they jumped right in and they filled me with a great big love bomb. And yeah, I guess maybe my resistance to what is best, my my thought of here's the best way to conduct the podcast is just plain wrong, at least today. And so that's the conversation we had and more. And Hillary's there smiling at me. I think there's a lot of value in us just being honest with ourselves and honest with you guys too. So we're gonna talk about channeling.

SPEAKER_00

Channeling.

SPEAKER_01

Channeling. We're gonna get fully engaged in that which lacks scientific studies.

Workshop Invitation And Simple Techniques

SPEAKER_00

And I don't think, just on a little note here, I don't think it's wrong, like what you said, you know, you're wrong or anything like that. I think we are just, I mean, if you go to our community, I said to Leslie More when we started, we go, if you don't know about us and you were to go to the community and see the about page or see and see inside the community, you are going to experience or at least see everything from the mind to the soul to the body to talking to yourselves like the magic school bus. You know, like we we do deep dives into all this stuff. So that's that's who we are. That's who we are. And I don't think I certainly personally can't I can't get away. I'll never try to get away from this side of things, the spiritual side of things. That's just who I am. And I'm I'm I think my mind works best in that way, even though I a lot of times I don't trust it. Channeling, I should say. But I think we come to the table with different ways of explaining things and different strengths from what we've done in the past. You're very good at science, you're very good at bringing knowledge through in a very easy to understand way. And and I think I'm pretty good at uh answering questions at least about spirit and channeling, maybe and life between lives and past life regression. Yeah. So that's where we're going today. So tomorrow, just on that note, tomorrow we're holding, I'm holding uh a channeling, excuse me, a channeling workshop in the infinite mind community. So check that out if you're in the community. Maybe you want to join us. We're just gonna learn simple techniques. It's nothing big, just simple, simple, very simple techniques to start to listen to our guides and listen to our higher self and maybe bring some messages through. So yeah, I was trying to think before starting this, like what would be a question for people, you know, in the chat, people listening to us. And I don't know. The only question I could really think of was have you ever thought about channeling? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe a better word would be or a better sentence would be, have you ever thought of connecting to something bigger than you?

What Is Channeling Really

SPEAKER_01

Well, YouTube is covered with this stuff, right? YouTube has all kinds of people out there channeling, and they're channeling all kinds of things, all manner of intelligences. And I have certainly watched some channels and had some doubts. And I've certainly watched some channels and been completely engaged and convinced of the the power and truth of what was coming through. You know, if you've if you haven't thought about this before, if this is like a brand new concept to you, Google is really worthwhile. There's a lot of stuff, a lot of stuff. There's a lot of really, I'm gonna say, really helpful beings that have the ability to communicate through that this thing you might call the veil, the the thing that separates us from a higher mind. And, you know, I want to say right off the bat that I went through a period of time in my life where I truly believed that I didn't have guides, that I was like the only person on earth who didn't have guides, that I was the only one whose guides weren't talking to him. They were leaving me on my own, they were hanging me out to dry, that I was, you know, completely incapable of this thing. That, you know, we use the word channeling. I might like better the word listening. But you know, and and I was completely jealous of Hillary's abilities and constantly trying to get her to use them, constantly trying to get her to use them for me.

SPEAKER_00

Constantly trying to It was like hot seat more time.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, like no, Hillary. I don't want to know what you think. I want to hear from your guides. And and which and the truth is is that that was nicer than it sounds, though.

SPEAKER_03

Jesus.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_01

You were constantly trying to I just I I I was resistant to the idea of its truth. I res I was resistant, completely convinced that it had that there was it was not a skill I could ever have. Completely convinced that it was not being even offered to me. And and very resistant that, you know, there's some people out there, they're just making stuff up, you know, they're just you know, they they they say they're channeling, but they're not. And I suppose that might be true, right? But where I am now is that why channeling is important is not because you're going to write the world's greatest channel book or because Jesus is going to come through to you. It's important because it's part of who you are, it's part of how you live here. Every one of us has a team that's helping us get through this really hard experience. And you will benefit from having your ability to listen to your guide for you. You don't got to worry about the rest of the world. You don't got to worry about every other person. You don't got to go out there and share messages and put yourself out there on the edge. If you can learn to listen to the guidance that you are offered and turn to it, for me, it's very conversational. And turn to it like a conversation and say, I would like your help right now. And I'll just finish it by saying that if you're gonna ask for help, if you're gonna ask for information, it's my opinion now that that is the safest source. You are better to ask your guides than you are to look at the news or go to Google or ask Chat GPT. You are better off to go to your guides than going to your best friend. You are better off to collect your information from listening to that team that was established when you decided to come and have this experience.

Trust, Discernment, And Loving Guidance

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. So I mean, through that, you could probably pick out what we're talking about, but I think it's important and it's in the chat. What is channeling? What is it? I think it is developing a conversation or developing a connection to your guides. Some people develop it with archetypes from the past, some people develop it with councils out in the universe, but it is then receiving information from them through things like spoken word, written word, sometimes muscle testing, lots of different ways. And it's and I want to loosely say developing connection because you're already connected. You're already connected, and it's it's mostly about trust. Yes, you know.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, yeah. The more you trust, the more you will trust.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

If I was to answer the question, as I thought Hillary did a fantastic job, then I would simplify my answer just because Hillary's already covered the basis. Channeling is being aware that you're not alone.

SPEAKER_00

And I think it can change depending on where you are in life. I think right now, you know, last year I was channeling, channeling, channeling, and then I guess I got away from it. And now I'm sort of moving back towards it because I'm inspired by less. It's funny how we've traded places. But now in this part of my life, I'm I'm feeling alone and like there's nobody there. But I know that there is. So now I'm, you know, the the workshop tomorrow is not only for the people that come to it and the people that will listen to it in the future, but it's it's for me too. There's a good question here. When you are channeling, is your mind under another control? Am I conscious of what's happening? Your mind is not under control from anybody, anything. It's almost like, yeah, it's almost like you're just having a conversation with energy around you. The energy of the universe, the energy of again. Sometimes you're gonna see if you if you go out there looking for channeling people, they usually name who they're channeling. And again, that might be an archetype from the past, it could be angels, it could be a council, galactic federation, I've heard. So it could be just your guides that are helping you through this life, but it doesn't always involve trying to think how to split this here.

SPEAKER_01

Trans channeling.

SPEAKER_00

Trans channeling. Thank you. Yeah. It doesn't always involve trans channeling. There are trans channels out there that you know. I think about the what can you can you finish this sentence for me? The Delphi, Delphi, the channel of Delphi. No, I don't remember. You don't know. Okay. I might be getting that wrong. But anyway, very famous from very, very, very, very long ago. A trans channel. But there are trans channels out there that it will seem that they have changed. Maybe their expression has changed, maybe their voice has changed, and it will seem that they're under another being's control. And just to finish on that note, and less can add to it, is it's not like they haven't given permission. I want to make that point clear. The trans channels that I've seen, it's not like suddenly you are possessed. It is giving over a permission for that voice of your higher self or whoever you've made connection with to come through.

Trance Channels And Famous Examples

SPEAKER_01

I have this thing I say in hypnosis to all my clients. I say, tears mean truth. So don't misunderstand tears. And what happens to me when they come upon me and they they share with me. I get really emotional when I talk about it. I can be really calm when I'm just sitting writing it down, but I get really emotional when when I talk about it. And I wouldn't even call that an emotion as much as just a very uh filling a sense of love. I I joke with Hillary, I say they're love bombing me. And it and it's wonderful, but just makes it hard to communicate. Yeah, I would I would be analytical about this and say that there's a whole spectrum of experience when it comes to channeling, and that there are those who have made the plan in their life to be available to teams of intelligence that want to assist those of us who are open to it in understanding our life. My opinion, this is Les's opinion, feel free to ignore it, is that this world is is at a critical place. And these friends, these beings, have arranged to send essentially somebody who will receive their message and share it. And that person comes into this world and they they do trance channeling. They will allow themselves to go into a trance and they will essentially hand over their willing consciousness, their their willing thought stream. They will hand it over. And those those there's many of those channels, like many, many, many. And there are some that I particularly enjoy listening to because their message resonates well with me and where I am and what I'm doing. There are huge conferences. If you're new to this, like there are, you know, you know, do a Google or do a do an AI question and ask who are the biggest, most popular trans channels in the world today or in the history of the world? Most people have heard of Edgar Casey. Most people have heard of Jane Roberts and the Seth materials. Most people have heard of Esther Hicks and the Abraham materials.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah, they would be trans channels, right?

SPEAKER_01

Some people have heard of what's his name? Daryl Anka?

SPEAKER_00

Daryl Anka, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And and he channels Bashar. And I'm not I'm not dissing anybody by saying the list goes on and I'm not going to try to fill in the list. There is, what's her name, Langdon?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I was just going to mention her name.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, go ahead. You talk.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Just for a moment. What really got me into it a couple years ago was reading, I think I I listened to it in the car. It's called You Are a Channel by Sarah Landon.

SPEAKER_01

Sarah Landon, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And she's she's just really down-to-earth. I really like her. It's such a great book. And really a book for a beginner, very much for a beginner. And she helps you get started and just feel confident in all ways.

You’ve Been Channeling All Along

Practical Ways To Practice Listening

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, I want to just say this. You know, I believe that these trance channels, they offer us incredible stuff. And they're able to quickly go into a trance. You know, my my favorites right now are Paul Selig and Daryl Anka and Sarah Landon and Tina Louise Spaulding. And they're able to just sort of shift their own self out of the way and allow the stream to flow through them. And I think that's what essentially they mean by trans channeling. What happens then is we look at that and we think, oh my God, that's a skill, that's a unique person, that's a rare soul, that's a gifted soul. Or we might think that they're nuts. But the point is is that the point is that we look at them as separate and different, and we lose the ability to say, I have always had ideas come to me. I have always had fortuity where I just looked in a direction and something good resulted from that, where I just followed my instincts a little bit and things worked out well, right? You know, maybe you you're looking for a particular piece of clothing and you say, Oh, let's check out that store. And then you have no idea why you came up with that store, but you came up with that store and you went in there and there was the perfect thing. And then you yeah, you you think, oh, look what I did, right? I just had an inspiration. And that is channel. It is not, it is not some big thing that's for special people who are meant to change the world. It is, in fact, part of the way you live. And you can discover that. You can discover that by opening yourself to it and spending some time with it. And that's where I think, you know, Hillary's seminar tomorrow is going to be really valuable to those people who are open to the idea. And I'm gonna say this like it's a fact because it's what I believe. You've been channeling all your life, you just weren't aware that there was a whole team there helping you get through this world. And when things got really dicey or really tense, and you had an inspir inspired idea, an inspirational idea to do something, say something, be something, that's them. That's them. And that's just a sign that you're already integrated with them. And it's not a matter of learning how to let some foreign being take over your body. No, it's about learning how to be open to the team that you are. And and and I want to say that that way because I think, and this is just, you know, I am compelled to say this today, it is for everyone. We have been taught, like I was taught, that if it isn't evil or awful, it's for special people. And so we resist it. Some of us believe, oh my God, that's the devil, right? And some of us believe that, you know, it's for the special gifted people who are maybe a little bit crazy. We have, we've been taught to dismiss it. We have been taught to not believe in it. We have been taught that it is scientifically impossible. That's just your brain. And science is advancing. There's so much science today that says that your skull and your brain are receivers, they're antennas, they're transducers. They are not a centralized processing unit. And the advanced psychologists are all headed in that direction. The advanced, the advanced physicists are all deep into quantum physics, right? Our world is starting to really understand this, but there are a lot of forces that don't want you listening. There are a lot of forces that would prefer that you just do what you're told, that you sit down and shut up and you try to fit in. Yeah. And so I think that there are a lot of ideas and programming in our world, especially as a hypnotist, that suggest for a multitude of reasons you shouldn't engage in this. And there is tons and tons of evidence in your own life every day that inspiration is real, that sometimes you're inspired to do or say or think things that are like weird. Weird. Like, how did I come up with that? Right. So I I wanna, I wanna say there's a whole spectrum of this from the people who are con have made a life contract to do this, to those of us who are just living our lives and are aware that we get inspired. But it is for everybody. It is part of how we were meant to live. It was part of how we were meant to understand ourselves. And that's why I think of you know, Sarah Landon's book that I also read as just a beautiful gift to people. Like everybody is channeling, whether they think so or not.

Fear, Openness, And Building Confidence

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And that channeling, just from not these people that are trans channeling or those people that we see as special on that note, you know, I think everybody, just like Sarah Landon says, like everybody can channel. You're already channeling, like Les is saying as well. And like in the workshop tomorrow, we'll be listening to our inspiration. There's a question I'm gonna get to in the chat here because I think it's very important. It's probably the biggest, biggest question I get I get, at least in hypnosis. So that's done. You know, we're gonna practice it through using some Oracle or tarot cards. We're gonna practice it with some muscle testing. We're gonna practice it with written, not so much automatic writing, but just written. Automatic writing, we can we can talk about that another day. There's a there's another automatic writing is more just letting your pen sit on the on sit on the paper and just hoping and maybe it'll move and create words. But no, that's this isn't automatic writing, it's more inspired written word. And so we're just gonna go through little tiny bits of that and maybe bring through things. I I hosted this live, like in person maybe a year and a half ago at our clinic. And it was probably the most favorite workshop that I held at the clinic. But everyone realized by the end of it that they were inspired to channel, that they did have knowledge come through. And sometimes that knowledge is really, really basic. And sometimes there's a little nugget of, oh, I wouldn't have said that, right? Like I I've never thought of that before. And so to get to the question, how do I know it's not just my own mind's ramblings? How do I know I'm not just making it up or how do I know it's inspired?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, so I'll just jump in because I've had this conversation with my guide.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, go ahead.

Audience Encouragement And Next Steps

SPEAKER_01

So for me, it's an experience with my guides that can be an expanded group sometimes. There's always two. There's sometimes three, and there's sometimes more. They sometimes make themselves apparent to me in imagery in my mind, and they sometimes just fire information at me. And for the longest time, I mean, for the first two months of me experiencing this, that is the question I asked over and over and over and over. How do I know this isn't just me? Isn't just my imagination, isn't just my just creation, my ego saying, look at me, right? Because that's what I was afraid of. I was afraid that I would think that my goofy thoughts were somehow inspired and that I would hurt somebody by sharing, or that I would do something stupid by acting on that inspiration. And I felt really scared of it at first because I really didn't trust, which is the word they use at me over and over and over and over and over. When they give me a message and I don't write it down, I suddenly hear the word trust. Because sometimes they tell me things I don't understand at first. And so it gets really conversational because I just say, What the hell does that mean? And they give me an answer until I say, I think I get it. And then they'll they'll confirm, yeah, you get it. I don't know how they know, but they'll say, Yeah, you get it. A couple of things. First thing is your your guides, whatever you're channeling, if it's to be listened to, because I I can't say that it that there aren't malevolent forces out there. What I can say is your guides, whoever you're channeling, will never be judgmental, they will never be angry, they will never say anything to you that isn't supportive and loving and open. They will never tell you what to do, they don't do that, they'll encourage you to do what you want to do, they'll encourage you to do what you think you should do sometimes, they'll never tell you what to do. So it is a loving, not non-judgmental, non-critical voice. And anything that isn't that probably should be ignored. And it's probably, and I'm saying this for myself, right? This is less talking about less. That's when I know it's me. When it starts to get critical or it starts to get angry or it starts to get judgy, right? That's when I know it's just me. Because I can do that stuff, but they don't. So how do you know it's them? I'm gonna give you the answer they just gave me. Who cares? Is it good? Is it helpful? Is it loving? Embrace it. If it guides you, embrace it. Who cares if it's you or them? Once they said to me, I said, I said they were talking to me and I said, This just sounds like me. And they immediately said, We are you. And it kind of shook me, right? Like they've always been me. It has always been we. So that is the easy way to decipher it. And if whatever comes to you in inspiration is loving and caring and encouraging and supportive, and it's not judgmental or negative or critical or angry, then just go with it. Conduct your own experiment. Just go with it because it's not gonna hurt you. Yeah, the more you trust it, the more it will be there.

Yeah. And I I think when we begin channeling, I noticed with my channeling, which I uh I don't like using should, but I I feel compelled and inspired to start it back up again. But it's interesting how in the very beginning it can feel like, oh yeah, well, I can think positive things and I can put them on paper, and it feels like this isn't real, and I'm just, you know, writing nice happy things. Oh, thank you. In the chat, I've missed your channeled messages. Yeah, I gotta get back at them. But it it was interesting how as I as I kept on channeling, because it was tried to make it a habit of doing it at least, I think, once a week for a while there. And it's almost like the information, the way it came through changed a little bit. It's almost like I was that connection was getting deeper and and maybe it was just my own trust building to write what was coming through. And it was all writing for humanity, you know, it wasn't for a specific person. However, I do believe that whoever is reading a channeled message or listening to a channeled message is meant to for some reason, right? It's not every single person listening to it in the world. It's specific people. And even though I was channeling for humanity at large, I do think that the people that were reading it were receiving something for themselves, maybe, right? Maybe it was there was something that they were going through that resonated in that sense. So yeah, I think when you're channeling, as like Les said, as long as it's loving and caring and positive in in many, you know, in all ways. And they're not saying you should or you should do this or you need to do this or go do this. They don't talk like that. It's very loving. There's no negativity to it.

SPEAKER_01

They will never attempt to take the choice away from you.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

That's not their role. Their role is to support you in your choices, their role is to prompt you to consider things you might not have been considering, to be aware of things that you might not be aware of. But the actual moment of choice is left to you.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Which is why, for most people, they've spent their whole lives receiving assistance and they're not even aware.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And they'll let you think whatever you want to think. You know, I'll say that my guides let me think I was all alone as I was just so darned hard about it. And they would give me experiences in my sleep that sort of made me wonder what the hell was that? And then that got me more open-minded. And then, yeah, Sarah Landon's book, I decided to sit down and try it. And it kind of spooked me, so I put it away for a while. And, you know, I just got to a place where I was feeling, yeah, I was feeling inspired to listen. No, it was, I guess it was maybe a year ago.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

When I started. Now it's every day. Now it doesn't feel like a good day if I haven't sat and just talked with them. And and sometimes conversations are long and sometimes they're short. And sometimes they tell me things that I have a hard time grasping. But it's all for my own edification. And it's all in direct response to my questions. They don't. Yeah, even to the point that today my my automatic resistance to should we do a podcast on channeling was oh God, we're gonna just, we're gonna sound so woo-woo, and everybody's gonna leave us, and we'll have nobody listening to our podcast anymore because we sound like a couple of hippies. And and immediately in my mind, there was just this idea. I wonder if it would actually increase your listenership. And that that, I don't know if that was me or them or us or whatever, but it was an idea and it paused me. And I thought, should I be open to this? And I felt warm. And then I wrote down what I always write down when I start channeling. I just simply write, I'm getting worked up again. Please be with me, I write. And they always answer with, We love you. And that happened like so fast today. So I thought, okay, take a deep breath, lesson, dive in. This is this is gonna be good for you. So here we are talking about channeling, and we haven't even we haven't even cracked the surface of it yet.

SPEAKER_00

In the chat, we've got what's wrong with hippies?

SPEAKER_01

Nothing's wrong with hippies. Nothing's wrong with hippies. No, we all aspire to be one, really.

SPEAKER_00

I know, deep down, yeah. Deeper dive tomorrow.

SPEAKER_01

You know me. I always got lots to say. Who knows? It might even come from that instead.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Something keeps tapping my mind before we wrap up here, and we can we can also maybe chop this off if you don't want to if you don't feel comfortable answering it. You mentioned earlier, and I I I think why this is coming to my mind is I feel like maybe others might experience this and maybe you have the answer for them. You mentioned earlier that when you started channeling, you felt a little scared, like you scared of what was coming out. What was that that you were scared of? Do you remember? Or do you feel okay saying again we can edit it?

SPEAKER_01

I believe that whenever the limits of our perception of reality are stretched, we are programmed to have a fearful reaction to that.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And early on, I was being told things I didn't understand. I was being told things that I could not dismiss as my imagination. My imagination isn't that good. It's getting better. The point is, is that what was showing up in my mind was unusual. And I was aware that it was being offered to me. And so after years and years and years of telling myself I'm all alone and I don't have guides and I could never channel, and I was open to the idea that I could. And I think, and I'm getting worked up again, I think this is only beginning for me, and that scares me. I think that I'm starting to receive information that needs to be shared. And I have, I think, a really strong program of sharing information. It's what I do, it's what I love, it's what I'm good at. But just like at the beginning of this podcast, I want us to not sound like we're all whacked out weirdos. I don't want to sound like somebody who hasn't done his homework. I don't want to sound like somebody who's not qualified to talk about what he's talking about. And that's part of the reason why my curiosity about the mind is so huge. And I'm constantly trying to know more about how the mind works. And I want to be really helpful to people, but not, you know, be someone who's out of his league. And so this is a program inside me to be verifiable, to be truthful, to be factual, to be scientific. That's a program inside me. And so there's a resistance to all things that aren't, or more importantly, a desire to find the science that supports the things that to some people don't seem to be scientific. And I yeah, I just feel like this is opening a path for me that is intimidating.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. In the chat, thankful for asking. Okay. I've been I've been working on my fear around channeling, they say. So they're they're glad that you answered that. I agree with your guides. Trust. You both are offering info and methods for the people who need it. Your people are coming to you. It's funny, just on a side note, our biggest podcast. Now, when I say biggest, it's the one with the most listens, is our Life Between Lives podcast.

SPEAKER_01

Like the most woo-woo so far. Maybe our listeners are already well woo-wooed and I'm being resistant. I think.

SPEAKER_00

But anyway, yeah, it's uh definitely a topic that can be expanded on, and we will. And if anyone is interested in joining the workshop tomorrow, just click the link below. It's in the$10 a month plan. And yeah, Pike is wanting your attention.

SPEAKER_01

Yep, she knows that I'm worked up, so she's coming here being my support doc.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, thanks. I'll be there in the chat. I'll be there. Wonderful. Did you want to end on any note?

SPEAKER_01

Nope.

SPEAKER_00

Nope. Absolutely. Looking forward to tomorrow. All right. Well, thanks for hanging out, and we will see you later.
