The Mayvin team has grown substantially over the last couple of years and includes a mix of OD practitioners and those that are not from an OD background but specialise in other areas such as Operations, Marketing and Business Development.
At the beginning of 2021, we decided to run a development programme for the newest members of the Mayvin team, who are all non-OD practitioners.
The aim of the programme was to assist with their personal practice development and to encourage relationships across the team.
