EP 022 - Spiritual Healing Mama aka Victoria Whiffen

I had the honor of chatting with Victoria, the woman behind Spiritual Healing mama and Mykel + Violet.

Victoria is a mama of 4, currently living in Costa Rica while building the Mykel + Violet brand and  Spiritual Healing Mama community to help others connect with the mind, body and soul.

Her  journey started when she learned to heal child sexual abuse traumas and her body from PCOS. She knew she was able to balance her hormones with food and exercises.

And after having her second child, her curiosity peaked and she really started looking into ingredients. It was after her son had a reaction at his 6 month doctors appointment that changed everything....

Victoria launched Mykel + Violet after realizing how important it was to know where we were getting our products.
