When you stop, pause and invite silence, you are nourishing your mind, body, and soul.  You are gifting yourself with the time and space to rest your active body and still your busy mind.  Inviting silence, intentionally breathing, and resting in spacious awareness, allows the body and mind to cultivate a refreshing flow of energy and generate a new internal rhythm.  A new piece of music is composed and a new dance is ignited. As you have heard, “it is the pause between the notes that makes the music”.   Learn how to sit in silent meditation and create the music and dance that fills your soul.
