Show Notes

In this episode I interview my friend and colleague, Sabrina Rogers LMHC all about Emotional Eating.  Sabrina is the host of The Emotional Eating Therapist podcast, so I thought who better to come chat with us about emotional eating  and coping with our emotions, as part of this series of Intuitive Eating Principles.  In this interview, Sabrina de-bunks the bad rap  that Diet Culture has given Emotional Eating, and gives Moms  practical ways of eating mindfully, with her 3 S's tips, and suggests a new way of looking at emotional eating that takes away the guilt and shame often associated with it.
To learn if you're an emotional eater, take Sabrina's quiz.
