Have you ever questioned if your spiritual journey might be confined by invisible walls of dogma and tradition? What if the most profound truths await beyond the boundaries of what you've been told is "acceptable" spirituality?

Throughout this episode, I explore the subtle yet powerful ways religious programming limits our spiritual growth and awakening. The matrix system thrives when we stay distracted from our divine connection, creating artificial divisions between Eastern and Western wisdom, between "acceptable" and "forbidden" spiritual practices. I share my personal experience with Lori Ladd's spiritual evolution and how it demonstrates that God isn't confined to our human categories—divine wisdom flows through countless channels when we remain receptive.

One of the most revolutionary practices for spiritual growth requires no special knowledge or techniques—simply sitting in silence for 5-10 minutes daily. This seemingly simple act becomes a radical form of resistance against matrix programming that constantly pulls us away from our center. As Sarah Young beautifully expresses, these moments of stillness give us "a tiny glimpse of what awaits in heaven" while clearing away what Eastern wisdom calls "obfuscations"—the intentional barriers to understanding placed in our path.

The journey of awakening involves developing what I call the "observer self"—that part of us that can witness our triggers, patterns, and programming without becoming entangled in them. Through practices like journaling and meditation, we begin to forge our consciousness into something stronger, more resilient against the constant pull of matrix distractions. We're approaching a significant collective consciousness shift as more individuals awaken to their true nature beyond programming.

Whatever stage of awakening you find yourself in today, remember that your journey contributes to the liberation of all humanity. Take a moment to honor your courage in navigating these transformative times, and know that divine guidance is always available when you create space to receive it. Ready to break free from limiting beliefs and discover the expansive truth of who you really are? Listen now and join our community of awakening souls.

As we go deeper in to self-inquiry and begin to understand the roots of our unwanted feelings, confronting our fears, we'll discover that our anxiety is a denial of the burdens that we've been carrying because we haven't been able to face them. So, gently, start looking and begin recognizing that you are not your thoughts, but the one who observes. The thought is our opening quote today by Sheree Prambaba, and I want to welcome you back to Free to Just Be the podcast empowering humanity to courageously step out of old patterns and matrix programs and give a big old hug to new ways of being. And I hope this finds you in the greatest health, with vibrant energy today, because you have chosen to accept the full responsibility for your body, mind and soul. Here we're going to try to inspire each other to truly be who we came here to be, which starts with authenticity, transparency and being brutally honest with ourselves, which ushers in freedom and the alignment with our highest potentials. So won't you join me, teresa Marie, the traveling ambassador of Chi, on this transformative journey to rewrite our narratives and live lives of purpose and passion? And I do welcome you so much on this glorious Thursday.

Speaker 1:

The week is almost over and today I want to talk about this incredible journey of awakening that you and I are on and I just I love the flowers of the day from Sheree Prem Baba. He is a very deep guru and I have learned to go inside and ponder a lot of his thoughts, thoughts, and you know, god will bring to the forefront whatever it is that we need to help us with that awakening. And I want you to be very careful to not get caught up in that religiosity program that is so prevalent today that says do this, don't do that. This is scriptural. This isn't Only read this material, don't touch that material, for I am here to tell you that God will use anything and anybody for your good, for your highest good, even the negative, even the dark, even sin itself. He can turn around and utilize it for our growth process. And we get caught up with oh, we can't look at an Eastern world book talking about the Tao, for example, or something that comes out of India or China. Oh, this is going to go against the Word of God. Well, he is the Word and all things are made through Him, all things. And if you think for a second that he can't use a guru or he can't use a, oh, let me see something else that gets Christians riled up. He can't use, for example, a personal altar space. Oh, buddy, I remember when I was living with my son and they were getting ready to sell their home and for about three weeks we had people coming and the realtor would let us know when somebody was going to come and scope out our house or my son's house and we would exit and in 45 minutes to an hour we'd go back home.

Speaker 1:

Well, I remember one specific day where a couple came to look at the house and when we returned, the realtor was laughing and saying oh, they didn't like the house because of that room your mom is staying in. And my son and daughter-in-law said what, what are you talking about? Well, she has an altar. And they they thought, oh, we can't live here. This is evil. There's there's witchcraft or you know something not right here with this altar. Now I just want to tell you and I've done episodes about this I've posted on Facebook pictures of my quote, unquoteunquote personal remembrance altar and everything that I have on that altar signifies a physical picture of some blessing that God brought into my life.

Speaker 1:

I have treasures that my grandbabies made. I have trinkets from different events, that type of thing. But people that are caught in the religious programming would say, oh, we can't ever, ever have an altar, that's unbiblical. Well, I'm here to tell you that altars are not unbiblical, all right, and they have been created for centuries. So open yourself up. You know, I know it's not an open your mind Monday, but if you close the door to the ways that the Holy Spirit is trying to flow in your life, if you interrupt that flow trying to flow in your life, if you interrupt that flow, you might miss that lesson, you might miss the blessing that was there for you, because you have God in that proverbial box and that is all part of this awakening journey.

Speaker 1:

So I was pondering as I was doing my moving meditation today, and meditation is very, very important to help us open our eyes and see God better. It's very, very important to grow strong in the light of his presence, as Sarah Young in Jesus Calling said today in today's devotional reading. You know she continues to say that as his face shines upon you, you receive nutrients that enhance your growth in grace, because we were designed to meet with God. Now imagine how intricate and how subtle and how insidious the matrix has become with doing what, distracting us from that very thing? So if we were designed to commune with God face to face, and that strengthens us, don't you think that is the exact thing that the matrix merry-go-round is going to attack and try to keep us from? Always, always, always. Because such communal opportunities like that, when we sit and we breathe and oh, I think of Lori Ladd saying I just challenge you Now this I have to remind you that this is a woman who, say, a year ago, I had to stop listening to because she kept identifying the creator, god.

Speaker 1:

You know, she used to call him, you want to call him the universe, the spirit, the energy. And I finally one day said I can't listen to you anymore, sister Lori. You've taught me so many things but, girlfriend, it's God. It's God, lori, and I'm praying that you have an encounter with Jesus. And, lo and behold, she is lit up like the proverbial Christmas tree.

Speaker 1:

And what does she keep? As her anti-God people would say, she keeps spewing about Jesus. She keeps spewing about God. I wish she would stop. I wish she'd go back to the way she used to teach about the ascension journey and, as she will tell you herself, she can never go back because she has found the truth, the way, which is the Tao. T-a-o, which is, oh my gosh, eastern, is the Sanskrit word for the way, and God's followers back in the day were called the way. How about that?

Speaker 1:

And so the matrix has done an excellent job. They're very good at what they do. They keep us away from the truth. They keep us fighting and dividing and saying, no, it's this version of the Bible, or it's these books, or it's these preachers or these teachers, when, as I open with God, will use anything and anybody because he loves us that much and all of us are on this journey that much, and all of us are on this journey and there are different stages of it.

Speaker 1:

And one of the best things that we can do is to do what Lori Ladd suggests. She said I challenge you to just sit or lay down quietly for five or 10 minutes a day and just call Jesus in, just ask Jesus to come and be with you, and if you start doing that on a daily basis, I guarantee you that you not only will sense and feel the presence of God, the Holy Spirit, you will absolutely begin to fall in love with those five or ten minutes in your day. It will bring you back to your center, your love and light. It will calm you, it will fill you, it'll fuel you, and that is the last thing the matrix wants you to do is grow strong in the light of God's presence, because when we sit quiet like that it does as Sarah Young said in today's reading give us a tiny glimpse of what awaits you in heaven. So if you're just beginning this journey, well, if you've already, you know, found free to just be, I'm sure that you are far down the path of being free.

Speaker 1:

But there are different stages. For example, I am coming out of a stage of the void, and we've talked about this in the last couple of days, about, you know, kind of being in between a rut of my past and a rut of my future self. Now, rut is maybe not the best word. It's a pathway, it's a neural, plasty pathway, if I've pronounced that correctly, you scientists out there. But there are tracks in our brain that have developed because of the way we were thinking. So, if we have stinking thinking, if we're constantly negative, if we're constantly abusing ourselves with our words, speaking death over ourselves, we have those ruts. Those habits, those spinning thoughts are there constantly because we have made a deep path of repetitive motion with those words. But now, as we begin the climb of ascension and we learn how to sit and be quiet, we start to clear out that stuff.

Speaker 1:

And it's just so cool, like in 365 Tao, the daily meditation book by Den Meng Tao. Today he talks about altars. In fact, today's reading is called Altar and I just want to share with you because it's so indicative of this ascension journey that we're on, because it is a battle, it is an uphill climb, it is one challenge, inch by inch. Everything's a cinch. It is one step up to fall three steps back. It is beautiful and glorious, and daunting and fearful, and every emotion that a human being can have is what we have been gifted with. We don't consider it a gift when we're in the dark night of a soul, when we're in a tunnel, when we're in that void.

Speaker 1:

And each day, as we grow stronger and stronger on this ascension journey and we become closer and closer to our highest self and the purpose that we were called to come on this planet for, we have to literally, as this devotion book says, forge our body daily into steel and fold in bright strands of consciousness. And then he talks about the altar piling up ripe fruit and fragrant flowers, lighting red candles and incense, serving tea, rice and wine, anointing with aromatic oils, offering our heart and our bones. And this is the best part, because the altar is my anvil, the sun and moon, the coals and discipline, the hammer, my lungs, the bellows. You see the fire in most of us by the time we get to be grown-ass adults it's pretty dim, unless you are privileged to somehow miss any kind of matrix program, which I dare say that there's probably not a soul on the planet, except angelic beings that have not been tainted by the matrix. And we need to learn that.

Speaker 1:

True spiritual cultivation, as this book shares, begins with the premise that, well, what Therese Marie, the ambassador of Chia, has been saying for almost four years now, that we already have pure spirits and oh, I love this word, you know I'm a wordy one and she continues, or he continues, and says the only need, since we already have pure spirits, is to clear away. Here's the word ready. I bet you've never heard of it because I had to look it up and I'm a wordy person. We need to clear away obfuscations, o-b-f-u-s-c-a-t-i-o-n-s, o-b-f-u-s-c-a-t-i-o-n-s, observations. And what is that? It's, oh, it's the matrix way, the act of making something what Intentionally difficult to understand, often for security or privacy.

Speaker 1:

Oh yes, they securely want to keep the truth private from us. They want to intentionally make it difficult to discover. And I'm here to remind us all today, in the collective of Humanityville, that just sitting for five or ten minutes a day in meditation can help clear away those misunderstandings, the cloudiness that the matrix constantly tries to bring into our world. Because, oh my goodness, they don't want us to see the light, they don't want us to be strong as steel, they want us to be so stayed on their programming, they want us to be so dependent on their narrative, on their programming, that we have no time to get back in line with who we are, and who we are is love and light. So we begin down the path, something wakes us up, we take that red pill and if you're lucky, maybe you have found the teachings of those like Lori Ladd or Phil Good or Michael Del Rocca or somebody Eckhart Tolle, louise Hay there's so, so, so, so many people out there that have talked about the awakening. Dwayne Dyer Even.

Speaker 1:

You know, years ago it was Joni Erikson Atada, who you know, is paralyzed from the neck down and still to this day, is used by God to speak truth into our lives. So hopefully, you have found somebody in the early stages of your awakening journey and you began to observe yourself. You began to look really closely at the things you do and don't do, the things that light you up, the things that cause you anxiety. Do the things that light you up, the things that cause you anxiety and, if you would like, you know, some days you wake up and you're just not feeling it. You're covered up with your old self. So that is a perfect day to go and sit before your remembrance altar. That's what I use my altar for to remind myself of the goodness of God, to remind myself of that particular moment, years and years ago, when Ayla, my granddaughter, made the talking stick for me that I still have, and she made it when she was seven or eight. She's 20 years old now. Now, how can you tell me that something so pure and so encouraging, as that is something that we should veer away from. Be very mindful of what voices you're listening to.

Speaker 1:

And as you sit before an altar of remembrance, or you sit before the word of God or you sit before your journals, you begin to unpack the you who's hidden inside. You begin to see your patterns. Oh, my goodness, since I was as young as I can remember, I can remember being in grammar school and having my first locking diary. Well, a diary is nothing more than a journal, and it's taken me 50 plus years to understand the value of looking back at your journals. You know, once a year we should pull out one of those journals, at least once a year I'm beginning to do it once every yin cycle the cycle where we go within Yang cycle is the active cycle do, do, do. We're getting things done.

Speaker 1:

And then you have six to eight weeks of the opposite, where we're introspective, we're pondering what our next move is. We're getting geared up for the next movement stage in our life, right. And if you look back at your journals, you discover all these patterns and you start to see where you're programmed. And maybe the next stage is then you go into the observer stage and you're beginning to notice your little, cool little avatar, the mini you that looks just like you and is about six inches tall and kind of hangs out outside your body, within your own emotional bubble of love and light which everybody has around them and you start listening. And when you get triggered, when you have that knee-jerk reaction of anger or sadness or depression or anxiety, you start hearing the voice of that higher self avatar saying oh, what are you doing now? Oh, you're spinning out in this particular area. Well, let's pause and look at this. Are you reacting to that person or is it something deeper? And so it goes.

Speaker 1:

We begin to develop more and more awareness, and awareness is the biggest dirty word of the matrix. The matrix wants us to forever live with the colored lenses of their narrative, not only across our eyes but our ears. Everything, everything needs to be covered up because if we get a hold of the truth, they're in big trouble. Well, in closing today, I want to remind you that the matrix is in big trouble because we are getting closer and closer to that hundredth monkey concept which, of course, says when enough people have awakened, then the entire collective will have a huge paradigm shift. And we are so close to that shift, people.

Speaker 1:

So give yourself a big old hug today. Give yourself a big old hug today and remember that what you do with today matters, which is what Cindy Trim taught us in today's August 28th devotion in commanding your morning, and I, just I love the beautiful lessons that we learned from each other and I want to close with her powerful declaration and prayer for us to enter this Thursday with grace, with nerves of steel and with the recognition that, wherever we are on this ascension journey, he's got us. He's got us. So I close with this Father, I do not take today for granted. Download fresh vision and purpose into my spirit today, so that I might take advantage of every opportunity you bring my way. Thank you that I have a fresh anointing for the day ahead that is uncontaminated and uncompromised. By this anointing, every yoke is broken off my life and every burden is lifted. Woohoo, because your yoke is easy and your burden is light, and I declare that a new cycle of power and victory in my life begins.

Speaker 1:

Right now I break free from the cares of yesterday and I will not take on any worries about tomorrow, for you have given me grace that is sufficient for each day in and of itself. Your mercies are new every morning and you clothe me with newness of purpose as I wait upon you, humanity, wait upon God. He's the one that gives us our marching orders, he's the one that guides and directs our path to the next ascension level. And, wherever you're at, hug yourself and remind yourself just how courageous you are to live on planet earth at such an incredible shifting time of awareness and consciousness. And as you pray for yourself and your own families, pray for the collective body of Christ in Humanityville. For the collective body of Christ in Humanityville, because whatever you go through, I go through, and whatever I go through, you go through, Because we are all one and God guides us all. So I love you so much and hope that today you will be filled with peace.
