And I so appreciate you giving me some of your valuable time, and I hope that I can bring some value into your world today. And today we are closing out our 12 episode series on authenticity, where I took the word authenticity and made it an acrostic, and we wrote it vertically on our paper, and we are on day 12. We're on letter Y. And what have we learned about authenticity as we deepened our study of what it was about? Well, the A, we talked about appreciating our divinity. U was for unlocking our inner child. T was for trusting our inner voice. H, we help humanity by honoring ourselves. E is for experience. Oh baby, we have lots of experiences on this ascension journey, don't we? N is for natural states. T was for truthful trends. I was for imagination. Imagine that. C was for a connection with our self, nature, and God. I was for identity. And our last episode was on transparency. And today we are going to talk about you. The why in authenticity is for you, baby. Because guess what? You're it. You are completely it. Nobody else but you is in charge of your ascension journey. Nobody else but you. And get ready, because we're gonna dive in to you. And why is it so important to talk about how very important you and I are to this journey? Well, first off, our spiritual awakening, our ascension journey, is the most essential thing in anyone's life. And it it truly is, our sole purpose of being here is to awaken and shine, baby shine. So I hope that we all choose the role of active, curious, and inventive learners rather than being uh reluctant idlers. Because you see, you have the choice of which one you're gonna do. You can be the ostrich with your head in the sand, and by the way, when your head is in the sand, your butt is up, so be be forewarned that you can really get hurt like that. Okay, you've really left yourself opened, right? Or you can be somebody that resurrects Inquisition and begin to make steps to move away those veils of unconsciousness and awaken. Mancha says the sole concern of learning is to seek one's original heart. That is truly working out of the self-created prison that we find ourselves in. We can't blame anyone for falling prey to the Matrix programming. We can't blame anyone for choosing to let our childhood traumas mess up our day and mess up our lives. We are the ones responsible for healing ourselves. Nobody else can do that for us. Not even God. I mean, God is our healer, and God wants us to heal, but he gave us the capacity and the will, the free will, I might add. And so he waits in the sidelines because he is a gentleman, and Mother Earth is a beautiful helper on along this process. But neither one of them is gonna rush in and say, Oh, here you go, baby. Let's just take you from your lower self, your imprisoned self, your program self, and let's just snatch you out of it and put you up here, way up on the top rung of the ladder, so that you are now within your higher self. No. The first choice we have to make is awakening to the fact that we have been lied to, right? And then recognizing that there is a pathway, and then opening your eyes to see that there's a stair step, and then recognizing that you're gonna go up one and down two, and up three and down four, and on and on, and recognizing that this is a journey, it's not a destination. We we don't know where we're gonna end up, and yet we continue on, and we continue to identify and acknowledge and decide if we want these same programs or if we want to heal and delete them and become brand new people because our higher self, the shiny, beautiful, pure energy that we are, is waiting at the top of that stairway. And dare I say, he or she is saying, Come on, you can do it, you can do it. But that all is a choice, and nobody else is gonna make it but you. So I hope you're beginning to understand how valuable you are in this ascension process, and that's why I open with that Metallica lyric: forever trust in who you are because nothing else matters. Now I know that that song was written for a woman. He was talking about this relationship he was in, but it so aptly applies to the ascension journey as well. So Plato also said, All learning is in the learner, not the teacher. I apologize, I didn't put do not disturb on, which I'll do right now. Um so again, even Plato is telling us what the teacher is not the most important? No. A teacher can teach all day long, but if there's no one invested in learning, that person's not gonna learn a dang thing. So again, it's all us. Buddha says no one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must work the path. Now, Christians are up in arms right now. What? You you're not the one that saves you. Well, I am so sorry, but 42 years ago, I asked Jesus Christ into my life. I admitted I was a sinner, and I admitted that I really needed him in my life, and I wanted him to come into my world. And baby, when I was 24 years old, I take it back, so it's just been it'll be 41 years uh this year. Um, but when I was 24, I knew that I was a mess up, and I knew that I needed God in my life. That was the moment that I asked for salvation. But Christians forget the other scripture about working out your salvation. That's just the beginning. That is literally just the beginning. It is our job to move all the veils of unconsciousness. And first we have to become conscious of who we are. That's called self-consciousness. And that's when we heal ourselves from the childhood traumas. That's when we recognize all the programs that we set up to survive. That's when we recognize that we don't have to be in survival mode, that we can rest and become the highest self, who we were, the spark of God when we came in utero onto this planet. We were pure and we were whole, and then we allowed the world to rush in. Thank you, Adam and Eve, in the Garden of Eden. And it is up to us to work out our salvation from the inside out. So this ascension journey is an inside job, and we must walk the path. That's how important you are to this journey. And I want to use a Wookiee Foot song called You're It to just bring this concept home to us because it's a beautiful depiction of this ascension journey that we are on. And the lyrics go like this: by the water's edge. So here we are, we are embarking on this journey, and the current is running swift. She sat down for a minute trying to catch her breath. Because you see, this ascension journey will take your breath away, and that's what she was feeling. And she said, Why am I so alone? Why are we all so alone? Well, that's what the Matrix does. It divides us, it separates us, and it causes us to have amnesia of the true fact that we are all one, right? And then the next verse says, the floods came and divided us long ago. Nobody knew how to swim, stranded on islands of their own. And this is what the Matrix feels like. It feels like we're the only one struggling. It feels like we are stranded in our situations, right? But what does she do? She said, I will no longer cling to the shore of isolation anymore. And that is the frustration that we all feel before we sign on, before we take that red pill, before we recognize that, wait a minute, is this it? Is this life? Surely this isn't it, right? So that frustration builds and builds. And so she finally decides that she doesn't want to cling to this life that doesn't feel like living. So what does she do? She jumps on into the current, which is the ascension journey. And now she's pulled and twisted and knocked on the rocks and flipped and lifted. Does this sound like the ascension journey to you? Pulled and twisted, you're pulled in the direction of your matrix programming. The TV calls out at you, your computer calls out at you, your old way of coping calls out to you, right? But the pull of being your true self, and you're pulled and twisted, and then you get knocked over because you try to be yourself, and the people that you love don't like the way you are. And you're lifted up at one moment, and then you're knocked down. Rolling through the rapids, you feel like you're drowning. Your head is pounding, lights surrounding. Now, think about this. Just like I explained to you in my bonus episode today about the Koinky Dinks. I was so frustrated again. You know, you think you start on this journey and you get so far, and you think you have arrived, and then there's another piece of it, another aspect of you that wants to emerge. And there's the battle again, and that's where I was, my head pounding, and then light surrounds you, and you have an answer. And then when the answers come in, what does Wookiee foot say? Starting to float, starting to float, drifting with the current, learning not to control. Oh, then there's those moments where you realize I just need to let go of the control seat. I need to get in the kayak and just go with the flow of the energy. And I've talked so many times about how I thought I was so brave being, you know, uh, I always go against the current. How ridiculous was that? But that was my controller. I thought I was supposed to get out of the out of the kayak and move the rocks. And then we begin to learn that we're not supposed to control things, right? And that's when we float. And the chorus is the best part. The chorus says, There's no way out, but there's a way in. There's nowhere out, but there's a way inside, because that's where the awakening journey begins. You start on the inside and work your way back out, right? And then uh the next verse says, with the source of her homeland drifting out of sight. So the further you walk on the ascension path, your old ways of being begin to fade. She had never seen the constellations burning so bright. New islands coming up over the horizon. Fine. And they're surprisingly not frightening anymore. So, in other words, the further you get on this journey, you realize that deleting ways of being that no longer serve you are it's not scary anymore. And things get brighter and brighter when you delete the things that dim that light. And now when new islands or destinations come up, like here I am, and for weeks I was depressed because I thought I was going backwards. I don't want to go back to Amazon. That's that's digressing. But no, the light surrounded me and reminded me, no, it's just another pathway to get to where you're going. So, what does the song continue to say? You know, surprisingly and not frightening, because now my heart and mind are filled with excitement, and spirit is rising, spirit is rising. The mountaintop experience, right? And then we know that a crash will come, and then a mountain will come, and then a crash will come, and the destination just keeps opening up. We don't know where it's going to lead, but there's closing and there's opening, and there's closing and there's opening. And she continues, or Wookiefoot continues, and the verse says, All of the people rush down to the shore, and they say, Who is this child who's not afraid anymore? Oh, please come and teach us, come and save us and free us from all that enslaves us. Show us how you learn to do this, please. Please, oh Master, help us through this. And that's what begins to happen on our ascension journey. At first, we're trying to tell everybody, you're lost, you need to take this red pill, you need to join me on this ascension. Nobody wants to hear that. Because you have to figure that out. You have to decide that you want to go on the ascension journey, you have to decide that you're lost, right? But yet, when all this stuff starts changing in your life as you ascend, as you discover peace in the midst of turmoil, as you become quieter and quieter in the midst of family events, for example. I tell you, it's been eerie the last couple of weeks to drive with my husband, and we're just in silence. And it's eerie because we used to always have coping mechanisms. I'd be trying to feed him and he'd be trying to take my energy, and then we'd reverse and on and on it would go. And there were lots of words in between that, right? And now we can just sit and be quiet. And it's kind of eerie to us, but it's also really peaceful, and we like it. Well, the people in your world begin to see that there's a difference, and so they're saying, What's what's different with you? You know, and and when I was uh new in my Christian walk, that would be called, it's time to evangelize, it's time to tell everybody about your new life in Christ. Well, I I believe that when you're asked, you do that. But I also believe, and I've learned this the hard way, that I don't shove anything down anybody's throat. But what happens when they say, Well, you know, come and save us. We want to be loosed from this enslavement, you know, teach us. But what does the next verse say? You know, they're saying, you know, we want you to do this for us. And she said, the next verse says, Oh, she just smiled and she said, My friends, I'm not the savior, and I would not try to pretend that this is some kind of miracle, but I do know where to begin. And how do you begin? You take it back to the very beginning when she was frustrated and isolated, and she finally decided, I don't want to be isolated anymore. And she said, I know where you can all begin. You just got to jump in. You just got to jump in. You need to do it. I can't push you in. I can't jump in and save you. You have to jump in and you have to go through the same bumps, the same rocks, you have to fall like I did, because what? And then the chorus comes in. Because there's no way out, but there's a way in. There's no way out, folks, but there is a way in. And I love these last two lines. And sometimes you will find yourself adrift, and sometimes you'll be adrift and find yourself. That is a perfect depiction of the ascension journey, is it not? Because you're it. You're it! You are it. It starts with you, the old self will end with you, your higher self will enter with you. There's no one but ourselves on this ascension journey. And just like Metallica said, you never open yourself up this way until you do. Life is ours, we live it our way, but the only way you do that is taking this ascension journey. So, in closing today, I want to remind you to be authentic starts with you. And today, on this open your mind Monday, I hope you do indeed jump in. Because truly, truly, you are it. Peace.
