There will always be storms, Humanityville. And it is our free will choice how we handle them. Now we can live in fear of them and maybe become a victim, or simply b bundle up buttercup and weather them. Or best yet, we can allow storms to quiet our nervous systems as we go inside and we begin to recognize the gift of this time for internal recess. Oh yeah, baby, we got lots to talk about today. I am so happy that you join me on this beautiful, beautiful Monday, January 26th of 2026. It is 17 degrees here in Middle Tennessee, and we are in a quote unquote storm event, which began Saturday. And it's very interesting if you are observing how much wisdom you can get out of a storm. You know, um as P. Miller said, with every falling flake, a unique spark of interest falls from heaven. But you have to be awake in order to see these gems falling right into your lap, even if it is a per proverbial lap, right? And Ralph Waldo Emerson gave us a beautiful quote about snowstorms as well. He said that there are many pillows of illusion as flakes in a snowstorm, and we awake from one dream into another dream. Isn't that what it feels like right now on the planet? That there are pillows after pillows of illusions. Picture yourself on a bed, you know, think of uh the uh the the princess and the pea story, right? And you know, she's covered, she has all these mattresses, and yet she keeps feeling the pea. That's kind of like where we're at. There are so many illusions, and we're feeling that uncomfortability of that one little pea, that one little pebble, and that pebble is really our true selves, way down deep under all the illusions. What does Oscar Wilde say? Wisdom comes with winters. And think about this one. I I I love this one. This is this is great from Lost Two. The snow goose needs not bathe to make itself white, neither need you to do anything but be yourself. So here we are in the midst of this incredible storm that has pulled in, which, by the way, you know, it it began on Saturday. And what was the Matrix Mary-Ground doing for four or five days before that? Building, building, building, building the fear. Oh, the greatest storm is coming, you know. And what did the herd do? Now, it wasn't until Saturday, no, I take that back. It was Friday, Friday night when I get off at 5:30. Now, I didn't stop at the grocery store on my way home from work because of these storm warnings. No, I stopped because it was my normal day of the week to stop and get a few things for the house. Was I surprised when I walked into the grocery store and saw so I mean almost as many shelves empty as the start of COVID? And the store was packed. Every line, there was probably 30 people on each line. And there were some baskets filled to the top because people were not going to be without their snackies once this storm hit. And so our controllers, the matrix controllers, their method of fear-mongering works. It works every time. Are you awakened? Are you noticing the herd mentality? Now, I was very pleased to be in the grocery store with many other people who obviously are a little bit more awake than others. And they were saying things like, Oh, it's Snow Mageddon. You know, um, I know I mentioned to a couple of gentlemen that were in front of me that, you know, as we get on the back of a line, I was probably number 25 on the line, right? And I said to these gentlemen in front of me, I said, Oh my gosh, it must be Armageddon. And they turned and they laughed and they said, Yeah, right. You know, when you look at the fear, it sure does seem like it. Well, we're not just in snowstorms, you know, in the physical, mother nature, you know, um, and if you stop and think about just the the earth and the the planetary and the astrological aspect of this, I mean, just about a week ago, we had a massive solar flare that the radiation hit us quicker than it has in 20 years. So planetarily, we may be seeing the effects of that event with these snowstorms that have have come in. The energies meeting, and you you saw all the models and how the country is going to be split in two. Oh, are the synchronicities coming in are just phenomenal, aren't they? Because is that not exactly what's also happening on the political front, on the um immigration front, on the financial front, and certainly we see it really revving up, ramping up in Minneapolis right now. And what are they trying to really rise up more than ever? Not only fear, fear goes hand in hand with the darkness creating more and more division. So I bring this all up because I want to talk today about focus. Why? Well, because I'm gonna I'm gonna tell on myself, like I often do, if you've been following Theresa Marie, the ambassador of G, who used to be Terry, the hippie freak of the South. And if you've walked with me through 2025 especially, you know that many, many programs in my own personal life were left behind. And then I've shared with you earlier in this week or last week, how all of those programs are revisiting me. And as the observer began kicking in, and the more you practice being the observer, and if you want to know more about being the observer, just look back on my episode titles. I have done two rounds about leaving the matrix, and I spoke specifically about learning how to be the observer, and then I went more in depth the second round, and I am currently developing and deepening an entire um uh lesson plan, so to speak, of how I have consistently, little by little, been walking myself away from the matrix. Okay, so being the observer is an incredibly important tool. And the more you practice being the observer, um, not only of just life outside you, but being the observer of yourself, your reactions, your um responses as opposed to reactions, um, your triggers, your body language, that's all about being the observer. So I've observed the collective in the last week, and I want to share some of those observations. So to get us prepared for some of the things I want to share, I want to bring in and bring up some basic definitions so that we can kind of have a foundation for the things that I want to share about what I'm observing, not only in my own life, but in the collective life of Humanityville as a whole. So, focus, for example, is concentrated attention or effort on a single object, task, or thought. And, you know, the highlight of focus on a good sense would be being in the zone. In other words, your your creativity is flowing, um, and you everything, it's like you have tunnel vision and um kind of like I feel right now. Right now, I am so invested in this particular show that everything else around me, um, for example, on the other side of my office door, my husband has a machine going because he's um he's utilizing the snowstorm to create um more reloaded bullets because he is a big gun guy, right? And so he has a machine out there going, but I can barely hear it because my focus is speaking to my brothers and sisters who have such a desire to return to Humanityville and get off this damn matrix, right? The next definition I want to bring out is attention. Attention is selective concentration on a specific stimulus while ignoring others. It's the mental process of directing cognitive resources to process information. So, to further what I'm speaking about, let's talk about the definition of cognitive. What does cognitive mean? Well, that's the mental process in gaining knowledge or understanding. It's kind of like our mental engine, and it has several parts to it. One, it's perception. In other words, what we're seeing, what we're hearing, what we're smelling, all of our senses. That's perception. That's the part of our mental capacity. Okay, so it brings everything in. Then we also have the piece called memory. All right. So, you know, whatever happens, we have stimuli coming in, but then we also have memories that formulate from childhood all the way to the current time that also kick in. Then the other piece of our mental engine is like language and reasoning and logic, okay? So our mind is finding solutions. And then there is the executive function of the mental engine. And that is where management of everything that has come in, you know, and um planning or um the self-control aspects, right? So those are all part of the cognitive abilities. I'm sorry if you're hearing banging. My husband's out uh chopping ice off of our front porch. Yes, we are in the middle of a storm. But, oh baby, are we in the middle of a shitstorm in this 3D world that we find ourselves in, right? And so it's very important for us to recognize where our focus is. So let me go a little further and talk about types of attention. There are four types of attention. And these are the things that Teresa Marie, an ambassador of Qi, focuses on when she has the opportunity. I don't know about you, but I am seizing every moment of this snowstorm since I got to come home at 9.30 on Saturday. Normally I work till 5.30 on Saturday. But no, I left work before the Amazon warehouse closed down at noon because I got a call both from my husband and my daughter saying, hey, you know, it's starting to get bad over in our county. You might want to consider so I did, I left. And that meant I was home Saturday, Sunday, and now I'm home today and tomorrow. So four days before I have to go back to work. And I am utilizing every bit of that. Saturday, I literally just rested. My body has been in such exhaustion. I don't know about you, and we're gonna talk about that. Um I'm going off track here for a little bit, but I am looking at this storm event as the biggest gift ever. So let's talk about different the four different aspects of attention. One is sustained attention. That is the ability to maintain focus over a long period of time. Okay? Then we have selective attention, where you're filtering out your distractions to focus on one thing, like I just described, right? Then we have divided attention. This is where the matrix really wanted us to stay. It's when we manage multiple tasks at once. The matrix calls it multitasking. And we went through this whole period of time, some years, where if you were not multitasking, then you weren't um progressing fast enough. That was the program, right? And now we're at the place where people are recognizing that multitasking is causing them to be so scattered that nothing really is getting done. Which, of course, if you're observing the matrix, you understand why they were bringing multitasking up, because they want us to be scattered and not focused. The last type of attention I want to bring up is the alternating one. That's shifting focus back and forth from different activities. And I think a lot of us are kind of like that now. There are many of us, uh, maybe some of you that have been following me for the last three years, um, that probably most of you are probably following other ascension quote-unquote teachers or influencers or sharers or whatever. In other words, you're a little bit more awake, maybe, than some others. And you recognize that that's exactly what's happening. You sometimes your focus is back on the old person that you were, because we're not fully anchored into our real self, our higher selves yet, and so we vacillate back and forth. So, why am I talking about this? What the heck does this have to do with anything that's going on in today's current time? Well, now I'm going to bring it back to my series of scrolling the blue is killing the real you. Now, I have not left that series, but what's been occurring in my life is what I have ascertained in the last three or four days, because I have been able to be out of the matrix, in my own home, and able to hear what's going on under the surface of life. That's the gift, folks, if if we choose to see it that way. So I have recognized that one of the reasons I I couldn't even do the next episode of that series about scrolling is because here I am, once again sucked in, sucked in big time. And how did that be? Well, I have been so focused on. Scrolling the blue, that what did it do? Focus is concentrated attention or effort on a single object, right? So guess where my focus ended up going back to? Scrolling the blue. And it wasn't the positive effect I wanted that I was so aware of it. No, no, no, no, no. I was doing so much thinking about the effects of it that I ended up finding myself drawn right back into scrolling the blue. So that being said, it got me thinking about the focus of this storm and how everything is a choice. What are we going to focus on? So as I observed different people in my work environment, for example, um and it started with that Friday night in the grocery store, seeing so many people rush around and and the worry and the anxiety, and what were they doing? They were feeding their fear. And more importantly, what they miss is what the world, what the matrix was telling them. This is where we have to learn how to take our focus back to where? To the source, to the creator, to our true power, to our satsuma, our innermost spark of life. That should be the goal, in my personal opinion, of every human on this planet. That is the only way we're going to get back to Humanityville and get the heck off this matrix merryground. Our focus needs to return back to our creator because if it was turned to our creator, we would heal this, hear the still small voice reminding us what the Matrix was doing. For five to seven days, they were building that anxiety. You better get your milk and bread, you better have your gas, you better be prepared. It's coming, it's coming, it's coming. And instead, we needed to just remind that matrix, the herd mentality, you know what? God has always got me. I am protected. All I need to do is remind myself of everything that He has taught me over the years. Because honestly, if we are fully connected, and I I am sorry if some people out there right now in this 3D world we find ourselves in have not listened to the wisdom of many, many, many teachers over the last 20 years talking about being prepared. Over 3,000 years ago, we heard that out of the word of God. You know, if the bridegroom comes and your lamps aren't trimmed, guess what? He's going to leave you behind. We've had years of many, many people talking us, uh talking to us about being prepared. I share with you the eight to ten years that I spent in that prepper mentality. And what was my husband and I's driving force of that? Fear, fear, fear, anxiety, anxiety. My husband especially, you know, he was focused on, you know, we need to be prepared to fight back if we need to. Many patriots, you know, uh prepared themselves with arsenals and um all sorts of food preps and all of that. That is just basic life wisdom. If you stop and think about true pioneers, do you think snowstorms kept them from life? Do you think they complained when the snow came? No, they took everything from the outside fields and their farms and their animals inside, and they were prepared for that. They had their wood stacked, they had their um wool all ready so that they can um begin to crochet or knit the clothing for the next year. You know, we are resilient people, and oftentimes we forget. Why? Because we live in a society so full of comfort and so full of um instantaneous gratification and ease. There are probably two generations, maybe even I would say two, that know nothing but ease. They don't know what it would be like to hand wash clothes or to not have cell phones or um the internet, right? We are far more resilient than we ever give ourselves credit for, and it is amazing to me to watch the fear, and then you know, I I started talking about the choice, you know, we can either be victims or we can be victors, and that is all a choice, absolutely a choice. We are not captive to this matrix, folks. We are not captive, we are fully capable of making free will choices to focus on good instead of fear, to focus on resilience instead of the victim mentality. What what am I talking about, the victim mentality? Oh well, you should have closed down before this, you're putting us all at risk, and and I just stop and and ponder that. Now, granted, there are there is a big part of uh the South, for example, that is not used to snow events. Now, I was raised in New York, and I was also um raised in uh I lived in Washington State for a long time. So therefore I understood that you have to learn how to drive. You have to um snow was never a big deal to me. Yes, it's a little bit um nerve-wracking to drive in it, but snow never kept us down. I used to, you know, the proverbial go to school in six feet of snow, barefoot, no, not really, but some people really are afraid because they've never really done snow. I understand that. But what happened to adapt and overcome? What happened to thinking about you know uh that no matter what happens, I can get through it. What happened to that kind of mindset? But when everybody is doing what? I'm taking you right back to the scrolling, whether it's scrolling through TV, scrolling through your laptop, scrolling through your phone, or looking at your smartwatch, what are we doing to ourselves, Humanityville? We are choosing, it is a choice. We are choosing to put our focus and our attention on what the matrix is feeding us, instead of doing what? Choosing where our attention goes, using our mental processes and memory. Oh, oh, oh. Last year when we had a snowstorm, years ago when COVID came in, the last big shoot-up event, what did the Matrix do? Oh, oh, it fed my fear. Oh, it got me to go to the grocery store, and then it turned out there was hardly any weather concern to begin with. Oh, but they got my money. Do you understand that it is a choice to continue to go with the herd, to continue to allow them to feed you news that is feeding their matrix machine? Do you understand? Nobody is doing this to us. We are choosing where our focus, where our attention, and where our mental engines go. And we see it very clearly here. Can you see it in Minneapolis? Now, to tie this into scrolling the blue is killing the real you, it is killing the truth. Because the majority of humanity right now that is going with the herd is not logically thinking about the fact that many of the reels they are scrolling through over and over again are AI generated. You know, some of the same people that get so angry about art or music or um, you know, whatever it is that they appreciate, and they get so angry because they say, oh, AI is taking the creativity away, and can't you see this is AI generated? Some of these people are the same people that forget or choose to ignore the fact that the reels that they are seeing are AI generated. Do you know how easy it is? I saw a perfect example today, or not today, a couple of days ago, of a little kid, and I'm using the matrix terminology. This is not my opinion, this is not how I feel, but I'm using this as an example. Please do not call me a racist about because of what I'm saying. This is just an example of what the matrix does. So there's this little boy who is of mixed descent. So the Matrix would use the terminology a brown boy, because that is exactly what they're feeding the world. That ICE is going after brown people. Now, how racist is that comment right there? See, we need to back it up and understand what it is they are actually doing, right? So I saw a post and it was a little brown child on the ground, and you see a boot on his head. So immediately, and and it happened to me too, because immediately I was thinking, oh brother, you know, have they caught, quote unquote, another ICE agent now abusing a child. That literally is what went through my head. Even though I am an observer, I am cognitive of what's happening. That was the first thought that went through my head. And then the second part of that particular post showed that same child, but now the child was laughing. And why was that child laughing? Because as you the picture was now bigger and you can see everything that was happening, the child had the boot in his own hand and he was placing it on his head because that was a fixed picture. It was a picture depicting what they wanted us to see. And if you and I, Humanityville, do not understand the division, the hate, the violence that they are trying to bring to us, if you don't understand yet that those two percent that run the world's economies around the world are running scared because now let's talk about the energy. The energies on this planet are so strong, and the light of God is coming back to this planet in such exponentially rapid. If you don't see how many people are coming back to their creator, if you don't recognize how much light is flooding the planet, and understand that the illumination is causing all darkness to be exposed. Because that, my dear friends, my dear brothers and sisters, is exactly what is happening. So all of those that have done massive crimes against humanity, experimentations, poisoning, um, lies, manipulation, uh, raping us of our money, um, all the governmental controls, all of that is right now, as I am speaking, being exposed. And those that have done these things to us, which by the way, the other side of that, we allowed it. 90% of it we allowed. And now there are enough people beginning to wake up. And so the more people that awake or awaken, the more light comes on the planet, which is why folks like myself are sharing their own awakening journey. Because the more of us that share it, the more of us awaken, the more light comes on the planet, the more the darkness gets exposed. So, that all being said, if you do not recognize with your own observation skills that the matrix is heating up to the boiling point and is doing everything possible. Now, 20 years ago, when I was called a tin hat uh you know conspiracy theorist, and oh, this isn't happening. Oh, really? It's so interesting to me now that 15 years later, people who called me some kind of a kook talking about the government being against us are now saying, oh, well, do you understand what they're doing? And yet they cannot understand yet what these reels of Minneapolis and and how they are pitting against us. They're pitting ICE against the people in Minneapolis. They're pitting immigrants against Americans, they're pitting um, of course, political party against political party. They're painting anything good as bad and anything bad as good. It is not God's fault that we do not do our homework. It is not the left's fault that the right feels the way they do about the left, and vice versa. It is every one of us on this planet's job to break out of this matrix system that we're in. And I'm just here to tell you again that this storm, this physical snowstorm that has gone across a good portion of the United States of America, is an opportunity. Oh, yes, now the Matrix will use it as an opportunity to suck us dry of more money, of keep us from earning money. Many, many businesses are closed and there's no recourse. If you can't go to work, you can't earn the money because there are small businesses that are not going to say, like Amazon, well, we're we're closing down and we're gonna pay you for this day. Well, if you don't have things in store, you're SOL, aren't you? And if you don't know what SOL is, I uh pardon the French, but you are shit out of luck. If you have not prepared for times such as these, then you are SOL. Is that the government's fault? Is that the conservatives' fault? No, it's nobody's fault but our own if we are not prepared. And the whole point that I am trying to bring in is this whole scrolling thing. Take the time that you are stuck at home. Oh, now maybe if you're listening, you have utilized this time, a time to go within the yin and the yang cycles, the cycles of the planet themselves. Do you think Mother Nature didn't give us winter for a reason? It's reset time, folks. It's time for us to allow the planet a rest, right? The parts of the planet that are in the midst of winter, all the plant life is asleep. It's getting a chance to rejuvenate, it's getting a chance to rest and get ready for the springing up of new life. We can do that internally as well. We can be thankful for. For times where we are off the matrix merry-go-round. We're not at work. We're home in our comfort place. And it's a time for us to ascertain truths about ourselves, about our world, about how we're reacting versus responding. Because many of us are so damn exhausted because we are following the herd. And that exhausts our nervous system. And we have been given this gift from God of this weather event, so that not only can we rest our bodies, but we can go within. But dare I say, some of us are doing what? Now I'm guilty as charged. Guilty as charged. I told you somewhere earlier in this episode that my focus on bringing to you the facts and the truths that I have discovered about scroll scrolling the blue caused me to do what? I went eight days without my phone. And oh buddy, I felt clearer. I had more clarity of thought. I I felt like the fog had lifted. And then a day and a half after getting my phone back, what was I back doing? Right along with you, the herd of men uh of humanity. I was scrolling. So what are the people that are complaining the most? What are the people with the most victim mentality during this snowstorm doing? Well, the you know, I I you know these people are fools. You know, we should we shouldn't have to work, we shouldn't have to go out and put ourselves at risk during this weather event. Why? Because they're scrolling the blue. They are they are scrolling the blue and listening to the fear. Listening to the fear mongers and what are the what here you are. You can be home and you can be playing with your children, for example. You can be doing some deep cleaning and getting your life less scattered. You could be reading the book that you always wanted to read, but no, a good majority of humanity is scrolling the blue right now as their home. And they're seeing all the bad news that the Matrix Merry-Gound wants the herd to follow. Real after real about Minneapolis, or real after real about hate towards our president. Now, I don't know about you, but my personal opinion is that we should all have respect for the people that are there in power, whether we agree or not, but we should have basic respects for one another. That is gone. That is completely gone. Thank you, scrolling the blue. Because now in real time, the hate can be 24-7 coming at us, coming at us, coming at us. And we wonder why we feel like we're in a fog, why we feel like we're constantly exhausted, why our bodies are breaking down, and we don't understand the reason why. It is by design. And what I am closing with is asking you, what are you doing with this snowstorm time home? And I love, I'm I'm gonna kind of close it down with some quotes that I I found. Um, and you know, a couple of uh things that I found in my research of this topic. You know, how how do we improve our own attention? You know, statistically they have said that our attention spans are decreasing at a rapid rate. Why is that? Because of the instantaneousness, because of the dopamine spikes that we see, because of the likes and the comments and and the comparisons, and because of stuff like Instagram and TikTok, where, oh my god, our children, you know, it used to be they they would get to go outside and have huge blocks of time to do nothing but be with themselves, to begin to uncover who they were, how the world works. But now they are sat in front of a screen, and if they don't have something stimulating their head every second, they're beginning to act out. This is all by design. They are breaking down our attention spans at an exponential rate. So how do we, you know, I don't want to just paint the bad picture today, and I I know I'm uh this is such an important day. I and I'm so incredibly glad for the ability to be able to share with you like this. And this is a longer podcast today, so be it. I feel like it's that important for humanity right now, you know. So some of the positive sides, some of the things that we can do now as we are on this ascension journey together, as we are awakening at whatever level it is, to improve our sustained attention would be cognitive endurance, which is less about trying harder and more about what? Managing our environment and brain chemistry. All right, so what does that mean? So instead of multitasking, my dear brothers and sisters, how about monotasking our environments? And I just explained, I I I gave an example of how focusing my intention on bringing to you episodes about scrolling the blue caused me to get sucked back in. Why is that? Because our brains are literally absolute suckers for new things. I'll give you a universal example right now, especially in the West. If our phone vibrates or the notification sound goes off, what do we do? Our brain immediately goes to, oh, oh, I need to go check that. Because that's how we're wired. So one of the ways we can mitigate that and learn how to navigate what it is we are allowing, you know, yes, we have to have phones. Okay, um, that is the new technology world that we're in. I am not suggesting that phones and technology and all the advances that have come to us to make our lives easier are evil or that we should put them down. But if we don't learn how to make them our tools, then then they are making us their tools, right? I I shared in one of the episodes that we are not the shoppers, we're the freaking product, okay? So how how can we take ourselves out of multitasking environments and make it so that we can focus better? Well, how about physical lockdown? Okay, all right. So we're in the proverbial, oh my god, there's a snowstorm, so we have been locked down. Remember when they did that with COVID? And remember how it backfired on many, many people because many people realized, oh my gosh, this is great. I get to be home. How many gardens began, you know, because of that? And of course, uh, you know, five years later, most people that had gardens are back to the rat race again. By choice. Many of us continued, but by choice, it's it's a choice, folks. So if you're locked into herd mentality, you are choosing it. So a physical lockdown regarding our technology could just be let's physically lock up our distractions. Oh, what does that mean? Oh, I remember one event, gosh, probably 10 years ago now, and my kids came to our house for whatever event it was, and I said, How about we put our phones in this basket? What what lock down that phone? Do decide on your own in your own home during this snow event to turn off your dang phone. Oh my god, what what can you do it? Can you literally turn off all of your technology for 24 hours? Be the scientist, see what would happen in your body. You may just discover that you feel like an addict, that you feel like you you have to. That is a huge sign. Use your observe your observation skills, observe yourself, get that mini me out and listen to him or her when they say, Wow, look at that, look at that. You you literally are like an addict right now. Your phone is locked in your bedroom, and you're thinking right now, I want, I want to get my phone, I want to get my phone. Another thing we can do is strategic interventions. Okay, so we can stratagise our day regarding technology. I'll give you my example. When I get to work now, I commit to the first four hours of no phone. Now I work a very boring job, and I'm gonna be honest. There are some days when I commit to that, I only make it three hours. And there are some days where I make it five hours, but at least I am making an attempt to let myself be in charge of technology rather than technology forcing me to stay in that herd mentality. Because if you don't recognize by now that these little blue screens are literally training us, then my God, humanity, you please wake up, please. So another technique is what time management um programs always talk about. It's been around for a long time, and that would be the Pomodoro technique. So 25 minutes on a task that you love, five-minute break. We can do that with technology as well, just like I'm gonna do. I've spent a good hour in preparation, and then I got up and I did some chores around the house, and now I'm podcasting, and when I'm done, I'm almost done, I'm gonna go do something in the kitchen. If we don't choose to remember that we are connected to God and that God gave us skills and we begin to utilize them, then we have nobody to blame but ourselves that we're still on the Matrix Merry Ground. I want you to think about the non-sleep deep rest reset that we have been gifted with. What what did what does that mean? Well, we have literally been gifted a day, two days, three days, depending on where you live, where we are not required to go to work. Now, we can focus on, oh my god, we're gonna lose a day's wages. Oh my god, how am I gonna drive? You know, what if what if this stays, you know, all the fear. We can focus on that. That is our choice. Or we can thank God that we get some deep rest for however amount of time that we get to be home. Humanity, we're exhausted. We're exhausted from the constant assault of the Matrix Merry-Gound. We're dizzy fied from it. We're tired of going around and around feeling like rats in the cage. So wouldn't it behoove us to take this time to take a nap, to shut off all technology, to increase our intelligence by reading, or by meditating, or by doing anything that we complain that we couldn't do because we were working all the time. So some of the strategic intervention that we can take, we can do this on a daily basis as well when we're at work. Little recets in the day, ten-minute breaks, we step away from our computer and we simply sit in silence. Or we step away from our desk and we take a walk. Or in my case, if you're a warehouse worker, when the break comes, you don't use it to scroll your phone, you use it to nourish your body, and the last five minutes of that 30-minute break, you can just sit and close your eyes and pray or think about nothing. Those are mini resets, those are times where it literally helps our nervous system just go ah, right? Okay, then there's the biological foundations, you know. We cannot build new foundations of focus on a swamp of stimulation exhaustion. We are exhausted because we live in that swamp all the time. So some of the things biologically that are very important hydration. You know, the very in fact, I'm gonna take a drink of water right now. Because brain and fog and decreased concentration is helped simply by water. Water is life. Eighty percent of our body is water. And so we are Wow, um I just lost my train of thought. Why? Because my focus is divided, because my husband just had a friend who came out in the snowstorm arrive, and I just heard them outside, so my attention became divided. But going back to horri uh hydration, we are um we have the ability, if we train ourselves, to know our own bodies, we know what it feels like when our bodies become dehydrated. We can understand that when the headaches come or our joints start to hurt, oh, you know, but see, again, that is a choice. When you become the observer of your body, you begin to know who your body is. And then we can choose correctly. So in closing, um Vesta Kelly said snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look at what they can do if they stick together. So we can look at the snow as bad or we can look at the snow as good. And if all of us on this awakening journey begin to stick together and we begin to call out the Matrix Mary-Garound's tactics of fear, division, pushing violence, uh pushing products that are hurting us instead of helping us. If we all stick together, the tide of energy will continue to shift. And whether you're with us or on the outside still bitching and moaning and being a victim, it's your choice because there's always going to be storms, Humanityville, and it is our free will choice how we handle them. And love which is the highest vibration, the brightest light. Love is always the shelter in a raging storm. And I'm gonna close with a quote from a person called M. V. Casey who says The symptoms of loving and hating someone are the same too. And let's listen to this. The heart beats faster at the thought of them. They make you lose sleep and appetite at the thought of them. And during every interaction with them, you lose control of your mind and body. You'd be so consumed by them that you cannot think of anything but them. So are we loving what we're in right now or hating it? Are we viewing all the people that are focused on violence and division or are we hating them? Are we loving the fact that we can observe what the world is doing and doing the opposite? Or are we hating those around us because we feel like it's everybody else's fault? It's always a choice, Humanityville, always. Will you choose love today? Or will you continue to be stirred around in the pot where the frogs are beginning to get to the boiling point with hate and violence and division? What's your choice? Because you have free will, and underneath all those programs and all the herd mentality is pure love and light. And when pure love and light gets fully exposed, and all of us, like snowflakes, stick together with love instead of hate, we're going to be in a new world. So I gave us lots to ponder about. Why? Because I'm using this snow event as Sila days. Sila, of course, meaning pause and ponder. And now it's time for me to shut my computer down and go and do something else positive that will progress my personal life here in my home.
