Surviving And Thriving In Chaos
SPEAKER_00Some people survive chaos, and that is how they grow. And some people thrive in chaos because that is all they know. And in this current time that we find ourselves in, Humanityville, full of chaos, especially mental and emotional chaos, let's talk about it, shall we? As I welcome you in to Free to Just Be, the podcast where my personal dance of transformation becomes an invitation, hopefully, for you to start your own dance of transformation. And I'm your host, Teresa Marie, an ambassador of Qi, and I'm here every time behind the mic to share my daily observations, my Earth lessons, and everything to do with this awakening and ascension journey we find ourselves on as together we navigate this powerful energetic shift unfolding across humanity and this beautiful planet. And I just am so happy to be with you here on this magnificent Monday morning. It is about 512 in the morning, and uh I'm on the second day of my shift, and a lot's been happening, hasn't it? We just came out of a triple portal, and uh baby, I tell you, uh assimilating and and beginning to anchor this energy has been quite a challenge in the last uh three or four days. Uh I have had uh several emotional outbreaks, um lots of tears, um, which are a good thing. Tears are cleansing, and tears help release all that yuck that we often find ourselves holding on to. We are incredible creatures of not only habit, but we don't want to let go. We're Klingons. And often what we're clinging on to is everything that holds us back. Uh kind of like that concept of carrying the weight of your, you know, your your past, your all your luggage, right? All the uh stuff that you keep in your attic or your basement you don't want anybody to see, which is kind of foolish when you stop and think about it. Because when you bring that to the light, then it all dissolves. So I want to talk a little bit today about this chaos that we find ourselves in. Um I open with a Nikita Gill quote about how some people survive chaos. And I certainly have lived the the greatest part of my life in a very chaotic way of life, right? Um and it's taken me 20 plus years to figure out that that really was doing damage to my nervous system. When you you know you constantly live in fight or flight. And it doesn't mean that you have to be being chased by a lion. If you are being sucked into the news reels, for example, that can keep you in that fight and flight. And certainly right now, what's happening today with the government and I I don't even want to say with the government, because really a lot of the hype and a lot of what we're seeing, what we're allowed to see on the news is what the Matrix wants us to see. And when you finally wake up and recognize that you are being fed what they it's kind of like um the fattening of the calves, right? The fattening of whatever livestock is going to slaughter. They're gonna fatten you up so that they can feed on you. That is exactly what the Matrix does. And it gets you all in that chaotic state, and they feed on that negative energy, that anger, that um overwhelm, that incredulousness. I can't believe this has happened. Have you seen? And I feel pretty adept at speaking about this because I have lived on both sides of that. I have created my own chaos and lived in it. Um, you know, being in relationships with um people that kept me always in that uh chaotic way of thinking, um addictions and all of that, right? And then the other part of that quote, so you survive chaos, and I definitely feel like I have survived chaos. And then some people thrive in chaos because that's all they know. We have a generation, um maybe even a generation and a half now, that that literally is all they know. Um I was with my uh seven-year-old granddaughter this weekend, and she at one point grabbed my phone. I was doing something in the kitchen, and because pretty much when I am I'm with my my granddaughter, I, you know, we try to stay off the phone and screens as much as possible, and I tried to elicit um imagination, right? But anyway, she had picked up her phone and and here she is at seven. And first she said, Hey Siri, and I told her, No, I don't have Siri. Well, what do you have, Grammy? I said, Well, I just say hey Google. So here she does. For the next three or four minutes, I witness my seven-year-old talking, having a conversation with AI. Hey Google, who is God? She says, Hey Google, what was the first animal? Hey Google, what does the first cat look like? And this is where we are currently finding ourselves. We are in you in what's I don't know how to say the word, we are flooded with screen time. Thus, my ten part series on scrolling the blue is killing the real you. And it's true. And if you can imagine children who are so used to just that screen time, okay, and what is being fed over that screen. So now these are folks that literally only know seeing chaos over and over and over and over and over again, and it is dulling our senses, and we need to recognize that this is what's happening. And I know for me, it took almost 10 years in that news trap, and it is a trap, folks. If you wake up and the first thing you do is turn on your news, you are literally entrapped. And that's what I did for 10 years, and it affected my health, and I've spoken about this before. Uh, I nobody can tell me that I did not create my own cancer. I I really believe I did. Um, and that that happens because we have all this attrap this trapped emotion that we're not dealing with, and we're living in that chaotic fight and flight, uh, and and we're pumping cortisol, and then we need all the um bells and whistles that social media offers uh to get dopamine fixed. So imagine what that does. And again, I always, when I talk about this, I always think of um uh Paul Simon's song. Um, how long you think you can run that body down? How long you think that you can do what you've been doing, right? Because eventually your body breaks down, and we wonder why there's so many heart attacks and so much heart disease. And of course, then that's coupled with everything that we're getting um uh the poison and the food and the water and all that, but we're not going to talk about that today. So this this whole topic today came out of um my cast iron pans. Um I was curious because uh I have resurrected three of my cast iron pans that literally were put outside because I had put them in the fire to clean them, and then it rained, and it and anyway, they were left outside and forgotten, and they were completely rusted and crusty, and and so a couple of months ago I restored them. And one day I was watching this pan heat up and watching the oil all go to the sides, and in the center it was raised, and I said to my husband, Why is that? And he said, I don't know. Um, you know, so I investigated, and manufacturers design the pans with a slight concave or an upward curve in the center as an engineering choice to prevent the pan from warping. Now I want you to imagine for a second that you are the cast iron pan. And because metal expands and when it's heated, and if it were flat, the pan would begin to spin out dangerously on the stove. Now we have uh an aluminum pan, and that pan literally is flat, and that's exactly what happens as it starts to get hot, it first starts to rattle, and then literally it will start spinning. And so obviously, it's not a pan that I use anymore. And this is what literally happens when we live in chaos and we don't stay centered. We spin out dangerously, by the way, right? You know, the center of gravity is the single point where an object's weight is perfectly balanced in all directions. And if you support an object at this point, it'll remain stable without rotating, without spinning out, right? And so I got to thinking about all the years that I just was spinning out of control, especially emotionally, up and down and on that matrix merry ground. So the other part about this chaos that I'm talking about, there's a quote by Son Sue. And he said, In the midst of chaos, there's also opportunity. Now I want you to stay with me here because even though we are being fed, pumped, by the way, and if you don't think we're being pumped propaganda, then just do a little experiment for yourself today. Open your phone or the internet, and then just look. You will see the same same story. I let's just take Trump, for example, because you know he he's always on the um hot spot, and it will be the same Trump said XYZ, and you will see it ag nauseum over across 10 or or tw, you know, as far as you want to look, and you can pull it up and you will see over and over again the very same story. Now, isn't that a little bit odd to you? If there was true reporting, don't you think each reporter would have a little bit different of a take? That they would each have facts that they were presenting, right? But no, we are being pumped what the tenders of the Matrix want us to see. Twofold, to cover their tracks and to feed on us. Those are the two main reasons. They want to be like the musicians, mute uh magicians, and they want for us to look where they want us to look so that on the other side they can continue with their neforious actions. If you don't understand that yet, then you are going to continue to spin and spin and spin and thrive in this chaos and not recognize that you are breaking your own body, mind, and soul, especially your soul. Because that is that is like um that is like the heart of, you know, back in the day, um, the heart of any kill when people went out to hunt was like the the grand prize, right? And our soul, which you know, it houses our spirit, our spark of God, that is the heart that they would love to devour, to feed on, because these are soulless people, and they need our energy to continue operating. You understand? You have to begin to understand this. So Sun Tzu reminded us that in the midst of all this, there's also opportunity. Opportunity to what? To learn how to stay centered on what matters by keeping what matters at the center, which is a quote by Richie Norton. Think about that. Stay centered on what matters by keeping what matters at the center. And now I want to bring to you, you know, uh some folks probably have stopped listening to Free to Just Because now I'm speaking more and more about what needs to be in the center of every conversation, and that is our relationship with God. That has got to be the center. It's the only way out. It's the only way out, folks. It's the only way we are ever going to stay completely centered and survive through this chaos. It's just the truth. And God would not call us to something that we're incapable of living out. That would be reckless and cruel. And our God is not reckless and cruel. He is a God of mercy and compassion, a God who is careful and full of care. And the Matrix is going to tell you, oh, you know, why would you want to listen to God? Look at look at the world, you know, and so they're creating the chaos. And at the very same time, they are telling us that God is the one that created it, which again, recognize the lies, people, recognize the lies. So I want to talk to you just a little bit today about a way that we can stay centered in the middle of all this. Virtue. And what what is virtue? What exactly is virtue? Now I'm gonna flip through my my uh notebook here because I did define it. It is uh a habitual and firm disposition to do good. Now I ask you, is stirring up negative emotion a good thing to practice? Is camping your thought life on fear, on on what they're pumping at you from the news? Is that a good habit for your own body when you're spewing it to others? Is that a good habit to bring into others' lives? So virtue is the habit and a disposition to do good. How can that possibly keep us grounded and centered? Well, it leads to better people, better living, better relationships, and literally a better world. Now, I'm gonna refer to a couple of uh concepts from the 33 Days to Eucharistic Glory book that I have just loved, by the way. It's been a really, really great read, and I'm actually beginning to go through it again because I think it's a good uh good sideline for my um 40 days of Lent. Um virtue must be sought out though, and it can be acquired only by practice. And it's it's just really an incredible concept because the connection between virtue and the flourishing of an individual is unquestionable, this book says. To live a life of virtue is to move beyond the restlessness and chaos that agonize the human heart and embrace a life of order and coherence. Now, I don't know about you, but having spent ten years in that that grind, that it it it literally felt like a grinder in the news. Ten years down that rabbit hole, I was constantly in fear, I was constantly in negativity. It it was a horrible way to live. So the seven foundations or virtues are the cornerstones of the moral life. They're made up of supernatural virtues faith, hope, love, and then justice and temperance and fortitude and prudence. They free us from self-centeredness, they protect us from the ultimate vices, pride, pride is the big one. I know more than you. And all of these things help us to live better lives, help us to deepen our relationship with God, and they allow us to acquire the self-ma mastery necessary to make us free and capable of love. And the only way our lives are generally going to improve is by acquiring virtue. And I'm gonna read directly from the book right now. It says, To grow in virtue is to improve as a human being, to become a better person today than I was yesterday. This is accomplishment. Ernest Hemingway observed there is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man. True nobility is being superior to your former self, and virtue is central to the growth of a Christian. It is learning how to have that Jesus disposition because he was virtue personified. He is honest, patient, kind, humble, courageous, compassionate, hopeful, wise, generous, gentle, resilient, and loving. And whenever we act virtuously, we in some mysterious and amazing way usher God's grace and goodness into not only our world, but outward into the rest of the world. Virtue became man so that man could become virtue. Is that not an incredible concept? So when we focus on Jesus, Jesus helps us to focus on what is possible and to find many new possibilities. Now, I want you to think about living a nice, quiet life or living a chaotic life. What would you choose today? But you see, you know, everybody would rush and say, Well, I want quiet, quiet, I want a calm life. I don't well, then things have to change in our life. We have to first recognize the chaos that we are allowing, and then we have to make steps to do something different. And that is kind of what I've done in looking at virtue. I really do want to learn how to be centered. Think about Jesus Christ in the three years that he was on the planet with us, all that he went through, all the persecution, all the uh problems with the Sadducees and the Pharisees, and it led to an incredibly violent death. But even in the middle of that, he stayed centered, he stayed true to why he came. He came here to show us virtue so that we can have that too. And if we begin to take our focus off the matrix and on the life of Christ and start living like that, everything changes. Everything. I cannot tell you, even how much my personal life has changed since I have become much bolder and much more courageous in speaking about him just about every episode that I record. So, in closing today, because I have 20 minutes to get out the door and I'm not even dressed yet, uh I just want to say, think about where you're at. Are you spinning out like that pan that's absolutely flat? Or are you in the center, absolutely grounded and aligned with the Spirit of God? It's your choice, and it's my choice now to pray that you have a fantastical day, a magnificent Monday, and that you're full of great health, vibrant energy, and of course, peace. Much love.
