Life doesn’t always tap you on the shoulder. Sometimes it swings, again and again, until your body is tired, your mind just won't shut up, and your spirit feels cornered. So I come in hot with a Rocky Balboa quote because it nails the moment: winning is not about avoiding the hit, it’s about taking it and still moving forward. After a rough day of feeling attacked physically and mentally, I choose to “hit back” with what actually works for me and maybe you'd like to give it a try too.

Life Hits Hard, Keep Moving

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows, Humanityville. It's a very mean and nasty place. And I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. And it ain't about how hard you're hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you want to be because of him or her or anybody else. Cowards do that. And that ain't you, humanity. You're better than that. And that's a quote by Rocky Balboa, played by Sylvester Stallone, as I welcome you back in to Free to Just Be. And I am your host, Teresa Marie and Ambassador of Chi. And I am here to share my Earth School lessons as I go through my own personal dance of transformation. And I'm here to encourage everybody out there in humanity that you are not alone. We are all going through this incredibly massive energetic shift happening on the globe like never happened before. And when we encourage each other, we don't feel quite as alone. And today I've come home from work. I'm exhausted. I've been hit and hit and hit today in the uh spirit realm, uh, under a lot of uh physical and mental attack. And why would that be? Well, that's because I'm sharing more and more light these days. And the last thing the enemy of your soul wants is for you to shine. And when you crank the light up even more, when you start putting more light out into the atmosphere, well, the target on your back just gets bigger and bolder. And just like Rocky Balboa shared way back in that day in that first Rocky movie, it's not how hard you get hit, it's how hard you get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward. And because I had such um uh physical attacks today uh on my vision, on my joints, um, you know, even my attitude kind of got hit, and I just kept hitting back and hitting back, and I I got real quiet on my ride home, and I decided, you know what? You know what? I'm not only gonna get hit, but I'm gonna hit back with four sucker punches tonight. Oh yeah. I'm gonna I'm gonna do a couple of uppercuts and then uh maybe one right in the face because I I am so tired of these attacks, and I'm not gonna stop cranking up my light. I am not gonna stop being a lighthouse or salt. I'm gonna be saltier tomorrow than I was today, because I am the salt of the earth, and I am the light of the world just like my father. And so today I'm gonna give you four secret weapons. Well, they're not really secret because I'm gonna I'm gonna belt them out to you right now, here tonight, because if you take these four lines to heart and apply them to your life every single day, you're gonna be able to take hits like you never thought you were gonna be able to. And then you're gonna be able to hit back and you're gonna be able to keep moving forward in spite of it all. So, in rapid fashion, because I really want to go spend some time with my husband, but I was not gonna let this day end without me bringing a full-on of salt right into the darkness. Are you ready? Are you ready to light up the night? Well yeah, Teresa Marie, Ambassador of Chi, is here to do just that. So I'm gonna give you four verses that I hang on to every single day. Some days I'm I'm like hanging on for dear life, but you know what? The word of God is the sword of the spirit, and that is what we're given. You know, if you're not putting on the full armor, well, I I don't know what to tell you, man. You the attacks are gonna be a little bit harder. You know, you gotta put that belt of truth on. The truth. And you gotta put those gospel apiece sandals and pick up the sword, which is the word, and hold that shield of faith up, and remember you have a breastplate of righteousness that God gave you when he died for you, and you have this helmet of salvation, so you're fully armored before you leave the house, right? But then in your little tool belt, because you see, giants are gonna come and giants are gonna fall, and fire is gonna come, and you're gonna just blow that water all over the fire, and actually, you're just gonna burn it up like a crispy French fry because your fire inside you is far brighter and hotter than any fire that any enemy that wants to knock your light out can bring to the boxing ring, right? So I'm gonna give you the four that I use every day. Boom, boom, boom, right? Just like just like punching. Boom, boom, boom. Here we go. I did a whole episode a while back on Matthew 633 and and what is Matthew 633 in? Well, I I'm gonna give you the background verses first. You know, God is talking about why are why are you worrying? I mean, why do you worry about the clothes you wear or the food you're gonna eat? Or for that matter, what what are you worrying about anything? You know, am I not God? Do I not like cloth? Look at the birds, man. Are they not gorgeous? And they're here today and God tomorrow. Well, why do you think I'm not gonna give you clothes as well? And what about, you know, the sparrow? You know, do you do you think he has to order food? No, I just provide the food. So he says all of that to bring you to the Matthew 633 way of living. Matthew 633 living is this. You seek him first, and all the rest is taken care of. That is the Theresa Marie translation, but that is the truth of the matter. If you start your day with a conversation with talking to Jesus, everything else falls into place. And the things that try to mess that up, well, then you sock them with the next couple of scriptures because you know what? It all works. The second one I use all the time is 1 Peter 5.7. Again, talking about that worry and anxiety, okay? Be anxious for nothing. How many times are we told not to worry? Does it add anything to your life? No, it just robs your peace. And that's exactly what darkness wants to do. It wants to rob, steal, destroy, and ultimately kill that light. And today we're saying, you know what, buddy? Heck with you, because 1 Peter 5 7 tells me to cast all of my cares. I, you know what? And that's exactly what I did. I was I claimed my healing. I just said, you know what, I see clearly, I have 2020 vision, my joints work perfectly, and I cast all these attacks that I was feeling today. And why? Because I have come out from behind the mic, I've shown my beautiful, fearfully and wonderfully made face on the internet. I am working towards full-on episodes in front of the camera because it's time. It's time to not only take back the ground that the enemy stole from myself, from my family, from my lineage, and for all of you out in Humanityville that aren't there yet. I am, along with thousands of other light workers, standing in the gap for all of y'all that are not ready to go back into the enemy's camp and take back what he stole from you. Okay? So we cast everything that we don't know how to deal with on God. Boom. And then we cling to the next verse, Romans 8.28. And what does that tell us? And we know that all things work together, even the things that we don't understand, even the things that look like it's going downhill, baby, we're spiraling out of control, even those things we don't get yet are being worked together for our good, for those that are called according to his purpose. I I don't know about you, I can't speak for anybody else, but I can tell you that we are all, every one of us, no matter what we're believing currently, we are all. You, me, your brothers, your sisters, everybody on this planet are children of the Most High God. We all came from the monad. We all carry the spark of that God inside us. And I can't speak for you, but I know I was called. And when I was called, I put up both hands. I have dreams and visions about when I came to this planet, and I voluntarily said, yes, yes, yes, send me, I want to go. And I know what his purpose is for my life, and that is to use my communication skills to blaze into the darkness my light and be a lighthouse, a bridge, and a salty woman of God, so that many, many people can remember who they are, that their sparks of that same God and return home to the bliss that we came from. Then, with those three verses in my tool belt, guess what happens? Then I claim Nehemiah 8.10. And what is that? That is my that is my solid foundation and life verse. And oh, I'm punching the devil right now in the face. Because the joy, the joy, the joy of the Lord is my strength. That's what I stand on. And I'm here to remind you tonight that that is the first thing he's going to attack is your joy. Your joy, he knows, is the strength that keeps you moving forward. And if he can get you, oh, I'm so depressed. Oh, I here's the one that he kept trying at Amazon today. And it sounds like my voice. Oh my god, I don't want to be here. Oh God, I don't want to be here today. I I I don't want to be here. And you know what? That is the truth. Do you think I would choose to be in the Amazon warehouse today when I can be sitting here working on my mission, uh, you know, eight, ten hours a day? No, but that is where I am now, and I am blessed to have that income coming. And I know it's temporary, and God is busting me out and sending me forth on this mission. But that is what the enemy will do. He will take your very best day, and he will attack the best parts of it, your joy. And then in closing, I want to remind you what joy is and how joy truly becomes this blazing light. Well, joy isn't, you know, um a bunch of money, and joy isn't uh, you know, good times, and and joy isn't um uh the many blessings that you have. I mean, those bring joy, but the joy I'm talking about, I'm talking about the deep set, the the joy that becomes your strength. And that is, and it it loops us right back to my first tool belt verse. It's Matthew 633 again. Jesus first. First letter in joy. Matthew 633 tells us to seek him first, and so when you're putting him first, and then you put others, J-O, before yourself. That is the true joy, that is the true strength. And mark my words, you know. Last night I'll give you a real life example from Theresa Marie, Ambassador of Chi, right from my home life. You know, I came home, I was exhausted last night. Um uh I had worked um through a lot of computer frustration when I came home. And then I moved my mission ball, you know, the the real reason that I'm here, and worked for about six hours and got so much accomplished. I'm I'm getting ready to do some really cool things in in the next couple of weeks. And but I was exhausted. I I had put forth a lot of creative, uh, I was gonna say creativity, but no, a lot of creative energy, right? And and when you're creating, it does sap your energy, you know. So I was tired. And my husband came home and he didn't look like he was in a real good space either. And and I just, you know, we had a certain thing on the menu for last night, and it it it's a real involved recipe, and I just was not feeling it. But you know, I I know my husband works hard, and I know that ultimately joy does come when you put others first. And so honestly, I went to bed not feeling real, real keen about myself because I didn't make dinner, and my husband didn't complain or say anything, but see, I know the order of joy it's Jesus, others, and then you. And see, we live in a world where it is literally the absolute opposite. In fact, there there really isn't a word, you know, because it's like you, then maybe others, and then you know, if if maybe I'm in a in a in a fix, if I have a problem, then maybe I'll bring Jesus in, right? That's that's how the world operates. It's a nasty, nasty place that we live in. But I'm here tonight to remind you as I remind myself that we live in the world, but we don't have to be of it. Because see, Jesus brought simplicity and the world just complicates that all up, mucks it all up, doesn't it? So, humanity I just took fifteen minutes and gave you punch that boom, boom, boom, boom. And I hope the enemy is just on the ropes going, I can't take anymore, stop because he hates that name. He hates the name of Jesus, he hates anything to do with him, and he certainly hates light. So, my dear, dear brothers and sisters in Humanityville, shine, shine, shine, shine, shine, shine. Take that little light of yours out from under that bushel and kick the devil where it hurts tonight. And on that note, I'm gonna go and give my husband a hug. And as always, I am praying for your greatest health, your most vibrant energy, and of course, peace.
