A barrier can look like a wall outside of you, but it usually starts as a layer you laid down to feel safe. I’m Theresa Marie, Ambassador of Qi, and I’m unpacking what happens when fear, uncertainty, and “wait until it’s proven” thinking quietly block our growth, our health, and our calling. If you’ve been feeling isolated, unheard, or like you’re pushing your mission through an echo chamber, this conversation is for you.

SPEAKER_00There are no constraints on the human mind, no walls around the human spirit, no barriers to our progress except those we ourselves erect. Good morning, grand rising humanityville on this terrific and tremendous Thursday morning. Welcome in to Free to Just Be, the podcast where I have been sharing my daily earth school lessons as I ascend and rise from out of the matrix. Yes, as we leave the systems and programs that we have been so trapped in, that we have allowed in our life, as we begin to document what we go through, we can help others out in Humanityville go through it as well. My name is Teresa Marie, Ambassador of Qi, and I am here to encourage my brothers and sisters in Humanityville that they are not alone, that as we go through this massive energetic shift, God is always with us, and we have each other. We have just been told to isolate. We've just been told that you have to keep to yourself and not share, because, oh my goodness, if we do that, we might get further down the river now, wouldn't we? So this morning I want to talk about barriers. Barriers in our life. I opened with a quote by none other than uh former president Ronald Reagan, and he was absolutely correct. Nothing, Humanityville, hear me, nothing, no matter what you think, is restricting you. There is nothing impossible for God. And you may be in the grind, you may just be waking up, you may be in the midst of the biggest dark night of your soul, and you just think that there is no way out, that there is uh this imaginary or this unseen wall in front of you, and you feel like you just cannot scale it. And baby, I know uh how that feels. Been there many, many, many times, but as Tim Cook reminded us, and if you don't know who Tim Cook is, look it up. Resurrect your own inquisition. This is how we grow. He said, you can focus on things that are barriers, or you can focus on scaling the wall or redefining the problem. And that is kind of where I'm at right now. Um I feel like there is this barrier to um the breaking wide open the mission of my soul, uh, reaching people and helping formulate connections again and getting women together to show them tools that'll help them be better moms, better wives, and help their bodies obtain the strength and fortitude that they have to have going forward. But I live in a Bible belt. I'm in the middle of Tennessee, and people are so afraid to do anything new, people are so afraid to go outside of their religious programming and try anything that isn't commonplace, um, isn't um documented by doctors or um people that have letters behind their names, right? And there's a lot of fear, and yet I have not come this far. I have not formulated years of foundational um strength and fortitude to stop. But it becomes daunting some days. Some days you you know, you you put out your information, you you share, you pray, you would like things to go one way, and and they don't. So what do you do at that at that point? It's uh like any hurdle in life. I always go back to the old adage that my husband and I have said for 20 plus years. We take obstacles by choice. So, in other words, you come up to that place that isn't working and you run away. I've done that too, you know. Everybody has a choice. I'll give you a real real-time, real-world example, which happened just last night. We were um honored to go to a friend of ours' house who uh is in the process of literally saving very unique and old, old heirloom seeds. Um I I had no idea how many tomato varieties there are, uh which I mean, uh striped ones and yellow ones and uh it's shaped like bananas, and it some of them are so big that they would fit on a dinner plate when they're sliced open, right? And we were very happy to come home with some of these uh like six different varieties of these very old heirloom seeds and starts. So we have six tomato starts, and we had certain places that we were gonna put them, and one of the places I made a huge mistake about three years ago. What mistake was that, Teresa Murray? Well, we laid down fabric, and life is a hit and miss, humanity. Sometimes you hit the mark, and sometimes you get real close, and sometimes you make an error, and you have to correct it. And that was we we had approached that time, and so three years ago, uh trying to start a new garden space, we listened to the verbiage that said, you know, lay down a barrier for the weeds. Okay, now we do this all the time now. Cardboard, cardboard is our friend because cardboard breaks down, and worms love decaying cardboard, and it is a barrier to the weeds. Not so much with this weed fabric. It's black and it's got all these fibers, and lo and behold, they are synthetic fibers. These are things we do not want in the soil. Live and learn, right? Well, now here we have this space, and that barrier was put down, and then there was about two feet of soil that I had brought in, and it had manure and mushroom compost in it. But you see, it was not touching the real ground because of that barrier. There was this barrier to the goodness, and that is often what we do to our lives. We keep up these barriers of uncertainty. Well, if we don't know exactly what's gonna happen, then we are gonna keep our barrier up, our guard up, and not let in the good stuff. This is this is the what we do as humans, we try to uh keep ourselves safe. Uh we don't want to go into the unknown, right? Well, so here we are last night. We have these plants, they have to go in the ground, and it's it's now six o'clock, so we have maybe an hour and a half, two hours left of light. And as I started prepping that ground, I could see from our greenhouse where every shovel of soil was full of worms, full of life, full of uh you can just see the health of the soil. Not so much the soil that I was getting ready to put these tomatoes in. Deadness. It was black soil, yes, but there was no life in it. No, nothing moving around, nothing moving around. I'm like, I cannot put these heirloom tomatoes in there. And so what we ended up doing was pulling a section of that out and making a hula culture mound. So, in other words, what we did is we pulled all the grass and any weeds up from the top, green, nitrogen, right? And we loosened the ground underneath, which looks so sad and so dead, and then we broke up all of that composted material that will provide nitrogen, turned it over, and then covered it with cardboard, and in between each of these layers we're watering deeply, deeply, deeply. And then we put cardboard on top of that and got it as wet as possible, and then we put the manure and the dirt back on top of it, planted our tomatoes, and then today we're gonna cover it with straw. So now we have made a sandwich of good things that will decompose and decay and invite all the good microbes and worms back into that area. And inch by inch, section by section, we'll have to do that with that big area that we learn the hard way not to put this barrier down. And that is kind of what we do. There's two different barriers. One that we erect ourselves and keep ourselves from the goodness of life. How do we do that? Well, for example, there is this woman in your town who knows how to move her body in a certain way, a very gentle, simple way, one of the simplest ways to move. And what those movements do is move energy through your body. That's what energy is supposed to do. It's not supposed to stop and stay stuck. This is what causes dis-ease. But doctors haven't quote unquote approved it. It hasn't come through the matrix pipeline. So, therefore, people that are living under the matrix programming see this as something weird, something uh to maybe look at in a distance, but not something that they want to jump into. And so they keep this barrier of protection around themselves. Then you have the woman, aka me, Teresa Marie, traveling ambassador of Qi. I have even offered to go to people's homes or in their backyards. I have I I don't even want to take money for it because I believe that everybody on this planet should know how to move their bodies. And I believe thousands of years ago we probably did. And then the darkness came in and said, no, no, no, no, no. If people knew how simple it was to maintain their body, mind, and soul, we would never be able to control them. And so thus the spiritual battle that we find ourselves raging in right now. Now, the person that is has erected the barrier has a choice. They can walk up to that barrier and say, you know what? I am more victorious than you. I, through Christ, can do all things because he helps me. And you can figure out a way through prayer and through trial and error and through listening to other people, advisements, and and just by pressing forward, and you scale the barrier. Myself, same thing. I have to just keep moving forward. And once there is a psychic barrier as well, what is that? Well, there are as we talked about the spiritual battle, there are entities that we cannot see with our eyes that are battling in the fourth dimension that we can't see. And if you want to bring massive amounts of light back onto the planet, any of you, whatever modality you do, what whatever your giftedness is, if you are trying to help humanity, you are trouble, you are to be reckoned with, you are to be um thwarted. And how would that occur? Well, they're gonna put up barriers, obstacles, challenges, they are not gonna make a smooth path for you to just go forward. So, again, the person that has scaled many barriers has to recognize that barriers and obstacles are never gonna stop humanity. But it's our mindset. Are we gonna focus on this is horrible, I can't handle it, um it's never gonna change. All our thoughts are so incredibly powerful, and we need to recognize that thoughts are containers of power, and words are containers of power. What is it that you're saying to yourself today? I can't, it will never look at this problem, or are you saying, God? What do you think I should do? Do you have any ideas? Do you sit down and write everything that you can think of about that issue so that maybe you can jog your own knowingness into solution, right? So that is currently where I find myself. I um often feel like um I'm in an echo chamber, that I am speaking to myself. Um, I've I rarely get feedback, and sometimes it gets very discouraging. And now I'm putting myself out there even more, and it's gonna take some time and it's gonna take continued effort, but it's an effort that I absolutely will not stop because my life has absolutely transformed, and I know that some of the ways that God has led my life can help so many people. So today, when I I feel like, well, you know, is there anybody out there? Is there anybody that wants to learn a different way of being? And yes, sometimes it feels silent, sometimes it feels lonely, and yet I have scaled so many walls and broke through so many barriers, and this is no different. So today, as you start out, how are you framing your morning? Are you looking at the weather outside? Are you looking at all the things that you're not looking forward to? I do that a lot as well, too. Oh, I don't want to go to Amazon, I want to sit here and continue to try to reach the world. Well, it's one little step at a time, Theresa Marie. And I'm so grateful. We, you know, uh the enemy of my soul would want me to think that I didn't accomplish anything yesterday, and yet I broke through the psychic barrier of printing, of creating something on Canva. We installed eight more plants in our food forest. Every day we are progressing forward, every single day, Humanityville. So, how about instead of knocking yourself down before you even step out the door, how about you start? Well, the Bible says to count your blessings, right? How about you name them one by one? Think about all the good in your life. I uh I had a mentor years ago tell me, if you just concentrated on the divine, everything else would get squeezed out. And that is so true. So today, what will you squeeze out of your thinking, out of your emotional field? What barrier do you have that you feel like is absolutely unscalable? Mahaps it's time for you to go back in time in your mind, you know, put yourself on rewind for a few minutes and think about all the things that you have walked through, all your successes, and start loading them up. And as you do, and you wow, I did that and I did this, you will feel your spirit begin to rise and lift. And then you can turn around and say, you know what? I'm not listening to this negative voice. I'm not going to look at the obstacle and think it's unscalable. No, I am going to take a deep breath and I'm going to go, I'm going to say, let's do it. Let's get on it. Let's start climbing. Let's start digging through. Let's kick the walls down. Everything in life, Humanityville, is a choice. And we're responsible to choose the right path. You make a mistake, so what? Then you know what not to do. My whole life has been what not to do, right? And yet, Phoenix rise. So rise today, humanityville, and have yourself a tremendous Thursday. And as always, I pray for your greatest health, your most vibrant energy, and the peace of God which passes all understanding. So much love, humanity.
