Dr. Jeffrey Hsu was born in Cleveland and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Stanford University and then New York Medical College. He completed his surgical training, critical care, and vascular surgery fellowships at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Strong Memorial Hospital.
