Having interviewed a host of B to B marketeers over the years, what advice would you give them to perform better in the interview scenario?
What are the most important skills that you want to see in people that you're looking to hire?

How do you manage your marketing career in a company that's very, very short term focused?

Focusing on short term again, ROI is so short sighted, the business likes to measure marketing by leads generated. How have you tackled this and persuaded them to look at the bigger picture?
