Meredith Renshaw is a registered and licensed dietitian, based out of New Orleans, LA. She studied and completed her work in nutrition and dietetics at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She began to find interest in the Intuitive Eating and anti-diet approach, as she had seen how damaging diets had been for so many of her clients and patients. She realized she wanted to dedicate her work to helping people know there is SO much more to life than shrinking your body, and health goes far beyond body size.
