Paula is a wife , mother and retired LTC from the US Army. She has three beautiful children. After retiring from the military, she decided to be one an entrepreneur, she owns her own jewelry boutique and she is a personal stylist. She decided in 2021 to start a podcast  because she loves inspiring and educating others. Paula is an Adjunct Professor for Webster University where she teaches Diversity In the Workplace.
