But, the daily practice of menstrual cycle awareness can serve as a powerful antidote, and today we’re exploring how cycle awareness can create a ground of connection to ourselves and our sense of agency and power in challenging times. They also illuminate menstrual cycle awareness as a cyclical, soulful leadership model which can help you step more fully into your leadership and live into your unique way to contribute to the future you long for.
