As many of you already know since I shared it on Instagram, I  recently celebrated my 1-year menoversary. It’s officially been one year since my last period, which also means I’m now in post-menopause. Having taken the time to journal and track this journey, I was able to compile a lot of information and compile a list of 8 things I wish someone had shared with me before perimenopause started. 

Being part of the “lucky” 20% of women who start perimenopause before 40, I wanted to let you in on what you should look for things you can do to support your body, and even the surprising things you can look forward to! 

I hope this will really fill in any gaps or unanswered questions about this stage of life that you might still have. If you were one of the many women who reached out in response to sharing my story, thank you so much for your encouragement, your questions, and for sharing your own stories.
