Kendra shares so openly and honestly about her postpartum depression and her Spiritual awakening which took place at a retreat she took during the pandemic. This retreat helped her to launch her business- The Guided Goddess: in which she specializes as a life coach and vibeology creator, which is a dance yoga remix. Wow- Kendra is truly the epitome of empowerment and connection and community. She is all the things and we are so honored to share her with our listeners.
